Kevin Shipp was chemically poisoned by CIA ,which puts another spinon the Skripal
case , though this is not discussed in this presentation. He breaks down the
deepstate and the shadow government in the US which would be similar in other
countries to various degrees , operation Mockingbird and more..

Check this someone is incredibly well connected.!! Makes perfect sense as well.!!
    ......................

The actual targets in Syria struck by missiles began one week earlier when President Trump tweeted about plans to remove our troops in Syria:
This tweet was met by the normal deep state actors like no name traitor from AZ, Graham and the rest of the deep state tools crying. All of the normal actors were loud demanding that our troops stay there and increase in numbers.
The trap was set as the deep state run black ops in Syria and their ISIS employees attacked innocent civilians as well as claiming to be poisoned via chemical weapons. None of it was true although the white helmets who are employed and paid by the UK staged the event. These white helmets are ISIS are one and the same as well as the source for the many staged videos we regularly are bombarded with.
McCain has been regularly and secretly meeting with ISIS in their safe houses. Under the guise of USAID he delivers German produced chemical weapons and Chlorine poison which Germany is the sponsor. One of these shipment from Germany to Syria via McCain was intercepted.
The missile targets were deep state and ISIS chemical production buildings, chemical weapons research labs as well as NTI (surprise suprise guess who sits on the board of that deep state shindig: California’s Gov Jerry Brown, Warren Buffet, Ted Turner....hmmmm),.
It was a strike organized by Mattis and coordinated with Assad and Putin to smoke out the deep state and its ISIS tools.
It worked as the deep state mercenaries of the deep state together with these rogue ops mistakenly thought the strikes were directed at Russia and Syria’s facilities.
All in all it was a successful mission that finally freed the Syria people and its framed president while ISIS is no longer able to kill in their service of the deep state engineered coup.
In the meantime as always traitor McCain strangely enough is ill again although I’m sure being caught trying to deliver German produced chemical weapons to his ISIS buddies in their safe houses may well cause irritation.
He will never align with jihadist and US sponsored deep state mercenaries to overthrow another country like he did in Syria, Libya/Benghazi, Yemen and other ones. It’s a wrap - finally!

Correct me if I am mistaken, but, most governments have a Foreign Ministry accountable to parliament?

The U. S. State Department is a modern contrivance in the Executive (Presidential) Branch, accountable to the un-elected think tank Council on Foreign Relations, so you can pretty much call it the "Rockefeller Branch". Basically a dictatorship.

Generally, it has little to do with the branch ingrained in the Department of Defense, which is a much more normal, mainstream, and insidious operation hosted by more conservative "deep state" wealth. This is somewhat restrained by Congress and the fact that some of the military still believes in the Constitution, while at the same time, it is bigger and more dangerous than the "black ops" side, which is dangerous, but easily defeated by anyone who figures them out. These two sides basically hate each other, but will act in cooperation where it serves their interests. Expose them all.

Well, it seems Norway is / has been involved in the Syria war.... is there any Western country that is not?

Quote Norwegian soldiers trained Syrian militia to fight ISIL and Syrian Gov't Militants Syria
    © Farsnews

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Norwegian-trained Syrian militia called the Revolutionary Command Army (MaT) allegedly meant to help quell ISIL are waging a war against the Syrian leadership and pro-government forces, a Norwegian daily reported.

According to Klassekampen, the rebel group is now openly fighting for a regime change in Syria.

In May 2016, it was announced that Norwegian soldiers were to be dispatched to Syria's neighbor country Jordan to provide "training, counseling and operational support" to Syrian paramilitary groups fighting ISIL as part of the US-led Operation Inherent Resolve.

In June 2016, the Norwegian parliament also green-lit similar missions in Syria itself.

While Norway's Syria contribution was formally concluded in March this year, as the mandate formally expired, the exact extent and nature of Norway's involvement was largely kept secret. MaT commander Muhannad al-Talla confirmed to Klassekampen that his group was trained by Norwegians in al-Tanf in Southeastern Syria, where the US also has a base.

