... US Hercules C-130 aren't allowed to liberally fly over China or Cuba... therefore, the "beam" has to come from "space"... with an "at will looting-riots, anywhere, anytime' program button... synchronized or seemingly random... or the pitting of half a city block against the other, no matter what color, race, ethnicity, gender or creed the block population is constituted of... with 1/2 a block playing the "sacrificial lamb" and the other 1/2 wielding machetes and pitchforks... never mind "No-go zones" (Sweden anyone?).
