Gaia, I think was the new age conglomerate who bought the spiritual face-book like forum Zaadz. To me one of the greatest forums, or sites period, in the history of the internet…. An awesome place that was literally alive with spiritual power. A site that we on Zaadz at the time predicted it would be buried by Gaia when they bought it. And sure enough, it was buried and never was anything like it on the web since.

Quote Zaadz: A Cyber Community Making a Difference
    http://www.edgemagazine.net/2006/12/...-a-difference/

The thing about Gaia is that like any huge organization they’ll get a little corrupt over time, just a matter of human nature. Strange, though, for him to denounce them so strongly yet they would sponsor him so long.
One might ask, when did they get so bad before they hired him or after?

As for all this Luciferian stuff…To me it’s nonsense; drama that appeals to some of his followers. It’s just another devil theory to distract from the fact that’s there no greater devil than human beings.

People should be careful about calling people devils and evil without offering proof.

What he’s doing is clear. Setting up for some new followers amongst the Christian right and their very inaccurate world and spiritual view.

Who said what to who? i don't know. What's happening on a macro level is the control structures are losing energy, as people invest less and less energy in their lies. When they lose energy, they disintegrate slowly. As they dissolve, the infighting starts.

If it's a livestream, they'll be fielding questions from the viewers. It'll be interesting to see if DW ignores the many hundreds that there'll be about the resignation letter.

@RunningDeer, how about the parts where he kept referring the synchronicity of the train going by when he said something. That train was a metaphor for ascension, etc., like somehow it put emphasis on that stuff.

Talk about synch. I have been watching that video off and on for three days before the stuff about his resignation came through today. Does that make me special or my message worth listening to? **** no.
Way cool! Lady Valerie. And you're special just becuz.

This costs $49. (Wow. A quick estimate = $2500 each for a couple hours work.) If anyone reading this does sign up for this, please record the audio if you can: video not needed. It'd be very interesting to see if the Gaia fracas is mentioned by either of them.

    From his resignation letter...

Quote I was greatly disappointed to see Graham Hancock “come out of the closet” about his Luciferian beliefs in this show. The resulting heated emails I exchanged with him basically destroyed our personal and professional relationship and we have never spoken again.
Has anyone seen this part of the show? I stopped watching Gaia a couple years ago, around the same time they started hyping up Corey Goode. I find it hard to believe Hancock is a devout Lucifarian. There’s got to be more to Hancock’s side of the story surely?
My pure guess is that DW is getting all confused with Gnosticism (in which Jehovah is regarded as the Demiurge, very plausibly in my view) and pre-Biblical practices such as Animism and early forms of Spiritism.

Of course, Hancock is no Devil-worshipper. That's ludicrous (and he will hardly be happy about this now publicized letter). But his experiences with ayahuasca, for instance, may have led him to express notions that DW didn't understand and which left him feeling very uncomfortable.
Absolutely, Bill, I agree totally with you. For someone to call Graham Hancock a Luciferian, based on his opinion of the Gnostic-like belief in the Demiurge concept, is absurd and ignorant. Guilt by association.

In fact, his idea of Lucifer is a belief that is very cockeyed. The demonization of the Lucifer term is very problematic historically and religiously.

Of course today it’s a colloquial term for the devil, despite that being WRONG religiously and historically.

I won't pretend to know a lot about the finer points of Lucifer or Satan or Illuminism or whatever but I Know something bad when I see it.

Whatever is the belief system behind those who traffic children and worse is not acceptable to me, and is obviously not acceptable to David Wilcock either.

He may be wrongly labelling things but he's at least right about one thing even if his reactions are late and confused and selfish.

Default Re: David Wilcock's letter of resignation to Gaia TV

I've just re-read these two paragraphs in David Wilcock's letter: (my red emphasis)

If I were to enumerate all of the things I have personally seen and witnessed, and how they have made me feel, this would be a very long letter. My goal is not to leave with any sense of bitterness. Nor can I afford to be dragged into any litigation whatsoever – regardless of whether this Company offers me the support of its attorneys or not. Ending my employment now is a much better alternative than continuing in this present environment.
Regarding Corey’s legal actions, I do not have any need or desire to retain an attorney at this point. My goal is to have a peaceful, private separation and get back to doing my own thing. It may be rough for a while but I need a clean break and a fresh start.