While both Prime Minister Erna Solberg and then-Defense Minister Ine Eriksen Søreide emphasized the mandate was to fight ISIL, ensuring that they "won't endanger the peace process," al-Talla claimed that his Western allies never concealed that his soldiers were to fight both terrorists and the Syrian government.

"From the very beginning, I've been completely aware that I'm fighting "the ISIL" and the al-Assad forces. (ISIL) is not gone but is clearly weakened. Now the priority is the fight Assad," al-Talla admitted to Klassekampen.

The al-Tanf Base is a strategic outpost along the main route between Damascus and Baghdad. There, the US has created a so-called 55-square-kilometer safety zone secured by US soldiers with the help of al-Talla's units.

Within the zone, Syrian army troops have been bombed at least two times by US combat aircraft. At the same time, several rebel groups, including MaT took part in an offensive against government forces after ISIL's withdrawal from Eastern Syria.

The Free Syrian Army (FSA) Spokesman and Counselor Ibrahim al-Idlibi confirmed to Klassekampen that Norway-trained "militia" took part in the struggle against the government forces, such as the operation "The Country is Ours" carried out in May and June 2017.

While the Syrian government has managed to reclaim most of the country's territory from ISIL and various rebel groups, MaT leader Muhannad al-Talla is by his own admission not ready to lay down arms.

"It is true that the current balance of power favors Assad. But we will never let him have peace. Even if he wins the war, we will continue to make his life sad for him," al-Talla pledged.

Both Muhannad al-Talla and the Norwegian Ministry of Defense denied that Norwegians ever participated in the fight against the Syrian government and its allies. Norway formally ceased its mission in Syria, with the Defense Ministry deciding to focus on Iraq.

Paul Craig Roberts writing on April 17th 2018 has this to offer on this situation.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“THE CRISIS IS ONLY IN ITS BEGINNING STAGES”

    https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/201...inning-stages/

Written by Paul Craig Roberts; Originally appeared at paulcraigroberts.org

Many, including Russia’s President Putin, have asked why the US launched an illegal attack on Syria prior to the chemical weapons inspectors examining the site of the alleged chemical attack.

This popular question completely misses the point. The US attack on Syria is a clear and indisputable war crime against a sovereign country regardless of whether Syria used a chemical weapon in driving the Washington supported terrorists from Douma. No one acted to stop Washington’s war crime. Some of Washington’s vassals, such as Germany and Italy, refused to participate in Washington’s war crime, but no one attempted to block it. The impotent UN Security Council, to which Russia is wasting its time appealing, the EU, NATO, Russia and China themselves did nothing to stop Washington’s Nazi era war crime.

Russia said that if Washington’s attack harmed its citizens, there would be military consequences, but Russia did not protect its ally Syria from the attack. Perhaps it doesn’t matter as Washington’s attack was carefully conducted so as to have no effect except to serve as a face-saver for Trump. Apparently no one was killed and no damage was done to anything real except to a facility in which anti-venom for snake bites was being produced.

On the other hand, it does matter, because of the perception that the American presstitutes have created that it was a great victory for America over the evil Syrian government and the evil Russian government that supports them. This perception, which the presstitutes have created with their fake news, justifies the war crime and will lead to more attacks on Syria.

It is unlikely that the UN Security Council will condemn Washington, which pays 25% of the UN’s budget. Moreover, the Security Council is loaded up with Washington’s vassals, and they will not vote to censure their liegelord. Putin is wasting his time taking the matter to the Security Council, unless his purpose is to prove that every Western institution is completely corrupt. As most informed people already know this, I don’t understand the point of proving the known.

Putin should read Eric Zuesse’s article before he puts too much faith in the UN. "How US Has Virtually Destroyed UN"

As I have written on a number of occasions, I admire Putin’s Christian character of sidestepping the beatings he continuously takes from Washington in order to save the world from the massive deaths of a world war. The problem is that by turning the other cheek, Putin encourages more aggression from Washington. Putin is dealing with neoconservative psychopaths. He is not dealing with common sense.

During the entirety of the Cold War no US ambassador to the UN spoke aggressively and disrespectfully to the Soviet representative as Nikki Haley speaks to the Russian ambassador. During the Cold War no American president would have tolerated Nikki Haley. The crazed bitch would have instantly been fired.

