Please read the following articles carefully. IF UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE is able to be defined and quantified by nothing more than having received vaccination (NO consideration of the sequelae) and government can be the strongman to ensure we comply, the pharmaceutical industry is guaranteed the ongoing revenue stream from the product which is OUR CHRONIC ILLNESS

Universal health care (UHC) + the Internet of Things (IoT) x unique identifiers (UIDs)= NO CHOICE

Quote The “Future of Healthcare” as Envisioned by Big Vaccine’s and Big Pharma’s Multi-Billionaire Global Elites Whose Corporations are now Essentially Ruling the World

Below is a frightening letter that I discovered online today. It was addressed to conservative (“Liberal” Democratic Party) Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and was sent from the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA) (www.ifpma.org).

The letter was signed by the IFPMA Executive Committee which includes the CEOs of the USA’s Eli Lilly ($24 billion in revenue in 2018), Japan’s Daiichi Sankyo ($8 billion in revenue in 2018), Belgium’s UCB ($27 billion in revenue in 2018) and France’s Sanofi ($42 billion in revenue in 2018). The letter was endorsed by the 30 or so IFPMA members that attended the Tokyo meeting with Abe that followed (see photo). The representatives (mostly the CEOs) of the global pharmaceutical corporations pictured are listed at the bottom of the letter.

One of the alarming goals clearly proposed by the IFPMA and clearly stated in the letter to Prime Minister Abe is to make use of public medical information databases, IoT technology (see below for the definition) and virtual clinical trials “to reduce drug development time and costs and improve the probability of success”.

(Note: IoT, which was for some reason left undefined in the letter to Abe, is defined as: “the Internet of Things, a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers (UIDs) and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.”)

Here is another related blurb from the website of the IFPMA.

IFPMA represents research-based pharmaceutical companies and associations across the globe. The research-based pharmaceutical industry’s 2 million employees research, develop and provide medicines and vaccines that improve the life of patients worldwide. Based in Geneva, IFPMA has official relations with the United Nations and contributes industry expertise to help the global health community find solutions that improve global health.”

The bolding and italicization of words and phrases in the letter are mine (GGK), but the words are those of the CEOs that signed the letter and are pictured below. (Note that these profiteers, none of whom are physicians and whose only duty is to the profits of their shareholders [and not to actual patients] are not your friends.)

Also be aware that this group of wealth and power-hungry sociopathic profiteers is quietly lobbying for universal health care, so they must have concrete plans to make sure that every covered patient in their future plans is fully vaccinated with the 270+ vaccines that are in their developmental pipelines, which, given the level of vaccinology-illiteracy among the politicians who are similarly advocating for universal health care could make happen.

    The letter:
    IFPMA, Geneva, Switzerland – June 3, 2019

    Dear Prime Minister Abe,

We are the Biopharmaceutical CEO Roundtable members representing global R&D-based pharmaceutical company. We have committed to deliver innovative medicines/medical technologies all over the world including Japan, to build a vibrant society that enables people live longer, healthier, and happier without suffering from disease through access to new medicines.

We appreciate your leadership in designating the biopharmaceutical industry a key strategic industry for Japan. For the coming G20 meetings in Japan, as a country committed to advancing medical innovation, we welcome Japan’s solid leadership globally, but also in the following three global health issues for the realization of our ultimate goal.

The first aspect is we still do not have enough engagement for health systems strengthening to reach the goal of universal health coverage (UHC) – ensuring access to appropriate healthcare services with reasonable cost – especially, in developing countries.
We commend the Government of Japan’s (GOJ) continued support for the Global Fund and the Gavi Alliance, and its leadership in hosting the Gavi replenishment launch event in August. So far, GOJ, as part of its global leadership on healthy aging, has greatly supported moving towards UHC, together with the international community, and raised the health agenda as a prioritized topic at the international fora (e.g., United Nations, G7 Summit, or TICAD).

In particular, the GOJ reaffirmed the following needs at the UHC Forum 2017 in Tokyo:

    1) to strengthen global momentum towards UHC,

    2) to develop and implement a framework for cooperation at the country level,

    3) to monitor progress continuously,

    4) to secure sustainable financial resources for UHC, and

    5) to promote innovation.

Furthermore, G7 Ise-Shima vision reaffirms the importance of immunization, throughout the life course, as one of key measures to prevent the spread of infectious disease and address emerging pandemics.

We, the pharmaceutical companies, would like to support Prime Minister Abe’s strong leadership in these areas. Also, we have been proactively engaged to establish our contribution toward health systems strengthening through our own Initiative (Access Accelerated*) to bring all relevant stakeholders together.

Recognizing that substantial hurdles remain, we need to encourage individual countries to further implement or strengthen actions to promote Universal Health Care. To this end, we look forward to your continuous support to mobilize country-led processes towards UHC, increase alignment of individual efforts, and accelerate UHC goals globally.

The second aspect is although many medical products have become available to date for certain diseases, there are still either no treatments for, or ineffective or inadequate treatments for many other diseases.
This is a common issue for both developed and developing countries. We, the R&D based pharmaceutical companies, underscore the value of partnership and believe that partnerships are a fundamental component for fostering innovation.

The AMR (Anti-microbial Resistance) Industry Alliance initiative**, our multi-stakeholder coordination platform that addresses a global public health concern of antibacterial drug resistance, is just an example.

To facilitate innovation, governmental understanding and support are crucial. We are grateful for your commitment to support innovation as one of the five commitments mentioned above. In order to implement the commitment and deliver innovative medicines to patients, we are making all-out efforts to develop innovative medicines.

It is vital to institute harmonized regulatory systems as well as an enforceable reward system for innovative technology in each country, in particular the predictable and reasonable protection of intellectual property (IP) rights.

Although some view the IP system as a barrier to access to medicines, the weight of evidence demonstrates that focusing on areas like pricing and IP in isolation will not achieve long-term successful health outcomes or better access to new medicines, and must be linked to the core healthcare system issues.

The third aspect is the need to make the shift to a new healthcare system utilizing various kinds of medical data, especially, taking into consideration the recent advancements of digital technologies like AI or big data, and to develop legal frameworks that facilitate these advancements, including with respect to data flows.
We think the shifts also advance the aforementioned two challenges:

    1) accelerating progress towards UHC, and

    2) resolving unmet medical needs.

Japan established a national health insurance (NHI) system a long time ago, and the large amount of health and medical data collected under the NHI system has the potential to enable the achievement of UHC in response to the aging society through the seamless coordination of preventive measures, early diagnosis and treatment, effective use of precision medicines, and efficient use and optimization of healthcare expenditures.

Furthermore, the shift to a new system would enhance utilization of real-world data for innovative drug and technology development, thereby enabling the R&D pharmaceutical industry to discover and develop innovative medicines more quickly and efficiently.

For example, use of a public medical information database or combination of IoT technology and virtual clinical trial can potentially reduce drug development time and costs and improve the probability of success.

As a result, our innovative products can be delivered earlier to patients in need.

In conclusion, we continue our efforts to join with others to accelerate progress towards UHC, to resolve unmet medical needs, and to transform to a new healthcare system utilizing various medical data, so that we can contribute to people’s health globally.

We look forward to Japan’s leadership to guide constructive and evidence-based discussions on these global topics and shape a strategic policy decision in the G20 and beyond.

We look forward to continuing to work with you to advance our goals.

