Default How to test if a vitamin, food or any other substance is right for you.

This is a simple method to cut through all the plethora of advice on food and nutrition to exactly what is good or beneficial for you as an individual right now.  Our bodies know energetically whats what..thinking often overrides this.

Dr Klinghardt employs autonomic response testing in his clinic.  We can do the same at home.  In the first video (below) on muscle testing with a light its clear once you do it that the same can be done without the light..just move your arm across from right to left and hold the substance you are testing in your other hand. If it is not good for you then the arm gets weak quickly. This is not new information and there are other proven methods that also work. With the ever changing scenario of pollution in all its forms and advice on nutrition and supplements, this will take it to the next level and should  give you the unbiased personal information you need.

Very interesting! He also mentioned that combinations of too many supplements and other things negates and cancels out each others efficacy.

Yes..which is probably why what we think is good to take definitely is not at that time..he also mentions that B vits can feed parasites. There are so many variables in our optimum health that we cannot work out and we don't need to with this. I have tested homeopathic remedies and essential oils. Some can be tested just looking at a picture or a name and then doing a test by holding that or by placing a finger on paper.

we need absolutely zero supplements, in fact we consume so much that we are unhealthy due to it... Our bodies are amazing, do you think hunter gathers took vitamins?

However, if your water is fluoridated, and you are being sprayed by chemtrail substances, you may need to subsidise your diet. Pity, but true. Not all of us can afford fancy filtration systems. Even organics now are contaminated.

Fasting is wonderful. Our bodies are amazing. At the end of a fast we need nourishing food. Not packaged, not sprayed, not geoengineered or with glyphosphate on it We need clean water without plastic nanos in it. We need an environment that has no EMFs or frequencies that fill us and nature and alter us. We need fish that has not been raised on chemicals or that is full of mercury.
I go shopping in wifi filled shops and ask where the proper food is. If I want pure food then I am out of luck.
I used to gather up wild foods...now I grow my own food in a polytunnel. Once you look closely (with a 60x lens) at the wild herbs and berries and outside commercially grown foods and all the outside organically grown foods you realise they are full of particulates from spraying you tend not to want to hunter gather again. Lucky them to have had such nourishing food. They had natural fasts when the food ran out. We definitely need to eat less and fast...but where do people find their really pure food so that they are assured of real nutrients?

Our bodies are amazingly adaptable. The fact that Inuk people can survive almost solely on whale blubber and meat, with fairly little in the way of plant based foods (tundra berries, etc), is pretty amazing. As to the second part of your comment, let's not pretend that the "Average" American diet isn't slowly killing them in a plethora of ways in the same way it would a hunter gatherer. A bit of variety is the key and hunter gatherers had that. Western diets often do not. So whether supplements can be helpful to improve health, it really depends.

There is no one size fits all. However we appear to be in unprecedented times and we need to stay open to all possibilities and potentials. I would probably choose to live on light if that too had not been altered

Yes, fasting can really help anyone. But most people these days definitely need supplements: hunter-gatherers' diets were 100% organic, with no fluoride in the water, no candy in the forests (honey was all they found: the Greeks, just 2000 years ago, had no word for sugar), no mercury in their teeth (or in the fish!), no aluminum in their cooking pans, no factory additives in anything at all.

So, re supplementation, the advice in the thread here is that muscle testing will absolutely tell you. If you and your your diet are so healthy that you don't need anything else, then muscle testing (kinesiology) will tell you that, too. It's merely a source of information, and a lot cheaper and quicker than blood tests in a lab.

(Footnote of possible interest: most people reading this won't know that I'm a trained kinesiologist, as of 20 years ago. I never took the exams to qualify, because I never intended to be a practitioner.)

Not to mention that the soil most commercial food is grown in today has been stripped of nutrients due to terrible farming practices, and runoff of topsoil.

I swear the reason I'm so seldomly ill is because (aside from 2 recent hernia operations) I take 400 I.U. of vitamin E every day; vitamin E is the healing vitamin-

Muscle testing definitely shows contrast when the tester is not the one being tested. It seems to work well with two people.

Self testing has not worked for me. There must be some clever techniques such as using a spring scale with memory. I've searched on Amazon for one but no luck.

In theory, the spring scale is not influenced by the test case and the body is, creating a noticeable difference.

If the test case weakens the whole body in a uniform way, then I do not see how a difference can be detected without the use of an external measurement standard.

Here's a novel idea: if you want to know if a supplement works for you, try it.

I did muscle testing - the first time - at this place called 'the herb cottage', when I lived in southern California many moons ago. It was a little awkward. I couldn't quite figure out how much tension the practitioner wanted me to apply as I held my arm there. At first she couldn't move it at all, and was practically dangling from it like a gymnast. Then I think I relaxed a little too much. Eventually we found the right balance and she did her testing.

By the time she was done, she sent me home with a bag full of vitamins and supplements that resembled a pillow case full of bricks. I think I bought half the store that day. None of them did sh!t for me, btw. $500, down the drain...