The Russian government is captured by delusion if the Russians believe that the US government, in which Nikki Haley is Trump’s choice to be America’s spokesperson to the world, in which the crazed neoconservative war monger John Bolton is a principal influence over US military and foreign policy, and in which the President himself is under threat of indictment for wanting to normalize relations with Russia, has any prospect of avoiding war.

The best chance of preventing the oncoming war is Russian-Chinese-Iranian unity and a defeat for American arms in a regional context not worth the Washington psychopaths launching of nuclear weapons. Until Washington is effectively resisted, Washington’s European vassals, the UN Security Council and the OPCW will stand with Washington. Once Washington experiences a defeat, NATO will dissolve and with this dissolution Washington’s ability to threaten other countries will lose its cover and evaporate.

Well the German’s might be breaking ranks and following their own path:

Quote Germany's Largest Public TV News Broadcaster: Syria Chemical Attack "Most Likely Staged"

A senior correspondent for German state media broadcast ZDF heute stunned his European audience during a report from on the ground in Syria when he gave a straightforward and honest account of his findings while investigating what happened in Douma. The veteran reporter, Uli Gack, interviewed multiple eyewitnesses of the April 7 alleged chemical attack and concluded of the testimonials, "the Douma chemical attack is most likely staged, a great many people here seem very convinced."

It appears that all local Syrians encountered by the German public broadcast reporter were immediately dismissive of the widespread allegation that the Syrian government gassed civilians, which the US, UK, France, and Israel used a pretext for launching missile strikes on Damascus.

ZDF heute: The world continues to puzzle over whether the banned chemical weapons were used in Douma. ZDF correspondent Uli Gack is in Syria for us: "you were in a large refugee camp today and talked to a lot of people - what did you hear about the attack there?" Gack responded, "the Douma chemical attack is most likely staged, a great many people here seem very convinced."

The German ZDF report is consistent with veteran British journalist Robert Fisk's investigation upon being the first Western journalist to gain access to the site in Douma. Fisk reported early this week, "There are the many people I talked to amid the ruins of the town who said they had 'never believed in' gas stories–which were usually put about, they claimed, by the armed Islamist groups."

ZDF (Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen) is one of Germany's largest and oldest state-owned channels, which is funded in part through citizens paying a household licensing fee, and Heute is perhaps the most visible public news program in all of Germany.

According to the live report, some witnesses told ZDF that Islamist rebels killed victims with chlorine, filmed the scenes, then claimed an 'Assad chemical attack'. Though interviewing "a great many people [who] seem convinced" that a chemical attack did not actually happen, the reporter did not attempt to censor what he consistently heard from locals who were said to be in the area when the events occurred.

Russian MOD says OPCW confirms no chemical weapons at facility bombed by FUKUS

    Sputnik
    Wed, 25 Apr 2018 13:24 UTC

Last week, the fact-finding mission of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) visited a site in the Damascus suburb of Douma to collect samples in connection with the alleged April 7 chemical attack.

Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the Russian General Staff Col. Gen. Sergey Rudskoy has announced that the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) had confirmed that there were no chemical weapons found at the Barzeh research center in Damascus despite the US officials' claims.

The official further noted that thousands of people could have died if there was any chemical weapon on the sites that were attacked by the US-led coalition.
"Immediately after the attacks, many people who worked at these destroyed facilities and just bystanders without any protective equipment visited them. None of them got poisoned with toxic agents," Rudskoy said.
He said the logic of strikes on alleged facilities with toxic agents in Syria was unclear, because if toxic agents had theoretically been stored there, tens of thousands of people would have died after the cruise missile strikes.

    On US Airstrikes in Syria
Intelligence data shows that Osa, Kvadrat, Buk, Strela-10, Pantsir and S-125 air defense systems destroyed 46 cruise missiles during the recent US-led strikes on Syria, Rudskoy said, adding that only 13 of 76 reported Western airstrikes hit targets near the Barzah research center in Syria.
"Obtained intelligence data, objective control from air defense systems, work on the ground and the questioning of witnesses show that Pantsir, Osa, Strela-10, Buk, Kvadrat and S-125... destroyed 46 cruise missiles [in Syria]," Rudskoy said.
According to Rudskoy, most of the precision weapons were destroyed by the Soviet-era air defense systems developed 40 years ago, with S-125, Osa and Kvadrat among them.