    Google Joins the Pharmaceutical Industry
    by Kate Raines
    Published August 23, 2019

Google’s burgeoning ties to Big Pharma have been exposed with the disclosure of its new pharmaceutical division, which just happens to be led by the former head of GlaxoSmithKline’s global vaccine business. As cautioned by Progressive Radio Network journalists Gary Null, PhD and Richard Gale, “Google today is not only a weapon for promoting the pharmaceutical agenda but now also a drug company itself.”1

Google is Much More Than a Search Engine
Backing up a few years to 2015, Google’s co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin decided the multi-armed behemoth that Google had become would benefit from a drastic reorganization. Consequently, they split their “core internet business” off from their other minimally (or un-) related projects such as X Lab and the Calico life extension project. Along with Google itself, those secondary companies were grouped under the umbrella of a new corporation called “Alphabet.”2

The upshot was that Alphabet now owns Google, although the key players have not changed. Page and Brin now serve as CEO and President, respectively, of Alphabet, while former Google product chief Sundar Pichai is now CEO of Google.

Tracing a line from Google’s reorganization of itself to its structure today, the initial division kept all of the Internet entities under Google’s wing, under one “side” of the Alphabet umbrella. These included Google Maps, YouTube, Chrome, and Android. Google remained as the largest and most financially robust of Alphabet’s ventures.3

Other semi-independent companies under the Alphabet name included a diverse collection of corporations focused on such wide-ranging fields as biomedical or scientific advances, investment ventures, “smart home” applications, drone technologies and urban infrastructure.3

    The Many Faces of Alphabet/Google
As the dust settled at Alphabet/Google, a number of the newly independent or semi-independent companies emerged, wielding some clout of their own. While Google’s revenues in 2017 continued to reap the lion’s share, reaching $110.9 billion, revenues from other ventures reported $1.2 billion. With operating losses reported at $3.4 billion, Google’s “side lines” were not yet profitable but climbing, up from 2016 losses of $4.6 billion.4

Those other ventures include X Lab (research and new ideas), G and CapitalG (investment funds), Sidewalk Labs (focused on urban innovation), Nest (smarthome devices), Chronicle (cybersecurity), Waymo (autonomous vehicles), Access (Internet provider innovations), Jigsaw (technological and geopolitics), Deep Mind (artificial intelligence), Verily (healthcare and managing disease) and Calico (biotech and lifespan extension).

The X Lab, or “Moonshot Factory,” is a research and development lab aimed at, in their own words, creating “radical new technologies to solve some of the world’s hardest problems.”5 Some of their projects include self-driving cars, delivery drones, renewable energy storage technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and learning robots, among many others. X acts as an incubation lab for cutting edge ideas that, once developed, may either be discontinued or “graduated” to become an independent entity.

    Verily’s Pharmaceutical Ties
Verily Life Sciences is one of those Alphabet ideas now launched into independent status. Initially begun as a series of projects exploring the use of technologies including miniaturization and machine learning to create “wearable” devices such as smart lenses, Verily now partners with a number of pharmaceutical companies that develop vaccines on projects ranging from smart lenses with Alcon (a subsidiary of Novartis) and surgical robotics with Johnson & Johnson to early identification and intervention in chronic diseases with Merck Sharp & Dohme and diabetes management with Sanofi.6

Verily is partnered with Gilead on profiling the immune system to clarify the biological mechanisms of autoimmune disease and with Verve Therapeutics on nanoparticle formulations. Verily is also partnered with GlaxoSmithKline, the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer,7 in the development of bioelectronic medicine.6

With the creation of Galvani Bioelectronics in collaboration with GlaxoSmithKline, Verily now has its own pharmaceutical company that is working to “enable the research, development and commercialization of bioelectronic medicines,” which aim to treat disease using miniaturized implanted devices.8 Another of Verily’s projects is the development of the “sterile insect technique” to manipulate mosquito populations by releasing sterile male mosquitoes that will reduce the populations of insects carrying such diseases as dengue, Zika, chikungunya and yellow fever.9

The company has also entered the clinical study arena, first with its own study called Baseline, which seeks to connect potential study participants with clinical research groups.10

Partnering with Verily initiatives is appealing to pharmaceutical companies, including vaccine manufacturers and developers like Novartis, Sanofi, Otsuka and Pfizer, because of the young biotech company’s focus on modernizing and increasing the efficiency of data collection using tools such as electronic medical study process, as well as getting new drugs and vaccines to market faster. Although the partnered studies are not yet in progress, studies are being explored in cardiovascular disease, oncology, mental health, dermatology and diabetes.

Because anyone can join Baseline and potentially be connected with clinical trials relevant to their own life, keeping patient information private will be a challenge, but the projected market value of the program is expected to reach $69 billion by 2026. 11

As reporter Mark Terry put it for BioSpace, “Perhaps disconcertingly, a company that handles 92.4% of internet searches globally and already has significant amounts of information about your life, now wants to know medical and health information as well.” 12

Alphabet’s Other Medical Venture: Calico Labs
In addition to Verily, Alphabet has another older medical research company called Calico, founded in 2013 and headed by Arthur Levinson, the former CEO of Genentech, another pharmaceutical company that develops vaccines.13 According to Calico’s mission statement, the company wants “to harness advanced technologies to increase our understanding of the biology that controls lifespan” and will “require an unprecedented level of interdisciplinary effort.14

Dr. Aarif Khakoo, Head of Drug Development at Calico (and formerly a Vice President at Amgen, a pharmaceutical company that develops vaccines) said, “With the aging of the world population, there is a pressing need to gain a deeper understanding of the molecular underpinnings of human aging and to translate these insights into new therapies for aging and age-related diseases… I’m looking forward to working with the team and our external collaborators to move the lead therapeutic candidates into clinical studies in the future.”14

It has been obvious for some time now that Google’s algorithms have been adjusted to make it more difficult to find information, including information about vaccines, that doesn’t align with the messages about health and medical care that are approved by government and the pharmaceutical industry. In some cases, no matter how specific a search question is, or how it is worded and re-worded, the search results stubbornly return the same tired but mainstream medical authority-approved results.

Teasing out the infiltration of the pharmaceutical industry into Google, it seems that Alphabet is not just delivering an approved narrative, but Google’s message too.

I imagine that being a vaccine skeptic will be an issue with social credit scores.

Listen to to this conversation between Lionel and Rick Sanchez at 13:02. Lionel thinks that people in the US will passively accept the imposition of social credit management with little reaction. Rick Sanchez points out that all of our "agencies" to which we might protest have been co-opted by those who can buy the system.

Unfortunately one source with the deep pockets we have paid is Big Pharma.

We have paid the pharmaceutical industry to brain wash us, to distort health care and to own public health and those who are the gate keepers to our own well being.

Quote CHD Will Appeal the Decision Denying the Preliminary Injunction Sought on Behalf of 26,000 Children and Their Families Affected by the Repeal of Vaccine Religious Exemptions.
    AUGUST 26, 2019

On August 23rd, Judge Denise Hartman issued a decision denying the preliminary injunction/stay sought on behalf of 26,000 children and their families affected by the repeal of vaccine religious exemptions. The Judge composed a 34-page opinion [in summary]which made the following critical points:

It was established that absent an injunction, there would be irreparable harm to the children and families involved. The judge stated that she had read and found quite compelling the nearly 400 affidavits submitted and acknowledged that her decision would cause families and students substantial hardship.

The court did not feel the balance of equities tipped in our favor [a second factor to consider in deciding whether to grant a preliminary injunction] because, Her Honor reasoned, unvaccinated children pose a threat to others who cannot get vaccinations. The court viewed this threat as very significant in her decision. The judge concluded that we do not have a strong chance on ultimately succeeding in showing that the repeal violated any constitutional right.

