Is Johnny Depp a Real-Life Dorian Gray?

While pondering the genetic paradox that is Mr. Johnny Depp, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde is brought to mind. In the novel, an incredibly handsome young man (Gray) is having his portrait painted when he suddenly becomes aware of his own mortality. He is distraught at the prospect of his good looks fading, and so makes a pact with the devil – Dorian sells his soul in exchange for the preservation of his beauty. His wish is granted and Dorian never ages a day. Despite a gradual descent into hedonism and debauchery, the effects of his lifestyle never show on his face. Even though Dorian’s outwardly appearance remains unaltered, his portrait is constantly changing, becoming ever more uglier and disfigured. The picture is reflecting how Dorian’s self-gratifying and increasingly evil ways are affecting his soul. The novel climaxes with Dorian, in a blind rage, plunging a knife (which he has just used to murder his best friend) into the painting. With the portrait destroyed, Dorian ages very quickly and dies. When his body is discovered, he is so disfigured and withered, he is unrecognizable. It is only through the rings on his fingers that he can be identified. In the end, even Dorian Gray could not escape the ravages of time.

So, Johnny Depp, what is your secret? Is it simply great genes? Have you discovered the elixir of life, the fountain of youth? Or could there be a portrait of you, hidden far away from prying eyes, which is slowly becoming uglier and more disfigured, while the devil waits patiently for your soul? Do tell .

It's not like Depp hasn't been exposed to the idea of Adrenochrome.

In the movie "fear and loathing" there is a scene with explanation where he uses the substance while it is basically explained to him that it came from a pedophile who kills children in order to extract it. I should also mention that Hunter Thompson didn't write this movie as fiction. H. Thompson is rumored with quite a bit of circumstantial evidence to have been the photographer who filmed snuff films at Bohemian Grove.

The West Memphis 3 basically admitted their crimes on video and there being all the evidence in the world to convict them, nonetheless Hollywood's elite with money and attorney's managed to free these people. There is no signs of remorse as the leader of this group still espouses Satanism in his attire and seems quite proud of his acts given the fame and notoriety it has given him.

I remember that article in Vanity Fair quite well. (Sighs) Nothing is what it seems. I use to greatly admire Depp, who by the way on the photo on the left is actually looking quite old; must be the lifestyle catching up with him. Wino forever, his tatoo, says it all.

Hunter is a harder pill to swallow as he was a brilliant writer. I absolutely love his writing. It's kind of a weird dichotomy with him because I remember in his book "Hell's Angels" he was quite clear in stating how disturbed he was by the drugged gang rape of a girl going on at one of their parties.

LOL @ #adrenoface, babyface. I'm afraid you're right. I used to appreciate Depp for his choice in non-mainstream movies he made in addition to the mainstream stuff. I also appreciated that he did a good job of making sure "Fear & Loathing" was faithful to the book. His apparent move to the dark side is disappointing. All the satanic crap and hanging out with Marilyn manson, combined with his vile statements about killing a president and his apparent continual use of adrenochrome has turned me off on him.

I'm still not convinced HST went over to the evil side. In "Fear & Loathing" the attorney produced the adrenochrome, which he stated came from a lowlife he represented who couldn't pay in money. Being drug freaks in the drug freak era, naturally they both took it. Whether HST continued taking it is speculation unless there is further evidence somewhere.

HST was "identified" in "The Franklin Cover-up" as being a snuff-filmer but it was a 3rd-party ID. Someone said someone said his name was HST. THat's hearsay in a court of law. "The Franklin Cover-up" is a harrowing read, one I couldn't stop reading. I found most of it believable, but later had a couple of doubts. One, Ted Gunderson, who has been hailed as a hero, but who has also been accused of being controlled opposition of dastardly repute. Whistle-blower Stew Webb, whose reports I generally find believable, rails against Gunderson. I have also read that John DeCamp was controlled opposition and only wrote the book to control the narrative of something spiraling out of deep state control. I tend to remain skeptical of Gunderson and believe "The Franklin Cover-up" and DeCamp, although DeCamp was a disciple of William Colby.

I also find the HST accusation as dubious. HST made many enemies in his political coverage. I have long-suspected that he was assassinated because he was about to reveal a lot of the stuff we talk about today. He had many contacts in the political underworld and would have been someone who would try to penetrate one of those "elite" get-togethers to record evidence for an expose. It's going to take more than 3rd-party hearsay that he was into child murdering. This was a person who risked a lot making a career of railing against injustice committed by Very Important People.

If it ends up being true that he was an elite degenerate, then I'll accept it. I know he went into a weird period in the 80s-90s when he was "penetrating" the dark corridors of the sex industry. Maybe he went off the rails. But I'll need more evidence.
