Hello Divine Souls,

I know that the energetic climate of our community has been extremely tumultuous over the last few months in certain areas of development. I want to state, publicly, that I have attempted to traverse these complex situations from a heart-space, and with grace and determination, and will continue to do so.

Full Disclosure:

I have a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, an intense passion for uncovering the truth obfuscated by mainstream media outlets, and a background in teaching, corporate training, product development, and business operations. I started my multi-media project, Divine Frequency, in February of 2016, after writing a book about my own spiritual awakening, entitled, “What is Magic?” As I had just gone through an incredible transformation, I was renewed with a sense of deeper purpose. I stepped into the public arena to discuss empowering topics and inspire people to tap into their true soul natures and align with their higher missions.

I have expanded and grown since then, moving into public speaking at events and on radio shows, and really blossoming into helping people on a greater level. I published my book on February 1st, 2018, and began to travel across America giving talks and workshops on topics such as discernment, truth-seeking, philosophy of consciousness expansion, and the soul journey.

I was invited to host an event in Colorado in August of 2018, and was then offered a position by two of the people in charge of the event, Corey Goode and Roger Richards, to move into an arena where I could expand my potential, and offer my skills in business management to grow a larger organization that was seemingly synonymous with my own personal goals.

I accepted the position to join Full Disclosure Project (FDP) as Director of Operations on September 3rd, 2018, in order to help manage multiple projects, including documentaries and publications. The mission of this organization is to educate humanity through disclosure of powerfully activating information currently suppressed by mainstream media outlets.

As those of you who follow me know, I am passionately dedicated to this goal, as it is in alignment with my own personal mission associated with the multi-media project that I started February of 2016, Divine Frequency. Today is October 28th, 2018, and I have officially been on the FDP team for approximately two months. In that time, we have developed a multitude of amazing projects with a multitude of amazing people.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Recently, unforeseen circumstances arose that severely complicated multiple areas of my public, private, and professional life.

For the record, Corey Goode’s Sphere Being Alliance projects were occurring under the umbrella of SBA Media. I was mainly focused on FDP-related work (running operations for multiple documentaries and publications), while also assisting with low-level admin work on the SBA Media side (scheduling meetings and taking minutes). Online, I was providing information to the public through articles and videos about the different projects happening through Full Disclosure Project as well as SBA Media.

As certain information began to hit the public sector, I started to become helplessly entangled in certain public perceptions involving a wide-reaching array of prominent individuals in the consciousness/UFOlogy field on social media.

These events and subsequent situations and their effects, unfortunately, put me in a precarious situation where certain intrinsic ideals, value systems, and professional standards are at risk. Many of us are navigating very complex situations. This whole mess has taken a great toll on me.

I needed to be able to go within, break away, and recalibrate. As of today, October 28th, 2018, I have resigned the post of Director of Operations of Full Disclosure Project. I want everyone to know that it was an extremely difficult decision to make, but one that I had to make, nevertheless, in staying true to my moral compass.

Gaining Perspective

I want to end this statement by saying that friends and family are paramount in staying aligned with what is important. While we are all trying to stay afloat in these times of tribulation on this planet, we need to make sure that we are constantly recalibrating, grounding, and connecting to the truth which resonates inside our hearts. Friends and family help to keep this fire alive.

I will be going dark for a period of time to seek increased comfort from my own family. After that, I am going to shift back into focusing my full attention on my own projects, which are already coming to life in a beautiful way, yet will be even more magnified through the application of increased focus from my end.


I want to thank those of you who have been there for me during this time, with open minds and hearts and the gift of discernment to know that there are always three sides to a story; one person’s side, the other person’s side, and then the truth. Polarity is inherent within this experience, and in order to truly understand, one must elevate to see the bigger picture.

The most important statement I will make is this: most people in this community are trying to make the world a better place. I can tell you now that once people figure out that fear is only keeping them away from cooperation, this wheel of karma will end and we can actually begin to create disclosure on this planet.

Disclosure is the uncovering of what is hidden. And what is hidden can become an illusion if it remains in the dark. If you are afraid of something and want to transmute it, you must be the one to turn on the light.

It's pure PR gobbeldygook. Totally plastic.

She spent days crafting something that says essentially nothing...leaving everyone to translate a whole bunch of cryptic ambiguity. Ambiguity is about the last thing we need in this area of research.

I s'pose we can read between the lines, as they say, and guess that she ended her business relationship with Goode due to this copyright nonsense. No grace on her part - she exploited the blue chicken thing while the going was good, and now she's distancing herself while the going is bad. She doesn't get credit for being diabolical.