The court reasoned that there is no constitutional right to a religious exemption and that the legislature had neutral, not discriminatory, purposes which she found compelling, that is protecting public health. The court found the comments ambiguous that claimed to show animus toward religion and felt the legislature’s purpose was benign, not discriminatory toward those of religious faith.

With respect to Judge Hartman’s decision, Attorney Michael H. Sussman issued the following statement:

“We will appeal the denial to the Third Department as promptly as possible. Supreme Court properly recognized the irreparable harm the legislative repeal and Her Honor’s decision will cause for 26,000 children throughout the State. We will seek a hearing as promptly as possible as we do not agree with Supreme Court’s logic and reasoning concerning the possibility of success on the merits or the balancing of equities. We believe both favor preserving the status quo until final judicial resolution. We remain confident in our arguments.”

Big Pharma and the new world order NEED universal health care to subvert the populace and using social credit scores is another of their bright ideas to enslave mankind to their will. Of course it all looks good on paper and computer models, but I doubt it will go very smoothly for them. There are Too many that say otherwise.

The power of NO! is something we all have.

    The question is: Why?"

Quote Yes, Vaccine Safety IS Too Dangerous for Us to Discuss
    By Bretigne Shaffer

    September 3, 2019

Recently, the news and opinion site HuffPost removed an article that had been up for more than six years. The piece, titled “Government Concedes Vaccine-Autism Case in Federal Court – Now What?” was published in January of 2013, and dealt with a case in which the US government’s Court of Federal Claims conceded that routine vaccination had aggravated a child’s underlying condition and led to that child developing “features of autism spectrum disorder.”

Now, the following statement appears in place of that article:

A previous blog post published on this site has been removed in the interest of public health. The article expressed the sole opinion of its author, who retains the rights to publish it elsewhere. Multiple studies have demonstrated that vaccines are safe and effective. Our letter from the editor has more on this decision.

This retraction did not occur in a vacuum. The first half of 2019 has seen a coordinated effort to scrub the Internet of any information that is critical of the claim that “vaccines are safe and effective.” The push began last fall, but gained momentum in January when the World Health Organization declared “vaccine hesitancy” to be a “global health threat,” placing it alongside Ebola, cancer, war zones, and drug-resistant pathogens.

On March 1st, US Congressman Adam Schiff wrote to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and, after stating that “there is no evidence to suggest that vaccines cause life-threatening or disabling diseases,” expressed his concern that Amazon might be allowing content with “medically inaccurate information.” He asked what action Amazon was taking to address “misinformation about vaccines.”

Later that day, Amazon pulled from its streaming service the documentary “Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe,” along with other “anti-vaccine” documentaries including “Man Made Epidemic“ and “The Greater Good,” a film that “…weaves together the stories of families whose lives have been forever changed by vaccination.”

Schiff had written similar letters to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Google CEO Sundar Pichai. Not long after Amazon pulled the documentaries from its streaming service, other platforms began to follow suit. On March 7, Facebook announced that it would reduce the visibility of groups and pages that “spread misinformation about vaccinations,” and would no longer accept advertisements containing what it deemed to be “misinformation” about vaccines.

Back in August of 2018, Pinterest had already begun removing content (later accounts, and then search results) that it said contained “medical misinformation,” and in February, YouTube demonetized all videos that “promoted anti-vaccination content.” Etsy, Vimeo, MailChimp, and GoFundMe have all joined these other platforms in pledging to either prohibit or demote content deemed to contain “misinformation” about vaccines.

    “MISINFORMATION”

So what is the “misinformation” that the WHO, Congressman Schiff, and these social-media giants are so determined to remove from public view? Let’s start with the article mentioned above that was pulled from HuffPost:

The piece—which you can now read here—deals with the case of Hannah Poling, whose family was awarded more than $1.5 million by the US Court of Federal Claims after it acknowledged that her “regressive encephalopathy with features of autism spectrum disorder…” was the result of vaccinations she received at 18 months that aggravated an underlying mitochondrial condition. The article is a fairly straightforward accounting of the case, followed by questions it raises about such issues as research, public health, and the vaccine-autism debate.

HuffPost’s letter from the editor, explaining its reasoning for removing articles like this one, states:

HuffPost has decided to remove dozens of blogs that perpetuate the unfounded opinion that vaccines pose a health risk to the public. Allowing these blogs to remain on our platform does a disservice to our readers that outweighs any ostensible value as part of the public record.

HuffPost’s editors also chose to remove the Federal Claims Court document itself, which had been posted separately. Where that document was once found, there is now the same statement that replaced the above article, along with the assertion that it “…expressed the sole opinion of its author.”

But that is complete nonsense. There is no “author” of this piece (other than for the very brief introduction to the document), and it does not represent anyone’s “opinion.” It is an official record of a concession made by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, submitted to a Federal court. It is indeed a part of the public record—a part that HuffPost’s editorial team doesn’t believe its readers should be able to see.

Other “misinformation” that has been removed from major platforms include this fully referenced article by Anne Mason, on the scare tactics being used to incite fear of measles, taken down by Medium in February, and the Pinterest accounts of both GreenMedInfo and the National Vaccine Information Center, both of which provide well-referenced information on vaccine safety and efficacy.

In June, the email marketing service provider MailChimp announced that it would prohibit “anti-vaccination content.” However, even before announcing this policy change, it had already removed several accounts without warning, according to their owners. Some of these included organizations simply opposed to vaccine mandates, such as Health Choice Vermont, and Colorado Health Choice Alliance, both of which had their accounts closed suddenly in June.

And in May, GoFundMe took down the fundraising campaign for Dr. Kenneth Stoller. Dr. Stoller had been raising money for his legal defense fund after having been served with a subpoena to turn over patient health records by the San Francisco City Attorney as part of a public nuisance investigation regarding his writing of medical exemptions to vaccines.

As these last two examples reveal, this effort aims to suppress not only voices that question the official line on vaccines, but also those that are opposed simply to mandated vaccines, as well as a doctor raising money to defend himself from the threat of state action against himself and his patients.

    AND MISINFORMATION

Given the deep concern felt by these media giants for accuracy in coverage of the controversy over vaccines, it is surprising to find that so much misinformation on the topic remains in place on their platforms.

Contrary to the oft-repeated mantra in the mainstream press, the science about vaccines is far from “settled.” There is much that is a fair topic for debate, and there is much research that simply has not been done. There are, however, some easily refuted falsehoods, several of which feature prominently in nearly every story on vaccines that appears in a major media outlet.

    Here are a few samples:

    “Vaccines are safe and effective.”
How “safe”? How “effective”? Nothing is completely safe, and no medical treatment is completely effective all the time for every person. The only meaningful interpretation of “safe” in this context is that “vaccines are safer than the diseases they prevent.” But that has not been established.

To take just one example, the MMR vaccine, the Cochrane Review found, in its meta-analysis in 2012, that:

The design and reporting of safety outcomes in MMR vaccine studies, both pre- and post-marketing, are largely inadequate. The evidence of adverse events following immunisation with the MMR vaccine cannot be separated from its role in preventing the target diseases.

I have written elsewhere about the fact that there is no solid data available to tell us how many vaccinations result in serious injury or death, that vaccine injuries are badly underreported, and that those who claim that the rate of vaccine injury is “one in a million” are referring only to severe anaphylactic shock, ignoring the multitude of other possible injuries. Without this information, there is no way to know whether the risk from vaccines (specific vaccines or all vaccines) is greater or lesser than the risks of contracting and being harmed by the diseases they are meant to prevent.

