What is justice really? No man has the "right" to take life of another conscious being without consequences. Some people are almost like demons incarnated, but even then I don't think the right action is to kill them. That would mean that the system lowers itself to their level. When you meet your Maker and your Self, you will be held accountable for your actions. You will be judging yourself when you realize what you have done. No one escapes that, criminal or not.

Well I'm against the grain on this one, i,'ve heard various figures on the amount of mass murderers there are roaming the United States 25 to 400 at any given time. I agree that there is a negative energy discharged from sentencing and carrying out the death penalty. But for those unlucky enough to be at the hands of the perpetrator that were innocent that met their death or will have to re live the torture every day for the rest of thier lives, what about that negative energy. Rule number 1, there are people who do very bad things here on earth and have no consideration for human life except their own sick gratification.Rule number 2 ,we are all going to leave this earth one day. So for those that live in rule number 1 I believe we should see to it they they assume room temperature as soon as possible after convicted. I was recently reading about that actor from the show glee who took his own life after being charged with child pornography on his computer.Original story said he had instructive videos on how to physically have sex with 3 year old child. Well I have no desire to spend time or money on what makes these sick people tick and have no problem with the fact that removing them from the face of the earth thru the process that they will never violate another young innocent child again, ever. This permanently stops the chain of evil by eliminating that evil and once thier gone who really cares .

I had a beer the other day with my buddy, asked about his sister who used to run a little store here in northern michigan. She was in the store one day when this 60 yr old guy walked in who she had never seen before, robbed her and then proceeded to stab her throughout the store 13 to 18 times. She lived but everything in the store had to be thrown away due to there being so much blood everywhere and she is still dealing with mental issues and disorders to this day . Since she wasn,t killed I think this guy got 15 to 20 for only attempted murder. So here the system will allow for his release because he didn't complete his crime to death for an innocent person.you don't think that haunts my buddy's sister everyday along with the other issues. Here's another case, remove them from the face of the earth, I have no desire to find out why he did this and it's time for him to experience rule number 2 early. She was stabbed in her head multiple times while begging him to stop fyi.

For me personally , I will give you the shirt off my back, I will give you my food to eat before I eat, I try and help at least one person a day and donate to so many causes funds when I have them. I don't hunt, and I save as many stray dogs and cats as I can and I have a bunch.even the vets know me locally. I've supported an orphanage for kids in Mexico for years and am members to many good and worthy organizations. For me their is a definite line drawn between good and bad. But when it comes to down right evil , my compassion only goes so far as to say a prayer for their soul as they leave the earth and know there will be no more hurt done on their behalf to the innocent ever again.

Capital punishment, that is, the death penalty, is a specific deterrent only. It will prevent the person receiving that punishment from killing again. However, the notable studies on the subject conclude that capital punishment does not serve as a general deterrent. That is, it does not prevent others from committing murder. (There are myriad reasons why some people kill others.) In that sense, capital punishment is hard to defend and really comes down to retribution, or the state vindicating the interest of the collective by enforcing a specific deterrent on a case-by-case basis. An eye for an eye...

I'm on the fence about the death penalty. Generally, it does not point in the direction of my moral and ethical compass. But, in some cases I can see where retribution or revenge is not inappropriate and a specific deterrent is needed. Legally at least. Bundy is a good example of when the state really had little choice but to put him down like a rabid animal. He killed and killed again. He was such a charming conman and an escape artist that he was a threat even behind prison walls. At least, so we are told.

In my original post, the reason why i said Bundy should have been kept alive is, its so rare to catch a monster of his caliber alive, and i do think science is catching up and will one day be able to isolate what ever deranged gene causes these deranged individuals to commit such atrocities. But that also leads us to a whole new debate.

I feel like I've already met my maker so to speak, and He knows how I feel.

If it was me doing the judging, it would be me doing the killing too. I'd be willing to deal with consequences of killing just as much as I'd be willing to deal with the consequences of not killing.

I cannot help but think the wrong action is NOT to kill them. It depends on the situation.. but with these unrepentant merciless murderers and rapists.. I kind of feel like we're being a bit naive to even let them live. Don't we need to protect people from these things? It feels like I should feel awful for saying that too, but I don't feel awful. Locking them up for all eternity seems a lot worse them killing them mercifully too.

I guess the problem is, how the heck do you tell if some one is actually sorry or not when they're a really good actor?

Also, the "justice" system fails. See what I did there?

This is where it's going, isn't it. I'd be interested in that debate. I can think of at least one or two more cans of worms right off the bat!

I do think part of it is genetics. But I don't think it's wholly genetic, call it a hunch.

