Default Everything You Know About Health in One Post?

I've been meaning to write this up for a while. I'm getting tired of typing the same advice about Iodine and Vit C. So I will stick everything in one thread. If anyone wants to do the same, please go ahead. Feel free to write a small post now, and expand it later. Please use bullet points for easy reading!

    - The best doctors out there are Dr Schulze, Marc Sircus, Linus Pauling and Joanna Budwig.

    - Cayenne tea, Vit C and Iodine can cure heart disease.

    - CoQ10 is fantastic for energy.

    - Cold showers can get rid of fatigue and tiredness.

    - Listening to music can help increase mood dramatically.

    - Weston Price was not right about everything. Nuts contain high levels of boron, which are essential for dental health. Since eating nuts for two years, I have had zero toothache.

    - Chancapiedra is one of the best kidney remedies out there. Sodium bicarbonate is good too.

    - SiWuTang and HeShouWu are good healing soups.

    - Niacin is good for cleaning the arteries.

    (...more later)

    Hi Daozen-

I'll keep it short (as you reccommended):

    all sources of Vit. C and baking soda are natural cures (cheap baking soda is one of the world's wonders because it's alkaline);

as for as listening to music, I guess it depends on what type of music one listens to; if it's tuned to A 432 all the better-

Hi Daozen, thank you for this thread.

I also supplement my diet with most of the nutrients you have listed here.

What have you found to be optimal daily dosages of Iodine and Vitamin C?

I will list some of the additional supplements that I have found beneficial for maintaining health -

Curcumin - natural anti-inflamitory, helps to reduce gut permeability

St. Mary's Thistle - powerful liver tonic, rebuilds liver functionality (your body's bodyguard).

St. John's Wort - great mood stabiliser for stress and anxiousness.

Tyrosine - compliments Iodine in support of healthy thyroid function.

Magnesium - essential to the health of all cells, particularly important for muscle recovery.

Medicinal Mushrooms - such as Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps, for various immune and mitochondrial benefits. I currently take a blend called Mason's Mushrooms by Super Feast, although it might only be available in Australia.

Lastly I would recommend a raw, whole food multi-vitamin, as the vast majority of food that we consume in the west today is grown in nutrient depleted soil. This means that even organic food typically contains a very limited variety and volume of essential vitamins and minerals.

    Warm regards to all present,
    Arthur

Simply put, there are only three rules.

    1. Eat no sugar
    2. Eat no processed fats
    3. Mitigate stress

There is a lot to consider when drilling down from those three tenants, what each really means. Entire books have been written about each one. If one truly understands what the implications are from 1 and 2, then it's understood that 90% of the products sold in grocery stores are not healthful.

    Thanks for your replies everyone.

Bought some Coq10 yesterday. It's by far one of the best supplements out there. I'm going to take 900mg per day, at least, for most of the rest of my life. I call it liquid enthusiasm.

I like CoQ10 when I am going to stress myself.. It seems great for the heart muscle.. The particular type of it seems to be important..

I am trying a brand called Quinol Silver "Ultra-CoQ10".. It claims that it is water and fat soluble, (basically better absorption).. It's a Walmart off the shelf product.

When I am really going to be pushing it, I'll have like 1 or two capsules a day.. At close to 9000 foot altitude, it seems to make a difference in stamina.

The 432hz frequency is more soothing than the latest standard which is the 440 hz frequency.

You can actually listen to many tunes in the 432 hz spectrum. Believe it or not on Youtube you can listen to Pink Floyds Dark Side of The Moon in 432 Hz and many others as well.

I understand that regular physical exercise, sleeping enough and limiting food intake (especially after 4pm) have even more impact on health than diet or supplements. What do you think?

Eat as nature intended, you need NO supplements (do pay attention to your macro's however), you need to simply eat... FAR LESS.

Like 3 times a week... The US is the perfect example of food addicts, all of our major diseases are due to food addiction (sugar especially).

All of this is cured with fasting; and you literally do nothing to achieve optimal health. I've had skin conditions clear up from my experiments with dry & water fasting that baffled dermatologists.

Nature intended for us, optimally, to eat and drink healthy food and water, from plants and animals growing on healthy soil, watered from healthy rains and springs. Nature intended us to be outside a lot, physically active in the sun and the darkness, in the heat and the cold. Nature did not intend for us to have much, if any, exposure to many of the toxins of our "modern" life styles.

Some, such as the British royal family with their large private farms, private chefs, and private health care, might still have that pleasure, though they have their own toxic "cultural heritage" to deal with.

Most of us who live from what we can buy in grocery stores, or who spend our days and nights mostly inside, may benefit from supplements for those particular items (vitamins, minerals, fats, oils, phytonutrients, healthy bacteria and "prebiotics" to feed our gut bacteria, ...) that are provided at less than optimum levels in our store-bought, indoor lighted, life styles.

I love your enthusiasm; coq10 saved my life.....but are you really going to take 900mg a day? You can reach a healthy blood saturation level within days on far less( like at 100mg or 200mg a day) and taking all that extra will be a pretty big waste of money.

Are you getting it in bulk powder or something?

After watching some documentaries about food and common chronic diseases (diabetes II, heart disease, cancer) I was led to this docter. He did quite some research and swears bij a plant based diet. It should help prevent these diseases by eating none to almost no animal products. https://nutritionfacts.org/topics/plant-based-diets/

I believe by adopting a plant based diet we take the next step in battling big pharma, taking control of our health and also help restore some of the damage inflicted by us and the meatindustry to the earth.

    When taking supplements

Take nothing that has been nano-ed in size.
Take nothing with fillers like micro-crystaline or silica, or titanium dioxide.
Take the original pure unadulterated powder form if possible.
Check that your body needs it by kinesiology, body dowsing or other methods.
Realise that the goal posts are constantly moving and we are being bombarded from all angles with toxins which may considerably change our needs in nutrition.
