Failure to mention the Secret Space program was noticeable despite the huge weight of evidence. The UK Strategic Air Command do not deny the existence of UFO’s or ET, they just say their records show no threats to UK air space, lol - deception by omission for legal reasons.

This topic is a long way off from being on the Governments and MSM agenda because they know people are complacent and preoccupied with day to day living making them easy to exploit. Luis Elizondo, former director of the Pentagon program dedicated to investigating possible UFO sightings, confirmed that he will participate in the fall at the National UFO Center (CUN) Rome Convention. Vladimiro Bibolotti, organizer of the Roman Convention in which the Pentagon project director A.A.T.I.P. will participate for the first time in Europe. Luis Elizondo together with the TTSA coordinator To The Star Academy.

Elizondo, who over the past few months has been holding the ball to have made it clear that American military authorities have often covered the phenomenon of unidentified flying objects, will hold only two exclusive world conferences: one in Brazil, the second, in fact, in Italy . He has promised to add a lot of information and details, even something unprecedented - to what he has already told.

In short, he especially wants to clarify in terms of verifying the "quality" of the previous statements: it is essential that clear, exhaustive and unequivocal details are provided, to shed light on several episodes. Able to explain clearly if certain facts are attributable to a military scenario.

This year the 7th International Ufology Congress "City of Rome", which will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018, will be a very special event. In this year full of important Ufological anniversaries such as the 80th anniversary of Orson Welles’ radio broadcast, the great wave of 1978 and the proposal to the United Nations to establish a research commission on UFOs, the conference will be attended as speakers by Luis Elizondo, former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threats Identification Project (AATIP) of the Pentagon, and Tom DeLonge, founder of the To The Stars Academy of Art and Sciences. Preceded by a Press Conference that will be held on 27th October, it will be the only event in which the two US guests will participate in Europe.

Given the importance of the event, which at the moment is the only one in which the two U.S. protagonists participate in Europe. The organisers have decided to inform the most qualified ufologists/scientists so that, if they so wish, they can attend this important event in person. Although I was invited to meet the two US gentlemen, unfortunately I had other appointments during that period.

I will be meeting the organizers in Bulgaria on 5th November and I hope to have a debrief from the Rome meeting.

Here are some questions I'd like someone to put to Elizondo if he were strapped to a chair, had no time limits, no script and no-one to help him, and ideally was also hooked up to a polygraph. They're not in any special order.

I'd ignore the obvious ones for the moment, like who his current handlers are now.

• Why does he evade the Roswell question? (And that of other crash retrievals, of which there are many?) Does AATIP have access to military-intel files of those events? If not, why not?

• What does he have to say about the many unquestionably authentic FOIA-released documents that prove without any doubt (a) the seriousness with which the US military has taken the UFO phenomenon, and that (b) many investigations and groups were actively working on this as early as 1947?

• He has to be aware of Bob Bigelow's strong interest in and extensive funding of research on the Skinwalker Ranch (Jeremy Corbell has stated that TTSA are actively interested) and that the DIA has now purchased the ranch, where it's now doing its own Pentagon-funded research. Are the Skinwalker phenomena (and other similar events well documented elsewhere) considered 'threats'?

• What is AATIP's research into, knowledge of, and conclusions reached about the very well-documented shut-down of military missile sites, such as were reported in detail by Robert Salas and others? (Linda Howe's most recent Phenomenon radio broadcast was about this.)

• What does the military-intel apparatus know about abductions? Are these within AATIP's mission to investigate? (If not, are abductions not considered 'threats', also?)

• Why won't he do an interview with John Greenwald from The Black Vault? (John told Linda Howe on 24 May, 2018 that his request had been declined, after waiting many months for an answer.) And will he do an interview with Richard Dolan or Linda Howe?

• TTSA made a statement (written by Garry Nolan and published on the TTSA site) about the authenticity of Steven Greer's tiny Atacama body in March 2018. (This was strongly refuted by Steven Greer here.) Is it within the mission of TTSA to publish conclusions about purported alien bodies? If so, what conclusions does it reach about the many alien bodies currently held in classified facilities by the US military? Knowing that these bodies exist, as he must (and if he doesn't, he shouldn't be in his job), why does he not confirm that they're non-human?

• Is it within the mission of AATIP to investigate cattle mutilations? (If not, why not? As with abductions, are they not also considered a 'threat'?)

• What investigation and research programs preceded the founding of AATIP in 2007, and what was their funding? How many of those are still active, and is there collaboration and information-sharing between the various programs?

• TTSA can speak for the Lockheed Skunk Works, as Steve Justice, Program Director for Advanced Systems at the Skunk Works, is now a TTSA director. Without breaching national security, how much work has been done by Lockheed, and with how much success, in advanced propulsion systems? What comment does he make about Ben Rich's several statements (which he's known with certainty to have made) one of which was: "We now have the technology to take ET home?" Why did Elizondo say that maybe we'd have access to this kind of antigravity technology only in 25 years?

• Why has he never explained that the bulk of Harry Reid's $22 million actually went to fund the Skinwalker Ranch research, and not to AATIP?

• Are the Skinwalker phenomena also regarded as a 'threat' by the DIA?