Agreed, that is a whole new debate. But for what it's worth, I do not think that day will ever come. And if "they" do isolate the gene or whatever, and I doubt any single gene exists that accounts for this type of behavior, they will weaponize it, and otherwise use it to maintain and gain power and control.

What happens to people who support the death penalty?

This topic brings up a lot of questions.

There really is no "death" in Absolute terms. What will happen to those who murder and commit multiple crimes against humanity? What crimes have been legalized that have caused the death of many? (Think big Pharma, for one example) Is death of the soul possible for those who won't reform? Who are the true perpe-traitors? I have no authority to answer questions regarding Divine Justice, but I do know Universal Law is unavoidable.

My true vote is: No death penalty.

Reform the mental and spiritual causes of lack of love and lack of self-reflection that causes projection.

A rehabilitation of consciousness is required.
That is what I truly support.

I love everybody, even the spiritually depraved ones who need to be restrained and reformed.

Our whole criminal justice system is politicized and weaponized.

The perception deception perpetuated by mass media is a crime against humanity. It feeds into the Justice system that is perpetuating "legalized" crimes against humanity.

    Change is imminent.

    Reform with love.

This permanently stops the chain of evil by eliminating that evil and once their gone who really cares.
I bolded the above sentence to demonstrate what I mean in regards to victim-hood belief statements as this is a good example. I’m not making fun of you or those in difficult situations. The purpose behind my intentions are to help others ‘see’, by getting them out of the cycle of victim-hood thought patterns(3D thinking) and showing a different way. The ‘but’ statement is what creates the victim scenario. I think you may have missed some of the reasoning in my initial post as this question was answered. Reincarnation strongly suggests no one is dying, the soul is immortal. Reincarnation also strongly suggests the purpose of incarnating is for soul growth. The soul learns nothing when the positive polarity is the only polarity of existence. The challenge in this reality is to learn how to make lemonade out of lemons. The negative energy is your fuel needed for transformation. Also keep in mind, the lesson of forgiveness might not be intended for the person who loses their life, but rather for those around them. Families experiencing discord can be brought together again by a death of a loved one and sometimes that’s the point, that’s the purpose of the lesson. Individuals who die at the hands of another merely could be playing a role by agreeing to live the experience so others from their soul group can learn and grow through the experience.

Could what you suggest really permanently stop the chain of evil or is it prolonging it? If there’s no forgiveness on the ‘victims’ end, they didn’t learn the lesson, they missed the point if that’s part of their soul plan, and likely they will have to repeat the scenario once again (not necessarily exactly the same) by being put into a compromising situation, till they ‘get it’ and the lesson comes full circle. What you’re saying is common 3D thinking, and why getting out of victim-hood is so difficult for people to do because it’s the typical programmed response on how to handle challenging scenarios. By not forgiving, they are getting in the way of their own healing and creating the torture you speak of by playing the blame game(3D thinking), which can drastically affect one’s health and stability, a precursor to acquiring a debilitating disease (lower vibrational emotions fear, hate, anger creates disease hence lower frequency). Personally, I think it’s the hardest lesson/virtue a soul has to learn partly due to a society that firmly embraces and rewards the victimhood belief system. So choices are repeatedly made based on that belief system (definition of insanity..). Victim-hood is what keeps the same ‘game’ going over and over again, which is why it’s heavily promoted/supported by those in charge via various memes(Capital Punishment) as an accepted form of response to remedy difficult dilemmas thereby continuing a lower vibrational reality. It doesn’t stop ‘the chain of evil’ because the energy was never transmuted, the lesson not learned, which likely was the entire point of being in this type of situation in the first place!

“Control the belief systems, control the energy fields.” – Elizabeth Marie, March 7, 2014
Translation- Beliefs vibrate at frequencies, those who control ‘the field’, control the reality.

This reality isn’t going to change until more people make the choice via free will to transmute the negative into a positive and maintain that higher frequency. If you look around, under the current climate, opportunities appear to be endlessly embedded within the constant flow of tragedies. Some people understand the concept of transmuting energy and can be observed doing so via their actions in everyday life. For example, have you ever noticed individuals becoming even more motivated when told they can’t do something or are put into a difficult situation? Love him or hate him, Donald Trump is known to exercise and master this characteristic trait. Telling him he can’t do something only motivates him to accomplish the impossible. Athletes are also notorious for putting people in their place and proving they can do the unthinkable when challenged. What they’re doing is using the negative energy created by another from a negative thought or negative situation and using the negative energy of that thought or situation to create a positive outcome, hence transmutation of energy! We the people are not being taught to look at our situations from an energetic perspective, it’s kinda something you have to figure out on your own.