A total PR piece, yes. It's very carefully written to obfuscate whatever's really happened, which we can only guess at. (I have no knowledge at all.)

I suspect it's a lot more than just the SSP™ thing. Corey may have become in some ways impossible (or just too risky/ dangerous/ unpredictable) to support or work with. That's where my $.01 would be.

My other $.01 would be that Daniel Liszt knows a lot more than he's been able to say until now, as before this announcement of hers in the last few days he was publicly on a couple of livestreams eulogizing her courage and integrity to a seemingly anomalous degree.

Now, we can start to tentatively join some dots, suggesting that there was quite a lot that happened behind the scenes, and that maybe Teresa somehow escaped from a very difficult situation.

In Daniel Liszt’s recent dialogue with Walter Bosley over the SSP Trademark issue he very clearly spelled out the incredible real investigation/research done by Catherine Austin Fitts and her University Colleague (sorry can’t recall his name off the top of my head) as well as other respected researchers, and how Wilcock, Goode, et al data mine this phenomenal work as if it is their own and spin their own narrative.

Daniel goes on further to make a very important point that no-one in the Wilcock/Goode camp ever wants to get together with the “professionals” that have done the hard yards,(which includes putting their lives on the line – just ask Fitts), to work collaboratively and his invitations to talk/debate with himself are never accepted.

My understanding is that Teresa comes from a family of professionals and has considerable professional credentials herself - albeit in youth without years of experience on her belt to continually reevaluate her worldly wisdom yet, (nothing to do with the wisdom in her heart for wanting disclosure, global coherence and peace); and I often wondered how she was faring with her family whilst being so deeply in awe of Corey Goode and his cult status.

So when watching Daniel’s broadcast there was no doubt in my mind that Teresa would also watch it and I thought to myself at the time, “Come on Teresa, that’s surely gotta strike a chord for you by now”.

It may have nothing to do with her resignation from the Goode camp, but I do hope that when Teresa has rebalanced her inner turmoil she will spend some time in dialogue with “the transparent side”.

I have to add that I am always very appreciative of the attitude Daniel genuinely sends to “Corey’s Kid’s” - he respectfully calls them out but offers compassion when he advises them to “get the hell out”.

Yes, her sister. Some more of the dots to be joined may be that Teresa became aware of what was happening behind the scenes from her sister.

It has to be assumed that they'd talk to one another, even if it was in legal confidence. Her sister lawyer may even have firmly advised Corey to drop the whole thing based on solid legal advice (having researched it all more), and then more events, which we don't know about, could have taken place.

A week can be a long time in that kind of world.

I noticed last week that Teresa was on Joe's Live Chat and said some positive things about Joe's channel searching for the truth.
JOe Do you remember the date that happened? It rather surprised me. I always thought she had potential to succeed because of her persona and said she could sell anything including a job at QVC. I honestly like her. But she went full Corey and nobody goes full Corey. She was searching for life's meanings and secrets but she got sidetracked on the way.

CW has had two people who contacted him who live and work in the Denver/Boulder area in the event fields that contacted the center who were told the event was canceled because of lack of tickets. So the lie about safety was obviously bogus.

Lots of things going on behind the scenes that none of us are privy to.... Was she perhaps threatened in some way? Dutch Sinse says he wasn't, but it didn't ring true to me. Well, I hope that Theresa stays safe and comes back stronger than ever.

I'm not sure everyone read Teresa's statement in Post #1 carefully enough....or else it is my own interpretation that needs adjustment. My interpretation, according to Teresa's own words, is that she resigned from The Full Disclosure Project "...in order to stay true to her own moral compass." This indicates to me that she wished to distance herself from the Full Disclosure Project, not the Sphere Being Alliance.....a very important point.

I certainly want to hear more from Teresa's own mouth directly, and wish her great powers of discernment in gaining direction from her moral compass.....this at a time when the damned magnetic compass needle seems to be as uncertain of its truth as the stability of the Planet's magnetic poles!

Maybe Teresa Yanaros could expand on why was it such a difficult decision for her.

Many of us stayed outside the "insider loop" of "the insider and wow", even tried our best to warn all y'all about Wilcock, ever since his Financial Fraud tales spoon-fed to him by other frauds, Fulford and Keenan. Then that well dried up for Wow, and he "discovered" another useful idiot, Corey Goode/SSP, and we tried to warn y'all, again.

I truly understand what cults are and what they do to people, I do.
But those who were part of promoting this particular personality cult of ufology, designed to derail the real disclosure and gain control of it all with a fantasy narrative and unsavoury, questionable means...too late for fluffy words..they need to come clean as to what exactly happened there, in order to gain trust and receive empathy because we straight shooters on Avalon without Stockholm syndrome.

