This is so, so, so sad. Greektown on the Danforth in T.O. is a bustling little community. No need whatesoever for this kind of insanity.

To me, it's one of two things that's going on here. 1) We (meaning Toronto, though I actually live in Mississauga, which is just outside / west of Toronto) are becoming more and more Americanized by the day.....whereas more and more crazy sh*t becomes the norm.....or....2) All of this (today's events combined with the idiot who drove through a bunch of people, killing many, with a van on the sidewalk in downtown Toronto a few months back.....combined with Vegas...combined with the recent US school shootings.....and many other instances where people went crazy by taking out other people)....and it's all part of some sort of false flag so that the gov'ts of the western world can say they will protect us but we must give up more rights and freedoms.

It's one or the other. Either way, Toronto (Canada) never used to be this screwed up.

I hope and pray your country is spared.
It makes me very sad hearing about the victims of our times. Particularly young people. It kind of hurts your heart.
We bring them in the world and give them this madness.

Actually it was a Muslim immigrant, with mental problems. So check two boxes there, as far as these repeating patterns go.

Canada already has relatively restrictive gun laws, and getting tougher all the time. Of course that only really impacts law-abiding citizens, and does nothing to the crime problem. Passing additional laws against crime and expecting crime to go away is a bit asinine, but it's not like we haven't beat this issue to death many times before.