According to the military official, Russian specialists are examining missiles of the US-led coalition, including Tomahawk, which were captured in Syria to improve Russian weapons.
"Two [missiles] including Tomahawk cruise missile and a high-precision aviation missile were delivered to Moscow... They are now being examined by our experts. The results of this work will be used to improve Russian weapons," he told a briefing.
At the same time, air defense expert of the Russian Defense Ministry Sergei Beznogih said that the Russian General Staff showed remains of cruise missiles downed by Syrian air defense systems to journalists.

"Elements of the sea-based US-made Tomahawk [missiles] and air-based UK-made and French-made SCALP and Storm Shadow [missiles] were displayed," Beznogih said.
Meanwhile, Col. Gen. Sergey Rudskoy noted that only seven western missiles struck the Syrian Han Shinshar facility, which allegedly housed chemical weapons, not 22 as the Pentagon claims.

The senior official stressed that chemical weapons were never developed or stored in Han Shinshar, located in the province of Homs, adding that the storage was struck twice, not seven times, as the US side claims.
"According to the statements of the Pentagon's representatives, 22 missiles hit the above-ground facilities. We registered no more than seven hits, which is shown in the space image," he told a briefing.
Speaking further, Rudskoy noted that expensive "smart" US missiles only hit outbuildings in Syria which had nothing to do with the army.
"The expensive and so-called 'smart' missiles inflicted the greatest damage on outbuildings which had nothing to do with military activity," he told a briefing.
At the same time, according to the senior military official, Russia will supply new air defense systems to Syria in the near future.
"Russian specialists will continue training Syrian military personnel, and will assist in mastering new air defense systems, which will be supplied in the near future," Rudskoy said.
Earlier, reports have emerged about an alleged chemical weapons attack in Syria, published by an online Syrian opposition news portals on April 7, claiming that a chemical attack took place in Syria in the city of Douma near Damascus.

Reacting to the reports, the United States and the European Union said the Syrian government of President Bashar Assad was behind the attack.

Moscow has called the news reports about the attack "hoaxes" and warned against military attacks against Syrian areas where Russian troops are deployed.

The Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria representatives inspected the location of the alleged attack and questioned local doctors, who said that they had not received individuals with symptoms of any chemical poisoning.

However, despite the lack of evidence, the US, alongside France and the UK, launched a massive missile attack against Syria on April 14 in response to the alleged chemical attack in the city of Douma.
SOTT Comment: If the U.S. media bothered to actual read or do even cursory research, they'd know that the OPCW inspected the Barzeh site in November 2017 and found nothing. And if the U.S. media could use their vision and their ability to count to ten, they would have been able to confirm for themselves Rudskoy's counts of successful missiles, as SOTT's Joe Quinn did immediately after the attack:
Just for comparison, we estimated 9 hits on Barzeh, 5 on Han Shinshar, and 1 on storage facility. The Russians counted 13, 7, and 2.
    =======================================

Of course, Trump's "100% hit" could be a smart a$$ plausible deniability statement if the missile-launching countries count being intercepted by Russian air defense as a "hit." After all, those did "hit" something...

Still, there are the two missiles shipped to Russia which didn't hit anything... never mind the other two registering a launch failure. But those could also be a "hit" on the missiles' designers to tell them to go back to the drawing boards...

It's true that Barzeh was a "research facility", although I believe it was more at the educational level than a post-grad poison factory. In any case, they didn't have chemical WMD things going on. The place had been abandoned pre-strike, so the approximately 13 Tomahawks that got through, blew up a room full of tables and chairs. It's not a particularly nice thing, but the gall spewing around this strike is astounding. Thoroughly putrid. The "official narrative" has really degraded from the old days of almost-believable "plausible deniability" to just the stench of a corpse that no one can avoid. I mean, at the time, I probably could have been convinced that Pearl Harbor was a surprise attack, but the way they do it now...what is this, a joke?

