It sure is understandable that you had the wind knocked out of you with the double diagnosis of two types of cancer cells. I think the hardest part will be deciding which therapy or therapies to move ahead with full force. I pray for your inner strength and voice to be heard loud and clear to carry your intuition to a place of clarity and full confidence in moving ahead with your chosen regime which will alleviate unwanted cancer cells and clogged arteries and veins.

Some information to assist in assessing the efficacy of medical treatments (when making decisions about treatment and trials). For example; it has been estimated that 90% of drugs only work in 30-50% of people (see video below for source). The following video is just common sense but if you skip to 5:50 in the video (total duration 12 mins) he talks about Numbers Needed to Treat (NNT) stats and all you'll miss from the first five minutes is that stress = cortisol, which is toxic and that being organised reduces stress.

One valid way to help the body to become more alkaline is to drink regularly water with sodium bicarbonate.

See the following link to the article from 'What doctors don't tell you'. I believe in GcMAF. Partly because of how big pharma persecuted and demonised it's advocates and producers in the UK. It is a natural factor extracted from animals that activates macrophages.(white blood cells). We all have it naturally in our systems.

Thank you Foxie and members for all the good information and hugs. Regrettably I've been sort of out of it. During and directly after my last post I had what amounts to a mild heart attack...a clot causing pain in my jaw and requiring me to take my first self administered dose of nitroglycerin. Needless to say I've been seeing doctors regarding this situation as to it being caused by my heart condition or my cancer (tumor wrapped around my pulmonary artery). They determined it was my heart condition and I must have had a clot in my heart that created that situation. The nitroglycerin did help and the clot must have passed allowing the blood in my heart to flow as needed.

As a result I had the worst headache caused by the nitroglycerin which is common from that. I've also been have stomach problems eating anything is difficult even though I know I need to eat I'm having a problem doing so.

My grandson and his mom and dad will be leaving California for the mountains of the Appalachians next Saturday. I've been very blessed with a wonderful support team of friends who are sharing of themselves and doing all they can to assist me as there are many things I just can't do right now. Pacing is even hard for me now.

I think every day starting Monday I will be seeing one doctor or another for a battery of more tests and procedures and by the grace of God will eventually help me get better. But at this time my writing and sharing is starting to become scarce. Please know however I have been reading here and thank you all for all the information. I am seriously looking into everything that is being shared and there are some very good things you've all been sharing here. If I don't directly respond don't think I'm not listening.

Here is the little guy that I'm so eagerly waiting to see and hug in person. I just can't wait! Thanks again for all the support and just know I can feel the love.

In a jar pour 30-40 ml of UNREFINED sunflower oil (other oils and fats are not allowed) and 30-40 ml of vodka. Prerequisite is its 40% strength. To check this, a set on fire a piece of fleece moistened with vodka. 40% vodka should be lit. If not lit, the product should be replaced by another.

Replace the lid and shake the jar actively for 5 (or more) minutes to mix it well. Then exhale and drink quickly. Drink the medicine 3 times a day, preferably at the same time, 20-30 minutes before meals.

How to Choose The Oil:

Pay close attention to the sunflower oil you choose. It must be unrefined, cold pressed and contain more than 60% linoleic acid (unsaturated omega-6 fatty acid), as well as high volume of vitamin E. Other kinds of oils and other sunflower oils (having less that 55-60% linoleic fatty acid) won’t have the desired effect and should not be used.

The Regimen:

Start with a 10-day reception, then take a 5-day break, again 10 days reception and 5-day break, followed by 10 days reception and 10-14 days off. This is one course. Then it is repeated as long as necessary for a complete cure. If you start the treatment, do not stop it for at least a year. You can use it as long as needed – five years or more.

Desirable is to take the medicine at regular intervals in the same time, for example at 7:00 at 14:00 and 21:00.

Ozone and Cancer

Dr. Robert Jay Rowen is a graduate of Johns Hopkins and has been involved in integrative medicine since 1983. Dr. Rowen calls ozone a “miracle healer.”

Another leading proponent of ozone, Dr. Frank Shallenberger, speaking at the 40th Annual meeting of the Cancer Control Society, explained the difference between ozone and oxygen therapies (as performed, for instance, in hyperbaric chambers), and why ozone is specifically preferable as a treatment for cancer.

According to Dr. Shallenberger, the problem with cancer is not that the cells are not actually “getting” enough oxygen. Rather, he thinks it is that the mitochondria – the cell’s energy factories – aren’t able to use the available oxygen efficiently.

Back in 1925, Otto Warburg wouldn’t have suspected the special role of mitochondria in cancer. They had been discovered during his lifetime, but the importance of their role had yet to be documented. Ozone, as a treatment, doesn’t simply send more oxygen to the cell; it stimulates the mitochondria in the cell to use the oxygen that’s already available more efficiently.

Ozone’s effect on damaged cells is quite specific. It attacks the pathogenic materials that don’t have a protective coating; it assaults diseased cells that proliferate but exist without adequate cell wall enzymes. Pure oxygen does not do this in quite the same way. Unlike oxygen, ozone selectively kills cancer cells.