Likewise, “effective.” The fact that vaccines are not 100% effective is not even remotely controversial. And the degree of effectiveness can vary widely from one vaccine to another. The question is: Given the expected efficacy of a given vaccine, is the protection it offers worth the risk of the harm it may create. We simply do not have the information needed to make that assessment with any certainty.

    “Vaccines do not cause autism.”
No matter how many times major media outlets repeat this phrase, it has not been established that vaccines do not cause autism. Indeed, there is evidence that they can, including, but not limited to, the Federal Claims Court’s decision in the case of Hannah Poling that HuffPost is so determined that you not know about.

Those who insist that any connection between vaccines and autism has been discredited like to point to studies like this meta-analysis, or to this more recent Danish study looking at more than 600,000 children, both of which are used by defenders of vaccines to refute any association between vaccines and autism. However, a closer look reveals not only that these studies fail to do this, but that neither even addresses the question.

As with most studies purporting to refute an association with autism, those in the meta-analysis (all ten of them) look only at a single vaccine (the MMR and/or the monovalent measles vaccine) and/or specific ingredients (cumulative Hg dosage and/or thimerosal exposure), comparing those who have received it/them to those who are otherwise fully or partially vaccinated.

They are also observational studies, which means that they are subject to selection bias, including the risk of “healthy user bias,” which is especially relevant when looking at possible injury from vaccines. This is because families who have experienced a possible injury with one child might be less likely to give that vaccine to their other children. By thus excluding some of those who might be most at risk of vaccine injury, this can artificially skew the results of the vaccinated group toward better health outcomes.

As CDC researchers Dr. Paul Fine and Dr. Robert Chen wrote in their 1992 paper looking at confounding factors in studies of adverse reactions to vaccines:

…individuals predisposed to either SIDS or encephalopathy are relatively unlikely to receive DPT vaccination. Studies that do not control adequately for this form of “confounding by indication” will tend to underestimate any real risks associated with vaccination.

The Danish study by Hviid et al likewise only examines the possible impact of the MMR vaccine. It does also compare rates of autism diagnosis across sub groups, including those who have had some or all of their first-year vaccines and those who have not. However there is no true unvaccinated group (the closest being the group of those who had received no first-year vaccines—a whopping 0.7% of the total cohort). And the authors themselves acknowledge that the study suffers from the risk of healthy user bias.

Meanwhile, there are plenty of studies that do show a possible relationship between autism and vaccines. You just won’t see them splashed across the front pages of major newspapers and magazines.

Moreover, one of the world’s leading experts on vaccines, and former government witness in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVIC)’s “vaccine court”, pediatric neurologist Dr. Andrew Zimmerman, has famously stated that:

…in a subset of children, vaccine-induced fever and immune stimulation did cause regressive brain disease with features of autism spectrum disorder.

Others, including former director of the National Institutes of Health Dr. Bernadine Healy and former CDC director Julie Gerberding, have also acknowledged that some children—particularly those with a mitochondrial disorder—can suffer damage from vaccines that leads to the symptoms associated with autism. In 2008, Gerberding told CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta:

…if a child was immunized, got a fever, had other complications from the vaccines. And if you’re predisposed with the mitochondrial disorder, it can certainly set off some damage. Some of the symptoms can be symptoms that have characteristics of autism.

For the population as a whole, the bottom line is that there are no conclusive studies on either side of the autism-vaccine debate. Having media outlets endlessly repeat the claim that there are, and that the debate is “settled,” doesn’t make that claim any less false.

    A DANGEROUS CONVERSATION

Let’s be absolutely clear: The position of the people who pressured Amazon, Facebook, Pinterest, GoFundMe, and other platforms to shut down content critical of vaccines is that ordinary people should not be free to discuss, debate, nor share information about, the safety of vaccines.

    The question is: Why?

Those who make and promote vaccines are right to worry about a free and open conversation about the safety of their products. Their strategy to date has been to insist that “there is no debate” about vaccine safety, that “the science is settled.” And for a very long time they have gotten away with simply repeating these mantras. But the more they engage in what can only be described as Orwellian suppression of information, the more people start to wonder what they are afraid we might find out.

Once anyone starts looking closely, it becomes very clear just how mendacious both the industry and the media have been. It quickly becomes apparent that the WHO declaration is a truckload of nonsense; that vaccines have not, in fact, been proven to be “safe and effective”; that the science is not settled with regard to the vaccine-autism connection; and that the illnesses the vaccine proponents want us to be afraid of are in fact, not all that scary—certainly not as scary as a government with the power to force people to inject substances into their bodies against their will.

For those whose livelihoods are tied to an ever-increasing vaccine schedule, and ever-increasing sales of vaccines, this is a very dangerous conversation indeed.

Watch the short youtube video below. This bill completely shuts down the willingness for physicians to write medical exemptions for fear they will be targeted by the medical board. This was the plan IMO.

The ‘right to choose’ does not apply to childhood vaccination schedules in California

Protests And Near-Arrests In Assembly Appropriations When SB 276 Is Passed On Party Lines Ahead Of Hearing

Despite threats of arrests by the California Highway Patrol, opponents of SB 276 by Sen. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) who attended the Assembly Appropriations Committee hearing Friday at the California State Capitol, stood on chairs and voiced their opposition to the bill which will end all medical exemptions to state mandated childhood vaccinations.

Most of the parents protesting already have “vaccine-injured” children, and want the medical exemption for their other children.

Robert Kennedy Jr. at protest rally for SB 276 with vaccine-injured child
Committee Chairwoman Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez opened the hearing Friday announcing that she would take SB 276 out of the order of bills scheduled “for the people who traveled.” And then she announced that the bill was passed out of the committee “on a ‘B’ roll call,” meaning all committee Democrats voted “yes” to pass it out, and all Republicans voted “no.”

That’s when the shouting and chanting started.

“You have not represented California for all,” the SB 276 opponents chanted, and chanted and chanted, while Gonzalez carried on with her hearing.

In prior hearings on SB 276, Sen. Pan said, “I want to make sure that every child who needs a medical exemption gets one. That is part of the purpose of this bill.”

But it hasn’t worked out that way.

Parents say because of this bill, they are already running into doctors offices who won’t touch a valid vaccine exemption request. In calling 882 California doctors to ask for a medical exemption for a child who suffered anaphylactic reaction after their 12 month shots, they were told no.

“Unfortunately at our office we wouldn’t do that for you.”

“Our doctors do not write medical exemptions.”

“We have a strict rule here that all children are immunized without exception.”

A Capitol friend outside the hearing room said, “SB 277 got in between a mama and her cub. SB 276 gets in between the mama, cub and the pediatrician.” He’s referring to all of the mandatory vaccine bills: AB 2109, SB 277, SB 276.

And that is the primary objection by parents to Senate Bill 276 – it disallows medical exemptions, even for families with previously vaccine-injured children.

Senate Bill 276 would eliminate almost all vaccine medical exemptions, allegedly to crack down on fraud, California Globe reported. “Under this bill, State bureaucrats — not physicians –would be in charge of deciding whether children may receive medical exemptions and thus whether they can attend school.”

Sen. Pan claims “According to the author, in the first four months of 2019, 465 measles cases have been reported across 19 states, a number far surpassing last year’s number of cases,” SB 276 bill analysis says. However, these parent-opponents of SB 276 did their homework and found that more than half of the adult measles cases in California were vaccinated.

