Hollywood only wants certain stories to be told. Not stories where underage kids are plied with alcohol at the homes of glittery celebrities, like Chris Pratt and Anna Faris, and then sexually abused by adults in the industry. Stories about how Disney knowingly allows their underage stars to be surrounded by pedophiles, and that their executives know about, witness, and even partake in child sex abuse aren’t the stories anyone in Tinseltown ever want the world to hear.

Tammy Garcia has a story Hollywood doesn’t want you to hear.

It’s the story of a mother, groomed and seduced by powerful dream-makers, whose bright, young, talented son became a Disney Channel star with a Hollywood Records contract, while at the same time being ritually sexually abused and trafficked to the Hollywood elite, fully grown men and women, including managers, agents, executives and others employed by the biggest studios and talent agencies in the industry.

“There are pedophile rings all throughout Hollywood. We stumbled into one of those rings,” Ms Garcia revealed, the devastation and pain in her voice palpable.

Tammy’s son Ricky Garcia, 20, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court in which he named his ex-manager Joby Harte, 37, Joby’s Hot Rocks Media business partners Paul Cohen and Sheri Anderson Thomas, talent agency APA (Agency for the Performing Arts), former APA agent Tyler Grasham, and manager Nils Larsen, currently employed by Management 360.

The day the suit was filed articles appeared in People, Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter, and TMZ, among others. However, despite the serious nature of the charges and the many and far-reaching implications of the case, not a single outlet pursued the story further.

“The one thing that can fix this is talking about it, but Hollywood doesn’t want to talk about pedophilia,” Tammy says, a reality she quickly figured out the day after the story of Ricky’s lawsuit broke, when everything went radio silent. And, of course it did. This story has the power to bring down giants. The problem is, it’s the same giants who also own the media.

According to the documents, one of the first people in Hollywood to sexually assault Ricky, other than Joby Harte, was Joby’s good friend, then-APA agent Tyler Grasham, who has since been fired by APA and has a long list of underage male accusers.

According to court documents, an incident occurred involving Tammy’s middle son, who’d been invited to attend the awards with his brother. At a drug and alcohol fueled afterparty at the home of management executive Nils Larsen, the host aggressively pursued the young man, despite repeated attempts to inform Larsen that he was straight. The message was not being received. Ricky’s brother ended up having to jump the fence and flee on foot to escape Larsen’s unrelenting sexual advances.

During the fall of 2016, Joby Harte and Ricky attended yet another party, this time at the home of Anna Faris and her then-husband Chris Pratt, star of Disney’s lucrative Guardians of The Galaxy franchise, who was not home at the time. At the home of this powerful, famous Hollywood couple, Ricky was again served alcohol openly and excessively.





At one point during the night, Marketing and PR veteran Lisa Delcampo, the long-time “right hand man” to Lance Bass of NSYNC, took Ricky, a minor, into one of the bedrooms and sexually molested him after being granted permission to do so by Joby Harte. By definition, sex trafficked.

Lisa Delcampo was in her mid-30s at the time. Worth remembering is Lance Bass revealed that he too was sexually abused in Hollywood as an underage star.

Then, according to documents and witness' testimony, there was Sara Espiritu, the 28-year-old Talent Relations employee (*cough*), who cultivated a sexual relationship with the teenager after Ricky had been groomed, sexually abused and passed around to adults in the industry for four years. The Disney Corporation handled the situation by transferring Ms Espiritu out of Talent Relations to another department within the company.

On February 11th 2017, Joby brought Ricky to the CAA (Creative Artists Agency) Grammy party, which took place at Hyde Sunset on Sunset Blvd., in Los Angeles.

“You want to go to the CAA party. The CAA Grammy party, that’s a big one,” Tammy recalls, trying to make sense of how all of this happened to her son right under her nose.

“The night before … until the morning of,” read the official invite for the private party CAA hosted. The agency represents clients such as Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Bruce Springsteen, Katy Perry, Kanye West, John Mayer, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood and countless other global mega stars.

On this night, according to court documents, CAA agent Janet Kim, another woman in her 30s, took a turn with Ricky, as Joby Harte once again trafficked him to his high-level industry executive friends.

Janet Kim would later go on to represent the band on behalf of CAA as their music agent and coordinate their 2018 Euphoric tour.

Around this same time, Joby hosted a birthday party for Ricky. The party was attended by his bandmates and other friends of Ricky, all ranging in age from 15 to 21 years old. According to the documents, witness testimonies, and Tammy’s eye-witness account, also in attendance were three Hollywood Records employees: Michelle Alexander, Danielle Leonard, and Lyssa Hurvitz, along with Harte associates Paul Cohen and Sheri Anderson, and other underage Disney talent.

Joby hired a professional bar service for the party, and in the presence of multiple Disney employees and high-level Hollywood executives and gatekeepers, minors were, once again, served alcohol openly and to excess.