Herein lies the major difference between ozone, as a natural treatment for cancer, and traditional medical therapies. Ozone ONLY kills the pathogenic cells. Chemotherapy and radiation are just as efficient at killing cancer cells, but they kill healthy cells too.

Because ozone possesses an extra atom of oxygen, it is “electrophilic.” In other words, it is unbalanced electrically and it wants to balance itself by finding another unbalanced charge.

All diseased cells, including cancer cells – as well as viruses, harmful bacteria, and other pathogens – are also similarly electrically imbalanced. Because of the imbalance that ozone shares with all diseased cells, they find each other. Quite beautifully, it is a mutual attraction dance between the disease (the pathogenic cells) and the remedy for the disease (ozone).

My intention today was to add a post here as I'm feeling a bit better today. But spent all my energy on a post in another thread and it's time to rest now. Just wanted to say thank you all for the energy sent my way...I think it really worked the other day when I became so sick I thought I would have to go the emergency room again but somehow made it through and started feeling much better the next day.

Thanks for all your posts and well wishes. My son and his family are leaving California tomorrow and I'm so grateful for that.

Good Morning,

Well today is the day. After what I'm about to share I have to say to those of you who advise against the path I've chosen so far I have to say...I'm not rich nor can I afford to seek some of the things that I'm sure are every bit as good as conventional medicine but I just cannot afford it. I'm on temporary disability and yes I have medical insurance. But that insurance does not fund many of the things that have been recommended. There are some I plan on seeking out however I assure you.

What I have to do is combine conventional medicine with the alternative that will seem to compliment each other. Hence the Turkey Tail Mushroom therapy. But here's the thing...I need to get this under control asap as this one large tumor is starting to effect my breathing not to mention the pain that is associated.

So here is where is starts and it starts today. I will not get radiation. First of all I have too many tumors and even the doctor will not advise it for that reason alone but I have extreme reservations about radiation in the first place.

AS for the chemo treatments...they start today because I have to get these tumors especially the largest one under arrest. They should have started last week but I had to deal with:

That would be my current health insurance plan. Everyone asked me last week how the chemo went....I did not have my chemotherapy on Tuesday of last week when it was scheduled because the insurance company had not approved it yet. When I called they said it takes up to 15 day unless it's marked urgent...which it was along with 45 pages of doctors notes,pathology reports, scans and office notes. So now if I'm lucky, after hours on the phone... it might be approved by the beginning of the next week if they can get to it and determine if I qualify for the urgent status. Say what?!

I have a tumor 8 cm by 7 cm wrapped around my pulmonary artery and my doctor wanted me to get the first treatment asap before I had a port put in my chest for the delivery of the chemo medicine. Why? Because this is a life threatening situation! The port sits under my skin in my upper chest. So I got my port put in on Wednesday during a raging snow storm at 8AM while waiting for the policy-making people who do the approvals to determine that it's urgent enough to approve even though my doctor has decided it was. In the meantime this fast spreading cancer type I have (small cell) is running amok in my system!

You should have heard the non caring individual I personally spoke with at this insurance company. I threatened that I would be writing to the BBB and the Insurance Commission if this is not approved by Monday. It's not as though I'm already a nervous emotional wreck with all of this on top of a heart condition! They need to do some work on their approval system where certain conditions apply.

I'll tell you it doesn't matter how sick you are, you need to be proactive with insurance company's because they don't care one bit how sick you are as long as they can justify their decisions. Of course they loved getting that money every month I paid into it! They just can't return the love eh?

Just a little FYI... If you ever have a problem with your insurance approval getting done in a timely manner....just threaten them with the Insurance Commissioner and BBB. I got my approval the following morning. After an hour and a half getting the information to the persons who needed it for my treatments... I start on Monday (today). Mind you it took another hour and a half between all parties to get that going or they would not know until they received the approval in the Mail. They do not fax the approvals, or email them. I had to get the approval codes and codes for the treatments. By the time I get done with this I will be an expert in insurance approvals!

So here we are Monday. Scheduled for blood work, oncology visit then straight to the chemo at 1:30.

I woke up at 4AM and got a message from a very old Avalon member from the original Avalon and I'm not sure but I don't believe she ever transferred to this newer Avalon as I think she simply gave up on forums for the most part. But she sent me a message today and I have to say it's exactly what I needed to hear. To anybody who gets this disease of this magnitude you may say now you're not afraid of dying. But believe me you do not want to die this way...nor do I. It's scary as hell!

So after what I have just described as the Bureaucracy here pretty much sums up how I feel.

Just one last note; Chemo is not as bad as it used to be they tell me. They say I may not even lose my hair. It's gotten much gentler but none the less it's extremely effective in shrinking tumors and is exactly what I need at this time with the largest one in my lung that need to happen.

Foxie is more than special...she's a jewel! She was the first person I spoke to here and she advised me that it would probably not be a bad thing to share here as everyone is so supportive. After a month of deciding if I should even tell the forum I finally decided to go ahead...Mostly because if this should happen to you or a loved one, there are several avenues to look into which I think are supported on this thread.