More than 600 parents opposed to SB 276 peacefully rallied Wednesday at the Capitol, with most carrying signs around the outside of the Capitol, ahead of the Appropriations vote Friday. They reported talking with lawmakers and staffers about their concerns with SB 276.

While proponents of SB 276 call opponents “anti-vaxxers,” at every hearing I’ve attended since Sen. Pan’s first bill mandating vaccinations, AB 109, the majority of parents say they aren’t anti-vaccination, they just want to decide when their infants and toddlers receive the immunizations, rather than the state deciding.

Parental choice and decision making over childhood vaccinations was removed in California because of a state law passed in 2012. Assembly Bill 2109 by then-Assemblyman Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), orders that California school-aged children will not be allowed to attend public school without proof that parents have been counseled, and children vaccinated, in accordance with the vaccination schedule of the federal Center for Disease Control.

The only exception to the law was a personal belief or religious exemption – the only way Pan could get the bill passed.

As attorney Mary Holland warned this week at California Globe, “If the government wants to mandate vaccinations, it must ensure that they are safe for all children.” And that is all parents want.

Four years later, Sen. Richard Pan came back with another bill, Senate Bill 277, to remove even the personal belief/religious exemption, following the measles outbreak at Disneyland. “We are in a situation where there are not enough people being vaccinated to contain these dangerous diseases,” Pan said at a news conference in February 2015. But he refused to address parents’ concerns about the volume and safety of vaccinations given to children.

    But that wasn’t enough.

Sen. Pan came back again in 2019 with SB 276 , to address the medical exemptions parents were receiving from family physicians. SB 276 requires the Department of Public Health to develop a statewide standardized medical exemption request form for immunization requirements; requires the request form to be the only medical exemption documentation that a governing authority may accept; requires a request form to be approved or denied only by the State Public Health Officer.

In competitive markets, profit margins continually chase after superior and more efficient products, or in this case, safer vaccines. This begs the question, if company X can make more money formulating and marketing a safer vaccine--yielding potentially billions for their shareholders--why aren't they? The public relations campaign pushing the strategy "there is no debate" is blatantly false and costly to propagate, possibly as costly as R&D to develop safer vaccines, so why?

Some would argue it's about the money--why upend a 60+ billion dollar industry--but that doesn't stand to any economic theory of which I'm aware. Developing a safer vaccine would increase the market share of the developing company and bolster industry profits in general.

So again we have to ask, why? The answer, sorry to say, is here and here. What other explanation is there?

One of the darkest aspects of all is seemingly how willing people are to go along with this social engineering program. WHY IS THAT? I cannot even see any kind of momentum in the circles I would have expected concern. And any more, it seems that only after people have experienced grievous injury from the medical machine do they become willing to ask the big questions. WHY?

I feel so sad because I love to see people healthy, happy and free. WHY do people agree to see themselves sick and terrified by the propaganda and seem to feel complacent about what I perceive as the source of the ills we have now?

Quote Dr. Bob Sears’ views on vaccines have inspired loyal followers — and a crush of criticism.
    By MELODY GUTIERREZSTAFF WRITER
    SEP. 3, 2019 5 AM

Dr. Bob Sears sits at a worn wooden desk near a cushioned exam table designed for pediatric patients. The room has only a few other trappings — small molds of a child’s foot and hand, hanging from a wall — that suggest the routines of childhood. And there is nothing to suggest the notoriety that trails in his wake.

But this office is a hub in a nationwide movement that the medical establishment contends is a threat to public health. Sears’ practice caters to parents the public largely labels as anti-vaxxers, people who no longer trust the scientists, doctors or government representatives who say vaccines are safe and that the risk of disease is far greater than the chance of an adverse reaction.

Parents travel from across the state to Sears’ family practice in affluent Capistrano Beach, all of them paying out of pocket for checkups. Some of them believe that vaccines caused a sudden allergic reaction or neurological change in their children; others question whether they should delay the standard vaccination schedule — or ignore it altogether.

Sears gives these parents something they desperately crave — a kind smile and an acknowledgment that it’s OK for them to trust their intuition.

His patients, and even some of the parents, affectionately call him Dr. Bob, a formality-stripped name modeled after his well-known pediatrician father, Dr. Bill. But outside the welcoming confines of his office, Sears is referred to with a wide range of adjectives.

He is resolute or reckless. He’s reassuring or fear-mongering.

Amid a measles outbreak afflicting nearly 1,200 people nationwide and the uproar surrounding a controversial bill to strengthen the state’s school vaccination laws, it’s unlikely you’ll find middle ground between the extremes.

He’s either Dr. Bob or, as some of his critics claim, a dangerous doctor.

Quote [W]hat he has done is sow a little seed of doubt. He led people down a path of fear.
ERICA DEWALD, DIRECTOR OF VACCINATE YOUR FAMILY
The Sears seal of approval goes a long way in the world of pediatrics.

Patriarch Dr. Bill Sears is a well-known author of parenting books, most notably “The Baby Book,” a hugely successful and influential guide promoting attachment-parenting, in which mothers are encouraged to breast-feed their children past toddler-hood, parents are urged to hold their children as much as possible, and co-sleeping is promoted for supposed health and behavior benefits.

Martha Sears, Bill’s wife and Bob’s mother, is a nurse and coauthor of many of the four dozen parenting books written by various family members. Three of Bill and Martha’s children are physicians: Jim Sears, who was on the daytime talk show “The Doctors,” practices with his father in the Capistrano Beach building that also houses Bob Sears’ solo practice. Peter Sears is a family practice physician in Tennessee, and other siblings work in conjunction with the family’s many health-related businesses.

The Sears health empire also includes public speaking events, a wellness institute that offers paid courses to become a “health coach,” product endorsements for nutritional supplements and baby products and the “Dr. Sears Family Podcast.”

Among the most controversial of the family’s endeavors is Dr. Bob’s bestseller “The Vaccine Book: Making the Right Decision for Your Child,” first published in 2007. In the book, Sears, who was first licensed to practice medicine in 1996, writes that parents who are leery about the number of shots their children receive in their first two years of life have more choices than most pediatricians offer.

Get the shots. Delay the shots. Or simply skip the shots. Just know the risks and make a decision that’s right for your family, Sears wrote. His mantra: It all comes down to parental choice.

“Every other vaccine book either gives you all the negatives about vaccines and tells you not to do them, or it gives you only the positives, with a little asterisk footnote about the negatives,” Sears said during an interview. “My book was the first neutral one, and [it] allowed parents to kind of formulate their own decisions.”

The book offers an alternative schedule to vaccination, which, Sears argues, could decrease the likelihood that a baby’s immune system is overloaded. Sears contends there is not enough research on the long-term effects of the schedule recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He acknowledges, however, there is no medical research indicating his own schedule is safer.

Medical and public health officials have lambasted Sears’ approach to vaccines, which are widely acknowledged to be one of the most important medical developments of the 20th century. They say that delaying shots leaves children unprotected from diseases longer than is necessary — with no proven benefit.

“He’s a doctor from a very reputable family who questioned vaccines in a gentle way at first,” said Erica DeWald, director of Vaccinate Your Family, a Washington, D.C.-based advocacy group. “But what he has done is sow a little seed of doubt. He led people down a path of fear.”

Pediatrician Bob Sears is an outspoken opponent of a bill to tighten restrictions in California on who qualifies for medical exemptions from vaccinations.(Allen J. Schaben / Los Angeles Times)

Sears said that at first, his father discouraged him from writing a book on vaccines, saying it was too controversial, but added that he “has come around now to pretty much agreeing with most of my ideas.” His brother Jim, Sears said, “semi-agrees quietly.”