This recent commercial highlighting Olympic medalist Ashley Wagner eludes to the point I’m making here…’strength only comes from my struggle’. It’s beautifully presented:

“…Sometimes, the harder we fall,… the stronger we rise.” Notice they use a female to play the role? Notice the moon, the symbol of the Divine Feminine the symbol of Artemis? She's wearing a red dress! Look up the symbolism of the red dress. Ice is a form of water! Your body is water! The frequency of water can be altered by emotions! And this scenario in the commercial all takes place under the seeming symbolic Tree of Life! Uh...this isn't just a car commercial! 'They' knew this moment was coming, 'they' know the moment is here.....the coming of the concept of Feminine Christ!

The energetic template of love, compassion and forgiveness (the process of changing how one thinks when put in a compromising situation)was created by Jesus himself while hanging on the cross, and this is how He ‘died for your sins’. The point being, not for you to be ‘saved’ by Him as you’ve been wrongly told, it’s so you can save yourself! The ‘idea’, the template he created while hanging on the cross was created via Kundalini of the heart involving the emotions listed above which now lie in the ‘Aether field’. Because He ‘chose’ a different way to think, it made it easier for the rest of us to make the same choice. You can’t ‘disappear’ an idea once it’s in ‘the field’. It’s now available for you to access on your own for your catharsis moment, your spiritual alchemy as He experienced. Gregg Braden discusses this phenomenon of templates in his Holographic Universe video. For the sake of trying to be brief here, I’m not including additional findings which further support my point.

I experienced the same as Jesus during my own dark night of the soul moment shared with link on post #8, which is why I know this to be true and how I’m able to identify the significance as His truth became my own once I put the pieces of the puzzle together. Most won’t ‘get it’ unless they are backed into a corner, near the very end, which is why people experiencing difficult ‘sims’(sim meaning simulation), situations of extreme crisis are of interest. Maybe another way to coin the term is to define the word SIMS as Situations Involving Metaphoric Substances, lol. So this is what’s meant, when they say ‘he died for your sins’. The thought process of love, compassion and forgiveness created in the heart, is why it’s a template. Science shows us that emotions and beliefs create realities that vibrate at frequencies which in turn create templates that lie in the Aether Field.

The significance of being put into a difficult situation is so you have the opportunity to transmute the negative energy carried in previous lifetimes, that’s the lesson and it comes in all shapes, sizes and locations. If one is re-living the torture every day as mentioned, it’s a reflection of the ego remaining in victim-hood (because it’s easier); and because it’s a steadfast belief system heavily promoted within the 3D reality, which is likely why people get trapped in its false pretenses. Reincarnation strongly suggests this reality isn’t what’s real, so if it’s not real how can anyone be a ‘victim’ of anything?. More and more scientists are suggesting this reality is merely a computer simulation which means your experiences are nothing more than a ‘sim within a larger ‘sim’ known as The Matrix.

Studying NDE’s, past life regression cases, and reincarnation show repeated patterns supporting the basis of my comments. Again to clarify, when I mentioned Second Coming, I’m not suggesting Jesus is going to save you, this isn’t about supporting the false meme of the savior-hood mode. What he taught and what I’m attempting to share through my experience is how one in essence can ‘save’ oneself as I mentioned early. I speak of lessons and virtues because that’s the repeated pattern found by researchers. Past life regressionist Robert Schwartz talks about the patterns of ‘virtues’ in case studies. I believe he’s uncovered somewhere from 26 to 32 lessons a soul will experience and has written extensively on the topic.
And as already quoted by another forum member, keep in mind:

“We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”- Albert Einstein

My opinion isn’t based on conjecture or guessing, it’s based on personally experiencing my own dark night of the soul moment shared in post #8 and how my body responded when I made the correct choice which is affirmation! And it’s why I can easily identify the set-up occurring in the experiences of others. I share my story repeatedly because I see people on this forum who could benefit from what took me 20 years to figure out. I recognize their own ‘sims’, their own dark night of the soul moments, some happening right now….. My hope is to save them time and grief by sharing what I learned. Consider my offerings as ‘cliff notes’. And it’s why I’ll say just as Jesus once did, ‘for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear’. Those who can’t or won’t, are likely not ready. By no means is it a race or contest nor should it be construed as someone being better than another, some truly aren’t ready and that’s ok as there is no time limit for a soul evolution. For those of us who have figured it out, we are merely here to help give confidence to those on the edge needing extra words of encouragement and guidance.

Additionally, having a Kundalini is not the end goal for everyone; that was my soul path, not necessarily required of others to achieve ultimate learning and spiritual growth. I say this as it can be identified in my astrological chart suggesting my particular situation was by design. I would need to see more people with the same astrological alignment to alter my viewpoint.