I'd skimmed over that important section way too fast earlier, and assumed that Corey Goode was engaged in some litigation against Gaia, and that DW could somehow get tangled up in or affected by that. But that's clearly NOT the simple case. One or two others had drawn attention to this earlier, and so I'm slow on the uptake. My apologies.

DW refers to the possibility of the Company (Gaia) supporting HIM legally. And that means against Corey. DW is saying that he wants no part of this dispute, whatever it is, and prefers to step away. He wants a separation, he says... and here he's either referring to Corey, or ALSO to Corey (as well as a separation from Gaia).

Again, the lack of clarity implies that this was never intended to be made public. The recipients, of course, would already have context (and presumably, earlier correspondence), and of course to them it'd be perfectly clear.

I'd quite agree that Wilcock did not initially write those words with the level of care you would endeavor to take, for a public statement.

However I can't rule out either that (1) Wilcock might compose a public statement with less care to such matters, or that (2) Wilcock might have made the decision to let the letter leak out sometime after he composed it.

    @RunningD.

what a conundrum thread!- and thanks for posting this!

but I think DW needs to continuesly look over his shoulder to prevent being sued for defamation of character/libel and slander, etc. as far as GaiaTV is concerned-

have no idea what the deal is with Corey Goode is because I've never followed him (I plead complete ignorance)- and as far as Tom DeLonge is concerned I've only followed the expoundings of Peter Levenda on this subject in conjunction with DeLonge (never heard of DeLonge until PL); has Levenda put his entire incredible "researching history" legacy under jeopardy?- I don't have the answer-

    back to Wilcock: I hardly think the venerable psychic Edgar Cayce would re-incarnate into a being who continues to vascillate in his opinions/sources/employers;

Cayce had no employer and did all of his incredible, mind-boggling work for free/gratis!

    just a thought-

please stay well Paula and all readers-

David has an opportunity to move into a new phase. Free himself from the actor persona. Clean out the ego gunk. Take an honest look at where the insights and synchronicities come from. Toss out beliefs that no longer serve. Retire the Edgar Cayce narrative; upgrade to life now. (Multi-D now.)

    Godspeed, David.
Best wishes to you and Elizabeth.

Some people need to crash and burn before they realize there are better ways to navigate through this game of life. This is one crossroad of many for David. (Should he choose to accept it.)

Have you heard about #GEM ? The Gaia Employee Movement. Did you hear Gaiam TV is allegedly run by Luciferians? Well you know now. David Wilcock (sorry I often call him Wilcocks, I know, I know...) has allegedly resigned and his letter of resignation leaked to the GEM network. The plot thickens as we unravel the Deep State (The Unconscious ID of a Reptilian Mind) and this is one gratefully received piece.

Got the transcript of the letter from Project Avalon's Bill Ryan found here.

If DW didn't want his resignation letter to be public, It would not be out in the public and thats a fact. I have watched how this guy operates for many years. When I stand back and look at everything from a better overview, His letter reads more like he wrote it to his loyal followers/wombats. It contains him requesting two weeks off in July but other than that he is under contract. I'm also getting the impression Corey's team is giving him legal hassles and he wants Gaia to pay for his legal fees. For whatever reason Corey's team stands in the way of a two week vacation from Gaia later this month. Quote "I will need to get to work in establishing the next steps that I will be doing to make sure I still have a sustainable income after this. To that end, I have some very important business meetings I need to take in the last two weeks of July, and will not be available to tape on July 16th and 17th.
Contractually, Gaia is already covered through at least the end of October with Cosmic episodes I have shot with Emery and Corey, even if certain episodes are combined. The legal threat with Corey still hangs over my head.
Therefore, if you decide not to allow me to exit before the end of the Term, we can finish out my contract with eight or more episodes at the dates that were allocated in August… providing that the legal threat from Corey's team has been successfully ameliorated by then" end quote. DW is lining up a whole new set of wombats to follow him. Now he can say and do whatever he wants with Gaia and the new wombats will combine with his already existing wombats and cheer him on for selling out because this very public resignation letter clearly shows he is a victim in all of this and never sold out. He is having his cake and eating it once again.