Jim Sears said it can be difficult to see his brother cast as dangerous or self-serving. He said Bob is research-driven, often highlighting the latest study on general pediatric care and leaving it on Jim’s desk.

“I’m a little more sensitive to public opinion than him,” said Jim Sears, who is two years older than Bob but notes that his younger brother managed to finish medical school first. “He doesn’t care what people think.”

Jim Sears, who focuses on nutrition and weight loss, said it can be uncomfortable when someone approaches him at a public speaking event and confuses him for the vaccine book author.

“I have to correct them that I’m the TV doctor,” he said with a laugh.

In November, Bob Sears, who is 50, launched “The Vaccine Conversation” podcast with his business partner, Melissa Floyd, with episodes titled “The REAL Reason We Are Seeing More Measles,” “Censorship: Are the Vaccine Thought Police Finally Here?” and “Do Vaccines Actually Make You Healthier?”

“To me, vaccines are not simple,” Sears said in the first episode of the podcast. “Everyone looks at them like you go to your checkup, you get all your shots and you go home and everything is fine. ... I know from 20 years of pediatrics [and] giving vaccines in my office, it is the single most complicated medical intervention your child will ever receive in his or her entire life.”

The podcast has been downloaded nearly 400,000 times in 92 countries, according to analytic data Floyd shared with The Times.

“It just shows you how many people really want to have this conversation,” said Floyd, who said her daughter suffered seizures after being vaccinated.

Sears said the podcast is needed because most doctors are unwilling to talk about vaccine side-effects out of a concern that doing so will lead to parents opting out. But, that’s not how Dorit Reiss, a law professor at the UC Hastings College of Law who studies vaccine policies, sees it.

The podcasts “repeat anti-vaccine talking points, overstate vaccine risks and understate the benefits,” Reiss said. “They are not a good source of scientific information. “

On the other hand, the online reviews of the podcast are glowing.

“I definitely admire Dr. Bob for sticking his neck out there in the medical community,” a reviewer wrote in June. “Truly, all he is doing is standing up for what is true and evidence based. ... I’m forever grateful for each and every podcast. It validates everything I’ve already researched.”

Dr. Bob Sears says he does not consider himself anti-vaccine although most of his patients avoid vaccinations.(Allen J. Schaben / Los Angeles Times)

At the start of a lengthy interview in his office last month, Sears introduced himself with a firm handshake, holding it just a little longer than expected. He had been somewhat reluctant to agree to the conversation, avoiding eye contact at the start, but he also wanted, he said, to set the record straight.

The media has gotten so much wrong about him and the debate over vaccines, he added. “They’re now a tool of the government to get agendas out there. And, they are no longer fairly serving the people the way they should be as a neutral entity.”

After talking for four hours, Sears remained as apprehensive and stiff as he appeared at the beginning of the interview. But that’s not the demeanor that parents and children typically encounter when they come to his office, run into him at the grocery store or shake his hand before a hearing in Sacramento. In those settings, he is engaging, smiling often. During checkups, moms say, he makes small talk with children in a high-pitched voice to soothe them, and he lets parents rattle off questions until they run out of things to ask.

“He genuinely cares about children,” said Christina Mecklenburg, an Orange County mother who started seeing Sears after her 1-year-old was diagnosed with ocular palsy, a condition in which the eyes become crossed, five days after receiving a vaccine. Ocular palsy is listed by the vaccine manufacturer as a possible rare side effect. Four pediatric neurologists wrote that the girl’s condition was probably triggered by the vaccine, according to medical records shared by Mecklenburg, but the girl’s own pediatrician did not believe there was a link. So Mecklenburg said she started going to Sears.

“He understands the importance of informed consent about vaccinations,” she said. “He never says he doesn’t believe in vaccinations. He says you need to read the consent form and here are the things you should know before you vaccinate.”

Although he is called an anti-vax doctor, Sears does not consider himself anti-vaccine, and pointed out that he routinely immunizes children in his office. But his practice consists primarily of parents who avoid shots, he said.

“None of my patients have even asked for the full CDC schedule [of vaccines] here,” Sears said. “That’s probably why they come to me ... they know I won’t push it on them.”

Infectious disease expert Dr. Paul Offit has a different take on Sears.

“I think he’s dangerous,” said Offit, a pediatrician based in Philadelphia and co-inventor of the rotavirus vaccine.

Offit said Sears overstates risks and links vaccines to conditions without an adequate scientific basis. Sears, Offit said, points parents to what are known as “package inserts,” which are legal disclaimers detailing any medical issues reported after a vaccine is administered during pre-license trials, even if the side effects occur at the same rate as the placebo group.

“He adds to this game of whack-a-mole, where we are constantly having to put down uninformed claims,” Offit said.

Much of the conversation about so-called vaccine injuries involves the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella , and whether it can cause autism. Offit is direct in his words: “It does not.”

    Sears isn’t as certain.

Quote (Dr. Paul Offit) is right, the studies don’t demonstrate a link. But he likes to conclude we know vaccines don’t cause autism and I like to conclude that we don’t know yet.
    DR. BOB SEARS
During the interview in his office, Sears said the vaccine can cause brain injuries and autoimmune diseases, making it “biologically plausible” that there is a link to autism. He added that research has neither proved nor disproved that vaccines can be attributed to an increase in autism rates. (Experts say the increase can be tied, in part, to greater awareness and changes in diagnostic criteria.)

Such assertions of a link, which stem from a now discredited paper co-written by Andrew Wakefield, a former British doctor, in 1998, have been widely refuted.

Offit said Sears uses language that incites fear, telling parents that science has yet to prove that vaccines don’t cause autism when there is no reason to believe that they do.

“You can never prove never ... it’s not the way the scientific method is constructed,” Offit said. “So, [scientifically speaking] we can’t say MMR doesn’t cause autism, even though 18 studies in seven countries involving hundreds of thousands of children shows you are at no greater risk of getting autism if you got that vaccine or didn’t. People like Bob Sears take advantage of the fact that science can’t be definitive.”

Sears contends that Offit is stretching the limits of science.

“He’s right, the studies don’t demonstrate a link,” Sears said. “But he likes to conclude we know vaccines don’t cause autism and I like to conclude that we don’t know yet.”

Public health officials say the language surrounding vaccine safety is critical. This year, for the first time, the World Health Organization named vaccine hesitancy as one of the top 10 global health threats.

In the United States, debilitating, deadly and incredibly contagious diseases have been nearly eliminated by vaccines. But to keep polio, measles, whooping cough and other illnesses at bay, public officials say that a high percentage of the population must be vaccinated. Opting out, those experts warn, should be limited to only those who can’t be safely vaccinated, including babies too young to be inoculated against certain diseases or children with medical conditions such as cancer.

Offit said Sears’ book helped spread anxiety about vaccinations that has led to outbreaks of measles, including a cluster of cases in 2008 in San Diego. Patient Zero in that outbreak was a 7-year-old boy returning from Switzerland. That boy was reportedly Sears’ patient. Sears did not confirm or deny that when asked.

However, Sears is quick to fire back at allegations that he’s to blame for any outbreak in recent years. It’s the parents of his patients who make the decision on whether to vaccinate, he said. He is simply a doctor willing to talk about the potential side effects, he argues.

“I don’t think any doctor could ever raise their hand and say they’ve never had a patient who has caught a vaccine-preventable disease,” Sears said.