For pyrangello, your friend’s sister would be best served if she didn’t try and to rationalize her situation with 3D thinking, that’s not the point of the exercise. Please see post #8 and the link I provide that takes you directly to my past post and experience for further explanation. Even better share my writings with her. I highly recommend the book, Your Soul’s Plan, by Robert Schwartz for your friend’s sister. It could give her the strength, an outlet she needs to help her move towards experiencing a metamorphosis to catharsis transformation. In reading the stories of others, she will find how her own mirrors theirs which will enable her to get out of fear mode and begin the healing process.

From the back of the book:
“So often when something “bad” happens, it may appear to be meaningless suffering. But what if your most difficult experiences are actually rich with hidden purpose-purpose that you yourself planned before you were born? Could it be that you chose your life’s circumstances, relationships, and events? Within these pages are stories of ten individuals who-like you-planned before birth to experience great challenges.” –Robert Schwartz

This is an in depth discussion to consider as to why the death penalty solves nothing and in no way supports the makings of a reality built on higher vibrational thinking and creation. It’s impossible to explain in a few short sentences as a layered knowledge base is needed to support the basis of the belief. And while I may sound like I’m repeating myself, I do so in hopes if I say it just a bit different, maybe I will help one more person understand so they too can have experience a moment of spiritual alchemy.

“The heart is key and the proponent to living in love and free” – Elizabeth Marie, March 15, 2014
Translation- The future is energy, and when we learn as a collective to harness that energy from our hearts, not our mind, the energy foundation of our reality will change to one of love and peace.

    SIDENOTE:

Understanding who I’ve been and who I am today explains why you should take a closer look at my findings…..My name was Saint Mary Helena Salome(akashic confirmed) back in the times, a High Priestess who would have been familiar with sacred knowledge and esoteric teachings. Jesus was my nephew/cousin, I am from his soul group. I trained under my cousin Mary Magdalene. My role in this life time, my soul path was similar to His(creating an energetic template near the 33rd parallel) only this time on the other side of the world known as The New Land, America. This is my second incarnation in America, or 3rd if you count my soul split.

Through research and exploration, I’ve found many parallels between His life and my own as if to confirm my revelations, it’s not a coincidence, it’s by design. Just to list a few, my birth date falls on the day of Atonement (Second Coming, tenth day of the seventh month) and I was born in the Jubilee year of 66. My blood type is the rare AB type as found on The Shroud of Turin, I kid you not (https://www.nationalreview.com/2016/...arium-oviedo/)….My message is the same as His-love, compassion and forgiveness in the heart are key. No I’m not a prophet, and I make no claims as such, and I am not trying to be ‘Him’, I am my own person, I am a healer and I come from a group of healers which is why I know of what I speak. My personal story suggests the legends of the emergence of the Feminine Christ concept to be true, which is why I hope what I share is seriously pondered for the intent originally stated at the beginning of this message…If I can just make it easier for another based on what I’ve learned/experienced….. I feel lucky in these times to be equipped to explain in detail, as now the science is somewhat catching up with the esoteric knowledge, something ‘He’ didn’t have to work with over 2,000 years ago and most souls couldn’t even conceive a message of this caliber during such perilous times in the lands of Galilee. Today, during the Age of Aquarius, the essential need for a Feminine Christ/Divine Feminine energy makes sense as the urgency to restore balance between the polarities/energies of masculine and feminine becomes a requirement for a reality ready and moving forward towards supporting higher vibrational belief systems. This message is clearly embedded in my story as currently explained and originally shared on Dec. 7, 2012, here on Project Avalon and is reaffirmed in the writings below.

“Thus in the Age of Aquarius, the heavenly man shall pour forth his feminine self to nourish the parching earth. The spirit shall descend and be expressed through the feminine paradigm of feeling and meaning….In these images are hidden secret reference to a sacred inner marriage referred to by alchemists as Conjuncto. And this is to be our spiritual achievement in the Age to come. In this consummation, the new Christ is born- not of the virgin womb, but of the pure in heart. Humanity will be forced- or inspired, to learn the science of love and relationship. This is the Aquarian ideal- to understand this inner science-the science of the heart. This is a feminine spirituality, focused in the heart. It has never yet been awakened or realized. The collective awakening of feminine spirituality shall herald the Second Coming- the coming of the Feminine Christ. The world will have to change the way it has lived for thousands of years…..The Feminine Christ shall be the one who brings forth the Grail to the Aquarian Age.”- author Niamh Clune, The Coming of the Feminine Christ

To add to my post #28, I spoke of Gregg Braden and his mention of templates, this is the video I was referring to Holographic Universe, where he discusses the Holographic model of consciousness. As you get close to the 6min. mark listen closely and you will hear Gregg make reference to templates and how they make a difference. This will help in your understanding of my remarks in regards to templates.