Quote Posted by Bill Ryan (here)
I've just re-read these two paragraphs in David Wilcock's letter: (my red emphasis)

It appears CG is threatening or has filed a lawsuit against Gaia and DW. And perhaps others. If so, as Bill points out, there would be prior communications between the parties to the lawsuit or the potential lawsuit pursuant to which much of what is in the letter is already known to them.

I think DW and his consultants wrote the letter intending to have it made public. The letter is for his fans, not Gaia. A resignation letter to be effective need say nothing more than: I hereby resign. Signed DW. Such a letter will not prevent legal action, but it will also not provide lawyers with more ammunition to work with, such as the letter we are told DW wrote. In the final analysis the letter wil probably make little difference to the outcome of any lawsuit between DW and Gaia. But DW may believe it will assist him as to any claims brought by CG, as well as with his fan base.

DW says he does not feel he needs a lawyer "at this point." If DW is or was an employee of Gaia, then typically Gaia, as the employer, is liable for any conduct by DW, as the employee, undertaken in the scope and course of his employment with Gaia. As such, Gaia would (should) defend and indemnify DW.

If, however, DW is an independent contractor, Gaia may have no duty to defend him or to pay any damages awarded against him. Typically, independent contractors are on their own if sued along with the company for which the work is being done. However, a good independent contract agreement will have a provision whereby the responsible party must indemnify the innocent party for all losses. Here, Gaia and DW will look to the other to indemnify and that is essentially another lawsuit within any lawsuit CG may bring. Or it could be a separate lawsuit.

Believe me when I tell you lawsuits are not fun, they cost too much, they take too long if it goes to trial, and the outcome is a crap shoot. Here, I would not be surprised if there are mandatory mediation and arbitration clauses too that will determine whether a lawsuit, as opposed to an arbitration, ever occurs.

If CG is suing or threatening suit, he will target all persons likely to be liable. That will include Gaia as an entity, as well as individuals in a position or authority and decision making. DW would likely be a defendant and in turn there will be counterclaims, cross claims and maybe third party claims.

When you lay down with dogs, you wake up with fleas...or worse.

Corey’s gonna need a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow if he thinks he can take on Jirka Rysavy in a legal battle. Doesn’t surprise me one bit though that Corey would be believe himself to be invincible enough to win a lawsuit that I imagine he is hoping will award him millions along with the return of his material.

I’m afraid I don’t have sympathy for any of them as their intentions are always soiled by their greed for the dollar.

What I find quite distasteful though is the format used by the supposed GEM group, as posted by Andrew_K in this link:

    https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...=1#post1233935

A “Q” copycat format – stinks to high heaven of an antic Corey would have no qualms doing in an effort to manipulate his war against Gaia and springboard his own venture – which I also believe is a copycat of Gaia Productions and is why he needs his material back.

First impressions re Wilcock is that he doesn’t want to be dragged in as a witness into the GOODE/EMERY vs GAIA fracas but is hedging his bets by wanting to sit on the fence so that he can sidle up to the victor when it’s all over.

Thank you, and good afternoon everyone. Our first quarter results ended again ahead of our expectation. Paying subscribers grew 7% to 421,000 from 247,000 a year ago and 364,000 90 days ago. This is ahead of the pace needed for reaching our target of one million subscribers at the end of the next year. Streaming revenue compared to the same quarter last year, increased 75% and total revenue 66%. Gross margin grew 100 basis points to 86.8%. And we expect to maintain this level for the rest of this year. We have again maintained our investment discipline. We were able to meaningfully decrease our dollar spending per customer acquisition to mid-80s from mid-90s a year ago. Being ahead of the pace for our 2019 target, we now plan to focus on bringing more of higher lifetime value member, rather than keeping decreasing our costs per acquisition. As of March 31, we have $50 million in cash, $27 million headquarter campus and no debt.
