One other intention for the meditation besides sending healing to all of the people mentioned above is to bring peace, harmony and de-escalation to the Gulf of Oman with our intentions. No more wars over oil or anything else, please.

As some of you know I was back at the hospital Thursday after several trips to my doctor.

I'm on the mend, but have another week in bed.

I've been improving dramatically. I was actually able to leave the house and get my pops a fathers day gift (2 jars of honey from a local beekeeper, one of which has the comb in it). Last week leaving the house would be absolutely out of the question. Much thanks, I love you all.

Hi Omi and everyone,

So glad to hear everyone's on the mend including canines

Today was my second day off pain meds and my best so far, but I still don't get out of bed much.

I did make it to dinner with my kids on Father's day. That was pretty painful, but completely worth it.

I'm getting ready to go into town with Jill to purchase a bathroom faucet that has been leaking. That will be my big outing for today, lol. And some popsicles for me!

My mom's out of hospital, and resting at home - thanks to all of you, once again.

I've been in the hospital for the past ten days or more they gave me antibiotics for sepsis which made me sicker and they had to give me more antibiotics to counteract what the first antibiotics did to me go figure. Now I'm trying to heal up some serious bedsores they gave me. I've got pretty good one on my back and one on my side between my knee and my hip. And of course the ones that I had on my bottom got worse. On top of all this I find that all the insurances have dropped me. So they're trying to get me signed up for Medicaid but I'm hearing stories about how I will lose my Social Security disability check and we're going to have to get rid of a lot of stuff. Government get you one way or the other on top of all that I got letters back saying we've made a mistake on our 2017 and 2018 tax returns so now I got to pay $5,000 in.

Kari gave me permission to post this here. She needs help, please send her your love, well wishes, etc. Hope you get better soon Kari!

For our next Sunday meditation, I would like to request healing intentions to those suffering from depression.

This thought came to my mind when a student of mine talked to me earlier this week about his older sister's situation with depression. The student is a very ambitious person who is just starting his own business with a taxi hailing application. He communicates very well with people and is a kind-hearted man. He showed deep concerns for his sister who's been suffering from depression and needs to be living with their parents for their care. She cannot go outside, let alone do any work or anything.

Depression is becoming one of the most common mental-emotional illness among people in our modern time.
I've met many people who are under medical treatment and therapy who are in need of help.
I myself have had depression back in the day before I started with energy healing, and can understand how difficult the situation can be for others.

Iran and US are still having tensions, so one of the intentions will still be to send calming energies there to dissolve the situation. If you truly believe in it and want peace then there will be that.