“This is all completely normal in Hollywood,” Tammy explained, realizing, only now that she’s out of it, how truly abhorrent it is, to say nothing of the illegality and incredible liability this opens the corporations up to.

Understandably, the next year was a tremendously difficult one for Ricky. Though professionally his band toured for their Euphoric album as well as performing as the opening act on the American Idol tour, and Ricky was cast in and filmed a movie, personally and emotionally he was struggling.

In December 2018, after other members of Ricky’s family, including his father, were made aware of the abuse, Ricky finally went to the police, filing a report with Officer Josephina Torres of the LAPD.

According to Tammy, the investigation was “flawed from the start, to say the least.“ Joby was never interviewed or questioned by the LAPD.

Then, in February, in what was a crushing blow for the Garcias, the DA decided not to prosecute, claiming there was not enough evidence, and the case was closed. When Ricky’s attorney attempted to press the issue, Officer Torres and the LAPD did not return his phone calls.

I cannot disagree.

Ms Garcia is suffering a fair amount of criticism across social media for precisely these reasons by those who share the same opinion (and are aware of this story – an infinitesimal fraction of the population). Others say what matters are the names (and some pictures) of those still working in the industry and/or walk free have been identified and made public.

It seems she threw her family's lot in with her son as the main breadwinner, which some are quick to criticize, and understandably so. It seems she ignored or did not see the red flags. Asked point blank in the interview, she says (paraphrasing) she was groomed and conditioned by the skilled and persuasive snakes as much as her son, also understandable.

Many are starting to see that there is something seriously and fundamentally wrong at the core of the Walt Disney Corporation. In this case, I would suggest the future is more important than the past.

Sorry to vent.

I'm a little confused, though I shouldn't be, at how the story of actress Meghan Markle and her husband Prince Harry deciding to step back from senior royal duties has not only made news everywhere but been a subject that numerous regular folk - not public figures - in my social media stream see as important enough to discuss. Including certain commenters who are popular figures in internet 'spiritual' communities. But the royals are discussed (I should clarify my head-scratching) in context of people having affection for the two as though they are distant friends who they care for.

Isn't it convenient how this has made the couple (for mainstream media and many members of the public) the priority story about the royal family, risking sweeping Harry's royal uncle Prince Andrew, and Andrew's close associations with both Jeffrey Epstein (a convicted sex offender and alleged child trafficker) and Epstein's partner Ghislaine Maxwell, from the main focus of the royal limelight. This following Andrew's disastrous TV interview about Epstein, which had the British public and even mainstream media, mocking Andrew's excuses just weeks ago :

You would have hoped people had learned their lesson about the royal family, after even the mainstream media looked into the friendship of former TV and Radio personality Jimmy Savile and Andrew's brother Prince Charles. Savile was actually a 'Sir', knighted by the queen, and according to wikipedia : “Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher had made four attempts to have him knighted before succeeding in her final year in office.”

Do people not wonder whether a celebrity who got so close to members of such a powerful, wealthy family of public figures was investigated? Would the security services working on behalf of the royal family, or government, not have investigated or done rigorous background checks on Savile as he entered the royal inner circle in such a personal way? You would think they would, and would have warned the royal family, assuming that warning was welcome. Which raises the question, were the royal family aware, and simply didn't care? Or were the security services either inadequate, or following a different agenda?

I do wonder sometimes, when more people will wake up and ask these kinds of questions. Instead of discussing what the mainstream media instructs them to discuss.

Criminal billionaires or TV celebrities, and the British royal family. Possibly two cesspits made for each other.

But what do I know? Perhaps like Manuel in Fawlty Towers : “I know nothing.”

Makes you wonder what's been going on behind the scenes in recent years, for the royals to be this vulnerable to more public scrutiny.

Meanwhile, I'm too weary to be all that engaged by Ricky Gervais' comments at the Golden Globes. I even wonder if Hollywood, if it sees its viewing figures dropping, allows Gervais to make his contentious quips just to keep attention on their celebrities (and/or keep nervous celebrities on edge or in line.) Perhaps for desperate folk even bad publicity is useful publicity. As already mentioned, I don't claim to know anything.

Although - the joke about the film Bird Box, and Gervais' response to the audience reaction, did make me smile. You can see it at 4:23 here :

The Independent 'newspaper' actually made me laugh out loud with the headline “Ricky Gervais cheapened the Golden Globes” Seriously. What planet do you have to be on to think The Globes were cheapened by Gervais' jokes, rather than cheapened by the Hollywood behaviour that inspired those jokes?

A quiet part of me knows I should be working on my breathing, and reading ancient manuscripts that help me to evolve my soul to ascend from this infested planet. But another part of me is still exorcising the culture I was force-fed from birth; still compelled to at least try and warn others of what lies beneath its surface.
