Default Julian Assange's health in 'dangerous' condition, say doctors...

    Hmmm I wonder...

Jim Stone posted the following headline and bullet points on his blog:

"Cover story released for why we won't be seeing Assange now that he's free!

At the same time Assange was obviously poisoned, ALL (every single one) of the other top people at Wikileaks died. And now, just in the nick of time, they are claiming assange has heart problems to explain why he's not going to be seen by anyone, even though he is technically now "free"

Julian Assange’s long stay in the Ecuadorian embassy in London is having a “dangerous” impact on his physical and mental health, according to clinicians who carried out the most recent assessments of him.

The pair renewed calls for the WikiLeaks publisher to be granted safe passage to a London hospital.

Sondra Crosby, a doctor and associate professor at the Boston University’s school of medicine and public health, and Brock Chisholm, a London-based consultant clinical psychologist, examined Assange for 20 hours over three days in October.

In an article for the Guardian, they wrote: “While the results of the evaluation are protected by doctor-patient confidentiality, it is our professional opinion that his continued confinement is dangerous physically and mentally to him and a clear infringement of his human right to healthcare.”

Although the two did not go into details, Assange’s health appears to be deteriorating significantly after more than five years holed up in the embassy.

Assange ‘hypothetically’ free if arrest warrant
appeal granted, ruling due February 6

    Published on 26 Jan 2018
A British judge said Friday that she would rule over Julian Assange’s arrest
warrant appeal early next month. WikiLeaks’ Assange could be free to walk
out of the Ecuadorian Embassy in London if his application to quash the
arrest warrant for breach of bail conditions is successful, according to the
    British Prosecution Service.

Since there is nothing we can physically do to help him, we can at least send him healing thoughts.

I want to see this man free, alive, physically well, and protected.

British judge rules warrant for Julian Assange still stands

Judge was not persuaded that the U.K. arrest warrant for the Wikileaks
founder should be revoked; Greg Palkot reports from London.

Julian Assange arrest warrant still stands, court rules
    32 minutes ago

A UK warrant to arrest Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is still valid, a court has
ruled. The warrant was issued in 2012 after Mr Assange failed to answer bail over
sex assault claims in Sweden, now dropped.

Lawyers for Mr Assange, who has been living in London's Ecuador embassy since
then, argued the warrant had therefore "lost its purpose".

His lawyers went on to argue against it on other grounds and the court will rule on
13 February. At Westminster Magistrates' Court, senior district judge and chief
magistrate Emma Arbuthnot said, having considered the arguments, she was "not
persuaded that the warrant should be withdrawn".

She told the court that not surrendering to bail was a stand-alone offence under the
Bail Act and Mr Assange must explain why he had failed to do so.

The offence carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison.

Julian Assange: Warrant for his arrest upheld by court

    43 minutes ago...13/2/18

An arrest warrant for the Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been upheld by
Westminster Magistrates' Court. The warrant was issued when Mr Assange, 46,
breached bail conditions in 2012 by seeking political refuge at the Ecuadorean
embassy. He was facing sexual assault allegations in Sweden. The allegations were
    dropped in May 2017.

Mr Assange has been staying at the embassy since 2012, claiming he fears
extradition to the US.Judge Arbuthnot described Mr Assange as "a man who wants
to impose his own terms on the course of justice, whether the course of justice is in
this jurisdiction or Sweden. "He appears to consider himself above the normal rules
of law and wants justice only if it goes in his favour."

She added that she did not find Mr Assange's fear that Swedish authorities would
extradite him to the US "reasonable".

It can make one ashamed to be British, this appears to be not clement, just stubborn olde traits threatened by hidden (probably handshaking) forces. Enough is enough, however, once he is ‘allowed’ to be ‘free’, his future is horrendous danger. He is not protected in any way like the Clinton and Bush criminals..... justice...? 🙄

Not sure if this is the best place to post this as there are several threads where Assange is mentioned.

Here is an article from Sott.net on the recent shut down of Assange’s internet access over some tweets he made about the UK being the election meddling party. [I don’t know how to embed tweets here so will paste only the introductory text. The original SOTT article includes the embedded tweets.]

[Note to Mods or anyone technically minded if you see this: is there a way to embed tweets without taking a screen grab, saving as an image and inserting?]