Ya know I'm happy Teresa has separated herself form Corey. Even tho I may question her motives during this whole fiasco, that is a good thing!

I'd be pleased to see others follow suit. The only way Corey will walk away from all this is if everyone else walks away from him. His world has to get small enough to the point where even he - as desperate as he is for this to work - will wave the white flag. Although i must say, with some reluctance, that I have a hard time imagining him going quietly.

I view him sort of like a kid having a temper tantrum. And if we all collectively refuse to indulge it, his tricks will no longer work.

Teresa is no longer indulging it. And I'd love to high-five her and give her credit for that- and perhaps I will at some point - but I'm a little reluctant due to what I wrote previously. We'll see. If she'd simply said, Corey is a scoundrel, I don't trust the guy, I've made some bad decisions and now i'm pausing to collect myself before i begin again, she might have made a fan out of me. She may have won me over a little. That's all it would have taken. This glossy PR thing is meaningless. It's an empty attempt at damage control.

I hope we can get some elaboration soon. I acknowledge that there likely are some things I'm not privy to that may make me see this from a new angle

Hopefully the young lady has come away from this experience wiser and more discerning.
It looks like she is doing a good job of extricating herself from a very untenable situation, at least
But if I were her, I would keep a much lower profile until I had made some genuine allies.
(...And not be tooting my own horn quite so loudly or proudly; a little more humility would be very becoming. )

It's better to have no friends at all than friends who are simply using you.
Unless you were fully willing to use and be used, and then you are going to find your situation to be a lot stickier than someone who simply didn't understand what they were getting into...
In any case, she's had quite an education, and hopefully will be intelligent enough to recognize now who has integrity and has been doing the real research, and why there has been so much criticism directed at the crew she's been hanging with, even if it may not be safe for her to say so.
Of course, lots of criticism is directed at the real researchers too, but for very different reasons.
And hopefully she is realizing that now.

That's what I wanted to hear. I'm glad Joe got her to clarify that. Good for her! My problem with these guys has always been that they imposed themselves onto a field, reduced it, and offered nothing but unsubstantiated BS. It's good to know that there are those in their sphere (pun intended) who finally began to smell the cheese.

Then we come to her needing to dive into research to determine if Goode's story is valid or not. That should take her about five minutes, if she's honest with herself.

First off, well done there Joe.

I give Teresa credit for doing the interview. Her natural inclination is to smile and laugh and move along quite quickly, and this interview forced her to slow down and answer heavy, contemplative, uncomfortable inquiries. It took some courage on her part, especially in the midst of all the turmoil in her life at the moment. Well done Teresa.

I like her energy and her attitude. I've said that before on the forum. On that level, I imagine she'd be great fun to have a beer with. But I also think that bubbliness is a shield to protect her against things that make her uncomfortable; she's appears to dislike confrontation, even the healthy kind, and is quick to smile or laugh rather than explore any darkness or deception going on around her, which is how she wound up in Corey's circle to begin with imo. Discerning can be exhausting and uncomfortable, and I think she discerns what she wants to discern and ignores the stuff that she intuitively knows will make her uncomfortable.

In the case of the Sphere Being Alliance, I would say she was being willfully obtuse. She may have been trying to ignore it, but she is well aware of the case against Corey, and all it's ramifications. I don't buy for one second that she doesn't, or that she would have to go back and dig into it a little more to have an opinion on all that. She's too smart and too perceptive. She knows the ins and outs of all that.

And that's my issue with her. Even if you believe that she wasn't hip to the Corey story, you would then have to accept that she doesn't properly assess the people she does business and socializes with. Like I said, I don't buy that; she knew the absurdity of it all but she played along anyway, most likely because her career was taking off and she was having quite a bit of fun! She can't now claim ignorance. It doesn't work that way.

In fairness, it's important to ask ourselves what we would have done in that situation. Would I have walked away from all that if I were her? Would I have had the integrity to do that? Sheesh, I'm not sure. Money and some degree of mild fame is quite tempting....to anyone!

Now, did she walk away from the SPA because the copyright thing was anathema to her integrity, or did she walk away because she saw the building burning down and didn't want to go down with it? Was she courageous?...or just worried about her brand? Like I said, I think she's known this was a ruse all along; where was her integrity last year? 6 months ago? I think this might have more to do with her brand and business sustainability in the future than integrity or a conflict of values. And fair enough! I think it was smart to get out of the SPA, I just question the whole integrity/values explanation she gives...

...But I may be wrong! God, I want to be wrong! I really do want to like her! She seems like a cool girl in many ways.
