The Truth About Stranger Things

I just finished watching an interesting 24 minute video clip,
The Truth About Stranger Things, that I wanted to share with the group.

Apparently, "Stranger Things" is a Netflix Series that began in July 2016. I have never seen it so I really know nothing about it, but this chap's review and fundamental premise--that the world runs on stories--warrants serious consideration (IMHO). What say you?

Watch it. Most definitely. but start from Season1 E1..

I was expecting some demystification on the occult nature of the show or some revelations regarding tie ins to secret government projects, like some other videos with the same title.. instead I get an op-ed piece on immigration & socialism

I think the Duffer brothers assimilated some HP Lovecraft stories and arranged it into their cinematic series. Book closed, total ripoff, however entertaining. Would've been better if they added a cat episode, a la "The Cats of Ulthar"......

The first season had me when Will went missing. I couldn't stop watching. The second season didnt do it for me quitell as much.

In order to grasp what the series is about, keep in mind that it mirrors the Montauk Project

Yes watch series one first.

For anyone who has/had no idea of 'Montauk Project' and or 'MK Ultra' projects it is a soft disclosure for sure.

They managed to cover some very disturbing events like: government run child torture and Soul fragmenting projects, all in a watchable way for the public. In my view very well done series.

I just finished watching season 2 last night, I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't leave us hanging too much

In regards to the subtext, I'm sure I saw MILABS on the TV screen in some part of season 1. That's not something I would have noticed a couple of years ago

Hmm..maybe that was off the topic but, sick as it is, the gifted are picked early-on, that's how the best spies and assissins who don't talk are made I guess, starting from fragmenting of the mind with continous trauma, those who survive til adulthood, later on are exploited for their abilioty of intense focus on one specific task...just couldn't help mentioning Hollywood moviemagic in some form bringing out the truth, always in a form of entertainment so that no one could ever think this could possibly exist in real life.