Quote UK, not Russia, meddled in US election: Julian Assange tweets links between British establishment and Steele dossier

After WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange last week let the cat out of the bag regarding a dirty Trump dossier secret, his internet has been cut off at the Ecuadorian embassy in London (https://www.sott.net/article/381293-...assy-in-London), his refuge from the Deep State for the last 6 years.

In winning the 2016 U.S. election, President Donald Trump defeated not only the corrupt Clinton machine, but also the republican party and foreign governments with strong vested interests in maintaining the US-led Western Empire.

It has long been assumed that Russia was the only foreign government involved in manufacturing manufacturing the dodgy 'Golden Shower' dossier that spawned a political witch-hunt against the president.

Last week, Assange reminded everyone that the British government - and specifically its security service, MI6 - was also intimately involved.

In a series of tweets on Thursday 22 March, Assange listed some of the dirty participants who played a role falsely accusing Trump of 'collusion' with Russia:

    ...

I recommend viewing the article itself to view the tweets - photos and text from various sources are included - or visiting the Assange twitter thread itself, here:

Julian Assange has internet cut at Ecuadorian embassy in London

    42 minutes ago...28/3/18

Ecuador has cut Julian Assange's internet connection at its embassy in London,
preventing him from communicating with the outside world. The move is to prevent
the WikiLeaks founder from interfering in other countries' affairs, Ecuador said.
It comes after Mr Assange questioned accusations that Moscow was responsible for
the poisoning of a Russian ex-spy and his daughter in the UK on 4 March.

Mr Assange was granted political asylum at the Ecuadorian embassy in 2012.
He was initially staying in London to avoid extradition to Sweden to face
questioning over allegations of sex crimes, which the 46-year-old has always
denied. The Swedish authorities have since dropped their investigation, but Mr
Assange believes he will be extradited to the US for questioning over the activities
of WikiLeaks if he leaves the building.

Ecuador seems to be changing its mind about continuing to have Julian Assange shelter in its embassy...

Quote Correa: Assange's days in the Ecuadorian Embassy are numbered

    Cassandra Fairbanks
    Gateway Pundit
    Fri, 13 Apr 2018 00:00 UTC

It has been over two weeks since the Ecuadorian government silenced award-winning WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange, and former President Rafael Correa is now warning that his days inside the embassy are numbered.

According to a report from ABC International, Correa told reporters during a meeting with the media at the International Press Club of Madrid that current Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno is caving to pressure from the United States.

Correa claimed that at the first sign of pressure from the United States, Lenin will throw the heroic publisher out of the embassy where he was granted political asylum in 2012. Assange has been residing at the embassy for nearly six years, over concerns that the UK government will arrest him and extradite him to the US for the apparent crime of committing journalism.

Ecuador attempted to give Assange diplomatic status last year after making him an official citizen, but the UK rejected it.

On the same day that Correa shared his beliefs about Assange's future, the Gateway Pundit published an open letter from over 50 prominent members of the entertainment industry, media and politics calling for Assange's freedom.

Approximately 60,000 people from all across the globe have also signed a petition urging Ecuador to end Assange's isolation.

In 2015, Google handed over all of investigations editor Sarah Harrison, Section Editor Joseph Farrell and senior journalist and spokesperson Kristinn Hrafnsson's emails and metadata to the United States government on the back of alleged 'conspiracy' and 'espionage' warrants.

The alleged offenses in the warrants included
    espionage: 18 U.S.C. § 793(d),
    conspiracy to commit espionage: 18 U.S.C. § 793(g),
the theft or conversion of property belonging to the United States government: 18 U.S.C. § 641,
violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act: 18 U.S.C. § 1030, and (general) conspiracy
These offenses alone carry a sentence of up to a total of 45 years of imprisonment, and this was before the DNC leaks.

As we have previously reported, President Donald Trump's attorneys have been quietly making a case in defense of WikiLeaks throughout legal filings responding to a lawsuit filed by Democrat Party donors who allege that the campaign and former advisor Roger Stone conspired with Russians to publish the leaked Democratic National Committee emails.

Buried within hundreds of pages of case filings, in a motion filed in October, lawyer Michael A. Carvin argued that under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), "a website that provides a forum where 'third parties can post information' is not liable for the third party's posted information."
"That is so even when even when the website performs 'editorial functions' 'such as deciding whether to publish,'" the filing contends. "Since WikiLeaks provided a forum for a third party (the unnamed 'Russian actors') to publish content developed by that third party (the hacked emails), it cannot be held liable for the publication."
In a later filing, which we have also previously reported on, Carvin argued that WikiLeaks is protected under the Bartnicki First Amendment Test.