Sears is under investigation by the Medical Board of California for vaccine exemptions he wrote in 2016. That investigation, which was announced in June, comes as Sears is currently on a 35-month probation issued by the medical board for committing gross negligence, a decision made after Sears wrote a letter in a court case siding with the mother of a 2-year-old boy who did not want her child to receive any more vaccines over the objections of the father.

The mother in that 2014 case said her son went limp and couldn’t pass urine or stools after receiving shots at another doctor’s office. Sears said the judge in the case upheld his opinion, but the medical board said Sears failed to obtain “basic information necessary” to determine if the child should skip all future vaccines. Sears settled the case by accepting the probation, but did not admit wrongdoing.

Sears’ probationary status means that he must have another doctor review his files occasionally. But he’s still able to see patients and write medical exemptions to vaccines.

“Almost all of [my] patients have already decided not to continue vaccines,” Sears said. “And they’re just relieved and happy that there’s a pediatrician that will take them. ... I’m very happy to see them because I don’t discriminate based on vaccine status.”

State Sen. Dr. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) has repeatedly pointed to Bob Sears as an example of a doctor who has financially benefited from writing questionable exemptions from vaccinations. (Rich Pedroncelli / Associated Press)

The climate in California surrounding vaccines has become particularly volatile in recent months as state lawmakers weigh controversial changes to the state’s immunization laws.

In 2015, lawmakers passed a bill that did away with vaccine exemptions based on a person’s personal or religious beliefs, prompting thousands of parents to come to the state Capitol in protest. It meant children who are not fully vaccinated can attend school or daycare only if a doctor concludes there is a medical reason to skip some or all shots.

Last school year, 4,812 kindergartners obtained medical exemptions from vaccines, a 70% increase from two years earlier, according to data from the California Department of Public Health.

Sen. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), author of the 2015 bill, contends that parents are seeking out “unscrupulous” doctors who are willing to write medical exemptions for a profit, prompting him to introduce SB 276, which would give the state the power to review and potentially reject the orders. In crowded legislative hearings this year, Pan has repeatedly pointed to Sears as an example of a doctor who has financially benefited from writing questionable exemptions.

Sears said he has “gotten a lot of new patients” because of Pan’s vaccine law in 2015, but that his schedule has always been booked five to six weeks out because of his “open approach to vaccines.”

Pan, a pediatrician, said parents seek out Sears because he says what they want to hear.

“As a pediatrician, as a physician, you’re supposed to help parents,” Pan said. “You’re supposed to help their children by recommending what’s best for their children, not simply profit from feeding people’s anxieties and fears.”

The bill could significantly affect Sears if it is signed into law. While under investigation by the medical board, doctors would be barred from writing new medical exemptions. In addition, the medical board would be able to review medical records related to a child’s vaccine exemption. If a doctor granted vaccine exemptions for a reason now found to be illegitimate, he or she could face sanctions — including license revocation.

Sears said he’s not worried that further scrutiny will result in him losing his license, adding: “My lawyers assure me it’s probably not going to lead to that.”

The bill passed the Assembly on Tuesday and now heads to the Senate, where an earlier version passed in May. Despite initially saying he’d sign it, Gov. Gavin Newsom said Tuesday that he wants changes to the bill before it reaches his desk.

During hearings on SB 276, opponents — many of them parents toting children they say were harmed by vaccines, hung on Sears’ every word as he testified before lawmakers. When Sears interrupted lawmakers to counter what he believed were false claims by supporters of the bill, the crowds packed into the room would call out, “Let him speak!” Afterward, Sears was greeted like a celebrity on a par with another staunch vaccine critic — Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Some of the parents shook Sears’ hand and thanked him for his commitment to the cause, others excitedly pointed him out and snapped his picture. He is their doctor, even if he doesn’t treat their children.

At each step of the legislative process, as the bill was passed by committee after committee, Sears has returned to Sacramento to fight against the bill, navigating crowded Capitol corridors where he is called both an “opportunist,” and “a saint.” And it’s unlikely you’ll find middle ground between the extremes.

Dr. Bob Sears is beloved by patients who go to him for vaccine exemptions and is derided by many medical and public health officials.(Gary Coronado / Los Angeles Times)

    The question is: Why?"
The only "rational" answer to this question, unfortunately, leads us down a very dark path. If I am misguided on this judgement I welcome being wrong. I rather don't like the dank and darkness on this path and am desperately in need of a lantern to find my way back.

In the immortal words of Conan Doyle, once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.

Delight, I’m afraid you’re right when you say: ”And any more, it seems that only after people have experienced grievous injury from the medical machine do they become willing to ask the big questions. WHY?”

Sometimes they start questioning after a minor change in health as well. Perhaps it just depends on the persons capability of “observation and deduction”, their logic and art of reasoning,....... to stay with Sir Author Conan Doyle..... (T Smith )

My daughter belongs to one of the first non vaxxers. 21 years ago her baby son got his first shot and became very ill. High fevers and a seizure. She was very alarmed, thought it might have something to do with the vaccination. They were so fortunate to have a computer at home and she went on Internet to see if she could find some other parents with the same experiences and worries about the vaccinations. And she did ......

She came to me to ask for my opinion about her idea of not to vaccinate anymore. We had long talks, as she had with her husband as well of course. Eventually they decided not to go on with the vaccination program, which I fully endorsed.

They had two more children later, who are both not vaccinated either. They are healthy children, never ill, with strong immune systems. Now aged almost 22, 20 and 16.

That is a wonderful testimonial to hear.

As censorship kicks in, when people have questions, they will be denied information. Now like in California, people will be forced more and more to comply to go to school, and even MDs won't be able to help with exemptions. I see it coming for all kids even if homeschooled to even participate in society, later adults and to all to have insurance. There is a dark dark agenda and I am invisioning that we step up and stop it by mass response.

When only trickles of noncompliance are seen, they are written off as aberrations. People's fear and willingness to see these measures as normal is buttressed by their belief that some other children (and adults) will RARELY be compromised, NOT theirs.

I'm apparently allergic to the vaccine MMR jab and so I was a child in the 70's. Ironically I had seizures around the same time and I was never allowed it. I now have never really thank GOD aka LOVe had no real health problems. Seriously, Even with the flu jab. I said no to it and I have seen family and friends fall like flies and become ill. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Believe it or not, the answer to that question may lie in the vaccinations themselves. According to a case-control pilot study in rhesus monkeys, the neurotoxins in vaccines were shown to specifically enlarge and impair the amygdala of the brain, which reduces the natural survival response animals associate with environmental stimuli, or in the case of humans, with critical thinking. This, of course, is perfect for social engineers with an objective to instill docility, apathy, and subservience in the masses who might otherwise challenge the pathology and criminal agenda of the ruling class. In other words, people are being engineered to not ask why...

    Scary stuff....

So again we have to ask, why? The answer, sorry to say, is here and here. What other explanation is there?

In the immortal words of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.

There is actually a third possibility, although, admittedly, I think I am being charitable throwing this suggestion into the mix. However, if we are to examine the question in the vein of Sherlock Holmes to get to the truth of why we plebs are being systemically poisoned via what appears a soft eugenics campaign, we should do well to consider every possible counter explanation as to why the government and their profit-motivated henchmen, Big Pharma, are mandating the injection of harmful neurotoxins upon the masses.

One such possibility is vaccines won't work without adjuvants and various preservatives and neurotoxins, e.g., since only an attenuated strain of virus is injected into the bloodstream without contracting the disease itself, the body specifically requires toxicity to trigger an immune response, thus assuring immunity to the invading attenuated strain of the virus. In fact, this is the exact conclusion the Supreme Court came to in the 2011 case BRUESEWITZ ET AL. v. WYETH LLC, FKA WYETH, INC., ET AL., when they officially concluded in their closing ruling that vaccines are "unavoidably unsafe." Take a moment to let that direct quote from the court sink in. It bears repeating. Vaccines are unavoidably unsafe.