Note that from the "recovered fragments", both an intact Tomahawk and an air-launch missile were donated to Russia, and, I'll go out on a limb and guess that they will have a thorough understanding of both kinds very soon. Not that they were hard to defeat anyway. Two of the French missiles failed to fire.

Anyone here remember cruise missiles coming out originally and agreeing it was a good investment of their taxes?

Here's a copy of a letter received from my local Politician when I condemned the Government from acting without proof. This appears to be their official line - They have a significant body of evidence including intelligence that indicates the Syrian regime was responsible, bla bla bla.

He didn't answer my original question that they acted before any inspection was carried out and why on earth would Assad shoot himself in the foot twice when he's winning the war. Politicians have no idea that the Cabal controls military intelligence and the media

    Dear...
Thank you for contacting me about recent military action in Syria and for making me aware of your concerns.

The fact that a terrible chemical weapons attack took place in our world today is a stain on humanity. We have all seen the horrific images of innocent men, women and children lying dead with foam in their mouths. First-hand accounts from aid workers and the World Health Organisation working in the region have detailed the most horrific suffering, including burns to the eyes, suffocation and skin discolouration.

The international community are clear about who was responsible for this atrocity. No other group could have carried out this attack and a significant body of information including intelligence indicates that the Syrian Regime is responsible for this latest attack. As I am sure you are aware, the Syrian regime has an utterly abhorrent record of using chemical weapons against its own people.

Although the UK and its international allies sought to use every possible diplomatic channel, efforts were repeatedly thwarted both in Syria and in the UN. There have been extensive diplomatic attempts to commit Syria to dismantling its chemical weapons programme, which have failed. At the UN Security Council, Russia has used its veto 12 times regarding Syria since the conflict began in 2011, including six times in relation to chemical weapons, and at least three vetoes that relate to ceasefires, which demonstrates the deadlock at the UN and the futility of seeking a meaningful resolution on military intervention. The Government had no choice but to conclude that diplomatic action on its own was not going to work.

The purpose of our military action was to significantly degrade Syrian Chemical Weapons capabilities and deter their future use. Hitting these targets will significantly degrade the Syrian Regime’s ability to research, develop and deploy chemical weapons. This action was not about intervening in the civil war in Syria or about regime change but about protecting civilians and upholding and defending the global consensus of nearly 100 years that chemical weapons should not be used. Their response was limited, targeted and proportionate, and everything possible was done to avoid escalation and to prevent civilian casualties.

It is absolutely right to try to prevent the use of chemical weapons, either in Syria or on the streets of the UK, to become normalised.
The Prime Minister has been clear that military action to deter the use of chemical weapons does not stand alone. That is why the UK remains committed to resolving the conflict at large and the best hope for the Syrian people is a political solution. The Government will continue to back international efforts and support the UN-led process. The Syrian negotiation commission engages constructively and without preconditions, but clearly to achieve progress the Assad regime must also engage credibly in Geneva and Russia must use all its influence to ensure that it does.

It is also worth highlighting that the UK has been at the forefront of the global humanitarian response. Having already committed almost £2.5 billion, this is the UK’s largest ever response to a single humanitarian crisis. Since 2012, across Syria and the region, UK help has provided over: 26.2 million food rations; 10.3 million medical consultations; 9.8 million relief packages and 8.3 million vaccines.

The UK and its international allies response to the chemical weapons attack in Douma was limited, targeted and proportionate, and came on the back of a significant body of information. The Government will continue to work with the international community and the UN to find a political solution to the terrible conflict in Syria.
Thank you again for taking the time to contact me about this important matter and I hope this reply has been helpful.

    Yours sincerely,

    Andrew

I still think there were "forces" at work here that none of us know about. Just my opinion! I wonder just "who's" agenda is being carried out here?! We, the common people are not in possession of ALL the facts. What makes all the "agendas" harder to roll out now is this Instant Communication to which we have access & the fact that so many people have become more "aware"!