The second time I was muscle tested was just this last year, by a lovely woman who was selling me a very rare heart supplement called strophanthus. She was very deliberate and precise. She took her time....insisting on doing the test several times to get it right. I was very excited about this supplement, and would have been very aggressive with it had it not been for her warning to take it very very slowly. I took a single drop under my tongue that day and had a pretty bad reaction to the stuff. So i was grateful for her wisdom. It might have been disastrous had she not warned me.

So it really depends on the practitioner, I guess.

But it's much easier to simply try something and observe how you feel (most vitmains and supplements etc are harmless, even when consumed excessively. Strophanthus is a rare example of something that could be dangerous without guidance. It requires a prescription, actually). I always search for companies that offer return policies, no questions asked, so I'll have nothing to lose should the stuff not work. That seems the sensible way to go, to me

My Naturopathic practioner showed me how to test myself.

Stand in a relaxed manner with your feet about shoulder-width apart, keeping your knees relaxed. Hold a bottle of whatever you want to test for about 4 inches above your navel.

Ask: "Is this good for my body?"

If you sway backward, the answer is "NO"'
If you sway forward, the answer is "Yes"

Then ask: How many should I take and begin to count. You will sway forward when you get to the correct number.

This always works perfect for me, but I've noticed that friends who try it who don't believe in anything but what the doctors tell them, bodies don't move. It always works for friends who are open.

Note: My body always begins to slightly sway in the opposite direction first before it sways "quite strongly" in the correct answer. Some people seem to rock a few times before their bodies decide.

Try it - it can't hurt.
Blessed are the cracked, for they are the ones who let in the light!

My health and my eating habits should not be a rarity, but seeing how so many are trained to neglect their health I'm not surprised at how muscle testing had to be re-introduced as a tool to the selective use of supplements. I too have used several of the kinesiology methods with success, all while responding to the effects that mainly herbs and spices have on me during my often intense work days. I also consider awareness of the body's needs during rest as equally important. That process too has it's kinesiology that we should become sensitive to, responding in kind.

The healthier the natural foods I eat in their fiber-rich bulk are, you'd think that I would not need any supplements, but I live in the modern world with all of it's toxic environments and have worked in fields that have given my friends in construction, especially in roofing and painting, much shorter lives than they would have lived if not exposed to those same toxins. That fact is from all of the trained ignorance that schooling, the media and a farcical health care industry feed the public.

Drinking lots of quality water, (not in plastic bottles-which are often derived from contaminated public water systems) and with the use of herbs, spices and a healthy live-it, not die-it, I am sure I am rare for those in their 60's still working, with very few, even those decades younger than me, able to keep up with my pace or intensity. I'm only reminded of the illusionary importance of my age when I see how programmed people are, reacting with their ageist remarks when told my chronological age. (Few could guess my age if they saw me, esp. below the beard.)

I also have friends in their 80's and 90's who have energy and health very close to mine. They all are habitually in honor of those things that their bodies tell them, limiting their volume of intake as well, while enjoying the quality of simple foods, a fact supported by how slow they eat and the quiet of wherever they eat.

Well, in regards to limiting the times we eat and allowing our bodies to do their natural best to integrate the whole of the eating process, I never have called it anything but slowing, never using the term "fasting", a term I'm sure has context, but one that to me defies our common parlance.

It has always been listening to my body, slowing down enough to feel my body still using up the energy, as the food I've eaten is being digested and my liver is still processing the fat naturally, knowing that the long process of digestion and how it makes me feel is the ultimate path to health. Allowing your body the sensitivity to tell you when and what you should take to supplement missing nutrients is a natural process with many bodily indicators if you just slow down a little bit at a time and enjoy it all.

Ask: "Is this good for my body?"

If you sway backward, the answer is "NO"'
If you sway forward, the answer is "Yes"

Then ask: How many should I take and begin to count. You will sway forward when you get to the correct number.
    Thanks Trisher, Ba-ba-Ra and All.

Three weeks ago, I had a feeling it was time to stopped C60. With the exception of a month break in January, I’ve been on a daily dose it since October, 2017. The frugal side of me didn’t want to waste it, but every time I reached for it I got a “NO”. Yesterday, I tried the arm method. It registered ‘not good for the body’, but it wasn’t a convincing ‘no’. Today, with the sway method it was an instantaneous ‘no’.

If I take vitamins my skin breaks out, even if they’re 100% organic. The sway method confirmed my vitamin routine. I take one tablet a week and alternate between ‘Life Force Green Multiple’ and ‘Young3vity Ultimate Daily’. I also take VeganSafe B-12 when the voice says, “Hey, what about me?”

Have you tried holding the item in front of your stomach and noticing whether your body wants to lean forward toward or lean back away from the item?

Ba-ba-Ra explained the method here. I tried it last night.

It’s a good way to double check when I second guest my intuition because I’m to close to the situation or want a different answer. (oops, long sentence)

Our bodies are amazing, do you think hunter gathers took vitamins?
I don't subscribe to the romantic view that we were so much healthier back in the stone age.

IMHO most in this forum wouldn't be alive to read this if they had the poor health and life expectancy of a hunter gatherer.

But I am not an expert, maybe there is data to the contrary.
