There is some things to remember when watching this video:

a) donald trump was bailed out of bankruptcy @1990 by rothschild inc. The director of bankruptcies at rothschild inc. at that time is trump's current secretary of commerce, wilbur ross. This can all be easily confirmed by a quick internet search. Does trump look like a guy who's gonna help take down the cabal he's part of?

Now, this is attempting to make Trump guilty by association. This has been tried over & over & over again, ad nauseam.

For example, Trump has been in the business of constructing buildings in New York City. The mafia largely controls the construction materials business in New York. You can't be in the business of constructing buildings without dealing in some way, or other, with the mafia that controls that sector of business.

Does that make Trump a part of the mafia???
I don't think so.

The same with going into debt - big debt - the Rothschild banking system is what you go through when it comes to borrowing money, or defaulting on existing loans. The Rothschild banking system doesn't want to lose anymore than they have to, they will work it out where they don't lose, especially when it comes to large amounts of debt.

Wilbur Ross knows the 'ins & outs' of the credit & banking system.
What???? You think Trump should have somebody in the Department of Commerce that has zero, nada, no experience??? Oh, please wake up!

Let's be realistic; anyone who thinks that Trump's business dealings have been squeaky clean also needs a big wake up call.
Opportunists and humanitarians are two different things though he may very well be "the man for the moment".
But he is no Abraham Lincoln or JFK, though they of course, were only human too.

Like most Presidents he's here for a short while and will greed-orient his way through his terms, hopefully he will do some good.

Just like the Clintons, not giving a crap about anything except themselves, greed-oriented to the core, no addition to the nation in any way.

IMO, If anything Trumps job for the deep state is to make neocons look good again, start a war with Iran, and worst make legitimate issues so bad, like trade he’s messing up, that the people will never confront those issues again.
Trump is a black psychological operation on the psyche of the American. He’s is no savior! He is a dark force.

I don't know anything about the person who made the video, but I am just about 100% sure it was not QAnon. It's the anons on the Chan boards and others involved in the Q research who create and share videos, memes, etc. And as the video in the OP highlights, it's not just Trump taking on the Deep State. I'm thinking there are quite a few in the upper echelons of the military and other agencies who may have a far more important role in this than Trump.

b) what would Edward Snowden say about this video's claim that the nsa are the good guys?

The NSA is an information gathering network, I think the video says this has now changed hands in terms of the authority managing it-when Snowden was part of it there was a different administration pulling the levers.
In terms of Trump the video says he was chosen as a figurehead, he is no 'Saint' but he is independent, business wise, he is not part of the Washington political club. I'm not sure, just as none of are sure about this, we will have to see how it all plays out.

I agree turiya. What I see happening is that the very top of the food chain in the swamp has decided that the bottom feeders (who are supposed to keep the waters clear for them) are not doing their jobs effectively and have made a complete mess - - endangering their way of life. A new regime will be put into place and new social engineering patterns will begin. The paradigm is shifting, but it will shift with guidance, and not necessarily all positive. If individuals stay strong and continue to stay awake and follow a positive path, there may be a great outcome - - however, the possibility of the same strategies being played out again are quite high. History has a way of repeating itself.

In my opinion, this video was pretty trashy and fear based. Stunned that it turned pro trump halfway through. Stunned that people are eating this up with a spoon.

Thinking that Trump is out to expose the deep state is laughable. Name one thing he has done to bring this about please. Do not confuse his chaos theory with, disrupting many people and usual way of doing things, as 'changing' anything. His style is to just piss people off. Does it work to some extent to get his way? Earlier I intended to write a positive thought i had about the vid.
However, I now have a negative as well to write.

I just read one of the President's tweets complaining about the NSA's deletion of emails. He's not seeing the NSA in any positive light and actually calling them part of the witch hunt. When I was watching the vid I kinda glossed over the affirmative nod the author gave to the NSA although I thought to myself 'this is strange trying to get us to like the NSA' but attributed it to his own zeal. Now that the Pres is highlighting this questionable move of the deletion of emails my suspicion of the vid just got bumped.

I'll mention the positive point I had though the shine on it isn't quite as much as before I read the Pres's tweet.
And that is - when I watched the young kids a few days ago protesting in Occupy Ice I had some identification from when i was that age and doing similar things (though not laying around on the ground like they were!).
I can attest that many of these young people:
--don't even know what they want to major in, they're confused and political activity is an escape from concentrating on themselves
--Some of these young people are getting an adrenaline high from a feeling of belonging that they may not have experienced before.

In both instances above there will be in their group more strict idealogues who will try to prompt them to do things or believe things that are not going to sit well with those who have a conscience and some inner wisdom. They will be the ones the video can be a good thing for. Many of these young folks are not ready to just drop political activity yet but need to transfer this idealism. If the Q vid helps them transfer their need to belong to something greater then the Q group I'll venture is better than the Antifa group.

So I have one positive and one negative which equals zero - Whaddya know - left holding the empty bag again!

I don't think there is any cure for those who have become that sick. The best we can do is divest them from their power and ill-gotten gains.
We have to learn how to identify narcissists, sociopaths and psychopaths in their early stages, before they are able to do damage, and to divert their energies into agendas other than control, manipulate and conquer.
They are becoming easier to recognize, but how to arrest and divert them is yet another matter.
Perhaps Gaia will take care of that for us via higher frequencies of energy and light, IF we start taking better care of Gaia.
And of the coming generations, which are currently being crippled from vaccines, toxins of all kinds, EMFs, microwaves, etc. etc. etc.

I think the guy who made this video has less dots to join than we here are used to working with.

I'm not completely sure there isn't a "Q" hype being run on us, but I'm pretty sure Trump is a good guy trying his level best to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, for humanity.

Although Americans tend to look at the patriotic flavor of Trumpism, Trump himself has repeatedly stated that his goal is victory for the world. From thousands of miles away in Britain, as I am, I hang on to those words the most. If I thought he just wanted to put America back on top of a steaming pile of global unfairness, I'd not be as enthusiastic about him as I am.