The motion, filed on December 29, argued that a defendant may not be held liable for a disclosure of stolen information if the disclosure deals with "a matter of public concern" and provided that the speaker was not "involved" in the theft.

In 2016, after 16 months of investigation, the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (UNWGAD) concluded that Julian Assange is the victim of arbitrary detention. Not only did the group made up of lawyers and human rights professionals release an opinion that Assange should be released, they reported that he should be compensated by the governments of Sweden and the United Kingdom for "deprivation of liberty."

Remember, there was a prevalent rumor for some time that he was dead, and even a video that appeared to show evidence of being an artificial digital production (the edges of his tie and clothing were morphing together, etc.).

This is definitely a strange case. His clothes are definitely doing something funny in that video.

It looks like a tricky edit with some morphing between the words "trash" and "deplorable". This type of edit is used to usually to string together statements or phrases of the subject in such a ways so that their words can be completely taken our of context and misconstrued, or to make the subject appear to be presenting ideas of something that they never actually did in the interview at all.

You can also see in the hand at the very bottom left that this is actually two separate segments of video that have been stitched together with a little morphing effect added in to try to make it look smooth where the two clips didn't quite line up - specifically around his eye and at his shirt, but you can see signs of the splicing itself elsewhere. It seems to be only at this one exact point, again pointing to a splice.

The technology shown in the first half of the video does not appear to be what is being used here; but there is definitely some trickery being used in this clip. In video editing, making smooth and decent looking transitions is part of the game, but trying to make them disappear completely generally is not and takes a large amount of effort and software, to the point a regular interview ditor wouldn't do that. This level of work certainly has some deception as the main goal.
When you are one step ahead of the crowd, you are a genius.
Two steps ahead, and you are deemed a crackpot.

They made fake videos of Osama bin Laden too, but used an obvious double ("Fatty bin Laden") and grainy VHS quality tape that they allegedly "discovered" in a bombed-out town in Afghanistan.

Whatever is going on in the video above is a lot more sophisticated. For me the edges of his shirt collar morphing into his shirt are the most obvious sign of something really weird going on.

I'm not even saying that Assange is necessarily dead. Maybe he's still alive and well somewhere. But between stuff like this video and then the sudden announcement that he's very ill right when he's about to be released.... Seems off.

Ecuadorian Embassy Adds New Rules For Julian Assange
    — No Visitors, Phone Calls Or Internet

    12/5/18....By Aaron Kesel

'WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been arbitrarily detained according to the UN
for nearly 6 years in the Ecuadorian embassy. Now Ecuador has expanded that
arbitrary detainment to solitary confinement by forbidding Assange from any
human contact including visitations, phone calls and barring his Internet usage. All
without Assange ever being convicted of a crime besides publishing documents
exposing corruption and shedding light on the truth.

In March, Ecuador and its leader Lenín Moreno pulled the plug on Julian Assange’s
Internet connection. Then, Ecuador further demanded Assange remove a specific
tweet referencing a foreign political prisoner Carles Puigdemont. The irony here is
that Ecuador accused Assange of “interfering in a state” for mentioning another
political prisoner and Assange himself had more of his own rights taken away.

“In 1940 the elected president of Catalonia, Lluís Companys, was captured by the
Gestapo, at the request of Spain, delivered to them and executed. Today, German
police have arrested the elected president of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont, at the
request of Spain, to be extradited,” Assange tweeted. Now Ecuador has clarified its
position on Julian Assange’s asylum by drafting new rules limiting his communications
    according to WikiLeaks.

    WikiLeaks
    ✔ @wikileaks

    Ecuador announces that @JulianAssange remains
incommunicado and that his fate is being negotiated
with the UK. Although after US pressure, Ecuador
has banned visitors (inc. press) & phone, apparently
as a PR strategy only a "social media" ban is mentioned.
    10:48 AM - May 10, 2018

Foreign Minister Maria Fernanda Espinosa confirmed that Assange was still being
denied Internet access while talks between the UK and Ecuador to decide his fate
are still ongoing. “He still has no access to the Internet and communications. There
is a dialogue, there is a will and an interest to move forward in the solution of that
matter,” Maria Fernanda said, according to El Tiempo.'
