    All designed to stop vehicles even lorries.
    Most it would seem are designed to kill the drivers as well.
    Great if you wan't to eliminate your mind controlled patsy driver, slim chance they can spill the beans when caught.

    Having said the above though, there are some very cleaver and effective devices shown.
    I'm a simple easy going guy that is very upset/sad with the worlds hidden controllers!

    Looks like some expensive testing. It seems they would have used older, less expensive vehicles. And that yellow Raptor device looks scary! The GPS 'bullet' seemed the safest and effective means. Just let them go and quietly follow them home.
