Default What Do CBS’s“60 Minutes”, Dr. Oz, The “Digital Divide” in Public Schools, and 5G Cell Towers Have in Common? More Than You May Think.

For a year or so, tech employees have been expressing remorse for being paid to deliberately create software that affects our dopamine levels and other neurotransmitters. 2017 CBS 60 Minutes segment, “Brain Hacking” provides testimony. Other articles and TV segments have followed. The most compelling statement seems to be from Nest Founder, Tony Faddell.
“I Wake Up In Cold Sweats Thinking, What Did We Bring To The World?

    Holy crap.
As we are all already aware, for the last 2 decades, technology has been marketed to children and public school systems. Regardless, this whole time, tech inventors have been limiting their own kids’ use of it and sending them to private low-tech schools.
It’s not going to be easy to turn this around for everyone else’s children especially with tech companies still marketing products to kids and public schools.
On a side note, no “safe” level of cell phone or wireless (WiFi) radiation has yet to be scientifically determined for children or pregnant women. And manuals for cell phones and other wireless devices include warnings regarding RF exposure. Many are also trying to have WiFi replaced with wired Internet in schools for these reasons.
These devices are also known to sometimes catch fire and explode. Ay carumba.
2017 article, The Rich Get Smart, The Poor Get Technology: The New Digital Divide in School Choiceprovides research indicating that increased use of computers in the classroom and for homework has led to a decline in education levels. It also seems to be contributing to kids becoming addicted to technology or “Screenagers.”

On February 9, 2018 Dr. Oz featured a segment on his show called “The Rise of 5G Cell Towers.” His introduction includes a description of why U.S. elected officials and telecom companies are promoting this “Race for 5G.” Elected officials are actually writing and passing new state and federal laws so that millions of 4G and 5G small cell towers can be installed everywhere including in front of homes. This is so we can “binge-watch, surf, and post” at faster speeds without our screens freezing up or being disconnected. Hooray?!

5G isn’t just for binge-watching, though. Tech moguls insist 5G is necessary to implement “The Internet of Things” or “IoT” which connects thousands of wireless devices together. So far it has an almost 75% failure rate which has led to millions who have already been hacked.
Security experts can’t say enough bad things about IoT including that it can kill people. This actually makes sense because medical devices and hospitals can be hacked when connected by IoT. Holy crap again!

Even though there has been much opposition to all of this, elected officials don’t seem to care and neither do telecom companies. They say binge-watching and being hacked by IoT are what’s best for Americans.

Are you wondering if our elected officials have completely lost their minds? It is possible. But they also seem to owe the Telcom Industry big-time and then some.

In fact, the Telecom Industry is now commonly being referred to as “Big Wireless” and being compared to “Big Tobacco” and “Big Oil.”
Tech moguls also insist that IoT and automating everything is what’s best for everyone – especially Americans – even though it will also eliminate A LOT of jobs. This reality is already in the making. From The Progressive Populist,
Driverless cars! IBM Watson! News-writing robots! Amazon Go! The future is here, friends, and it apparently excludes humans. People are preparing for the next mass extinction—an evaporation, if you will—not of humans, polar bears or other creatures, but of jobs.
Because of this, tech moguls are also encouraging governments to create a “Universal Basic Income” or UBI for citizens to help them after they lose their jobs. Of course, this also means some children may grow up and never be able to get jobs at all because there won’t be enough for everybody to have one.
The UBI income most suggested has been $1000 a month, though some suggest more and some suggest less. According to the article, this concept has actually been discussed for several decades already in the U.S.

In regard to statements made by tech mogul, Sam Altman, “While he guesses that perhaps 90% of people receiving UBI would ‘go smoke pot and play video games,’ still, ‘if 10% of people go create new products and services and new wealth, that’s still a huge net win.'”
In regard to statements made by tech mogul, Elon Musk. “(He) told CNBC that ‘there is a pretty good chance we end up with a universal basic income, or something like that, due to automation.'”

He also admitted he isn’t “sure what else one would do.”
This doesn’t sound like a “huge net win” to anyone who wants to do more than smoke pot and play video games 24/7.

All this considered, maybe allowing American children to be turned into “Screenagers” is actually adequately preparing them for the future. If only “10% of people go create new products and services and new wealth,” that means 90% of people will have find another way to enjoy their lives for $1000/month, give or take. It also reminds me of the 2004 film, Idiocracy. I’m probably not alone on this either.

Also happening right now, the U.S. is also desperately trying to recruit foreign doctors to come take care of us but probably only until we have enough robots to do it for us.
You don’t have to be a scientist to say that cell phone and WiFi radiation are harmful. The World Health Organization and other scientists have already said it for you. As far as all this other “idiocracy,” it’s up to you how much more you’re willing to tolerate for yourself and your family now and in the future.
    Teach your children well, America.
