EDD and Bank of America

I've realized that there is an app called Bank of America Prepaid that is not legitimate. I am a targeted individual and when all my information was changed I came to find out that the app is not the same as it is on the website. I requested a new password and when the code came is what one digit too long and would not register on the app but when I went to the website it worked. In the playstore the contact for support is different than the website as well. I also found that I have two accounts with unemployment and URL's are different as well. Anyone else notice this? I'm referring to California.