The irony is, the highest court of the land is officially contradicting official government propaganda that relentlessly assures us vaccines are safe. This is such a blatant example of cognitive dissonance among governmental institutions it almost boggles the mind how any thinking person can simultaneously maintain a belief system founded on contradicting authorities, but that's exactly what the majority of us do when we march into the doctor's office and send our children to the high-priests of medicine to be good little citizens to get our shots.

Be that as it may, the real issue, if we only first shed our denial and accept the Supreme Court's determination that vaccines are a necessary evil, so to speak (this would be a positive first step), would be admitting to a very real but yet undetermined cost/benefit relationship inherent to the practice of immunization that has become compulsory in our society. Risks are a necessary part of life, but in no other facet of Western culture do We the People submit to life-and-death risks--moreover risks we cannot even properly evaluate--forced upon us by government without our informed consent. To be subject to this type of slavery and servitude (there are really no other words to describe it) is directly counter to our deeply-instilled values, which have been an entrenched tradition of Western Civilization itself since the signing of the Magna Carta, so much so that the only way to avoid this "problem of governance", as it were, if it were to be properly brought to light, is to simply gaslight the people with lies so blatant and outrageous we can't help but believe the deception and entrance ourselves with wide-eyed government-induced fantasy, i.e., vaccines are safe and effective. Goethe's famous observation comes to mind here and sums up the dynamic of this tragic public-relations farce perfectly:

None are so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free...

If we as society were only to have an honest discussion about vaccines there would be many among us who would still voluntarily assume the risks of vaccination for sake of their presumed benefits. And this is exactly how this problem of governance should be addressed. However, on the contrary, we are forced to assume these risks, the scope of which the vast majority know not what and are deliberately deceived and mislead about without our consent. For these reasons the vaccination agenda and its reality of mass implementation (for the greater good, presumably, if we must assign a charitable spin on it, i.e., the ends justify the means) must remain a psyop and beyond of the general understanding of the public, for to grasp the vaccination agenda for what is truly is would be to admit our own government and ruling class is in violation of the very first tenet of the Nuremberg Code, which is perhaps the highest standard to which we as society hold ourselves, i.e., as a civilized society we allegedly maintain a quintessential ethics guideline and moral code in direct response to Nazi atrocities of WWII. In short, given the current practice of compulsory immunization we as society are in direct violation of our most cherished moral codes and are in every sense of the practice blatantly ignoring the very lessons we supposedly learned from perhaps the most horrific and tragic era of our modern history.

In sum, even if we conclude vaccinations are a beneficial and necessary risk to take, we cannot nor should not gaslight the public by repeating the false mantra over and over again that vaccines are safe and effective. They are not. Nor have they been established by serious scientific inquiry to be safe and effective, despite gaslighting propaganda to the contrary, for the simple reason that the safety and efficacy of vaccination would fail to stand to serious scientific inquiry and the practice of immunization would break down. We would face a potential health crisis of massive proportions, that is if we assume for sake of this explanation, call it our "door number 3 possibility of answering the question of why", that vaccinations have played a vital role in eradicating disease from society and consequently, the health hazards to achieve societal progress is a necessary trade off.

However, if we are also to subscribe to the very values we hold dear as a people and culture, the cost/benefit relationship of the practice of vaccination has to emerge from the shadows and into full transparency, and the choice to determine the costs vs. benefits must be kept with the individual, not the State. You may stuff me with all the propaganda you can and convince me as you will, but the government must first attain my voluntary consent before it is to subjugate my family and me to medical experimentation. I refer anyone who may disagree to very first tenet of the highest set of universal laws of our Western Civilization.

Tenet #1 of the Nuremberg Code, for those who may not be familiar:

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

Any other arrangement, no matter how appealing to our sensibilities, is not only in violation of universal law, but is also to submit fully to a condition of slavery and subjugation and servitude, which is a slippery slope to the atrophy of civilization itself.

One of the problems of measles, mumps, rubella vaccination is that it uses a single strain of virus which is mutating. The second is that it fails to confer life long immunity. So even in an ideal condition of vaccination policy, people will be forced to receive repeated doses of a vaccine while the virus itself in vitro is mutating so eventually, many may succomb at an age (infancy or adult) when the disiease itself is much more harmful than in middle childhood.

People are not encouraged to get the disease. My thought is that having a child ill at home needing care is inconvenient to the complex that depends on workers and workers are afraid to lose their jobs. Therefore a natural road of child hood illness that lead to ultimate health in society is not acceptable.

It is probable that the development of immunity by encountering "diseases" and the tuning of immune system is part of an elegant creation IMO. It is GOOD to work with Mother Nature.

There is so much more to natural disease/human relationship in symbiosis where we co-exist with the microbial world. Breast feeding when the mother had a disease that confers life long immunity protects the child being breast fed. That natural act is not encouraged either and the immunity is not present either with vaccinate intervention.

We are totally at the wrong end of understanding our place in the natural world. A major error in conception of life management has ignored fact. Now it seems as if the road is so far along that "modern life" has no connection to reality.

Add in all the toxins and all the added issues like emfs and STRESS and IMO we may be headed for extinction. If this is the plan, it is IMO moving along quite speedily.

Add in all the toxins and all the added issues like emfs and STRESS and IMO we may be headed for extinction. If this is the plan, it is IMO moving along quite speedily.

Thanks for the video. This is a great one to share. Perhaps the way it's presented will reach the minds of my friends better.

It also points out how MMR vaccinated women have damaged their natural systems, because they will not give the (at least) one year immunity to those illnesses to their newborn children anymore, like it used to be.

The social credit system is an important strong arm for social engineering

Uh-oh: Silicon Valley is building a Chinese-style social credit system
In China, scoring citizens’ behavior is official government policy. U.S. companies are increasingly doing something similar, outside the law.
    BY MIKE ELGAN

Have you heard about China’s social credit system? It’s a technology-enabled, surveillance-based nationwide program designed to nudge citizens toward better behavior. The ultimate goal is to “allow the trustworthy to roam everywhere under heaven while making it hard for the discredited to take a single step,” according to the Chinese government.

In place since 2014, the social credit system is a work in progress that could evolve by next year into a single, nationwide point system for all Chinese citizens, akin to a financial credit score. It aims to punish for transgressions that can include membership in or support for the Falun Gong or Tibetan Buddhism, failure to pay debts, excessive video gaming, criticizing the government, late payments, failing to sweep the sidewalk in front of your store or house, smoking or playing loud music on trains, jaywalking, and other actions deemed illegal or unacceptable by the Chinese government.

It can also award points for charitable donations or even taking one’s own parents to the doctor.

Punishments can be harsh, including bans on leaving the country, using public transportation, checking into hotels, hiring for high-visibility jobs, or acceptance of children to private schools. It can also result in slower internet connections and social stigmatization in the form of registration on a public blacklist.

China’s social credit system has been characterized in one pithy tweet as “authoritarianism, gamified.”

At present, some parts of the social credit system are in force nationwide and others are local and limited (there are 40 or so pilot projects operated by local governments and at least six run by tech giants like Alibaba and Tencent).

Beijing maintains two nationwide lists, called the blacklist and the red list—the former consisting of people who have transgressed, and the latter people who have stayed out of trouble (a “red list” is the Communist version of a white list.) These lists are publicly searchable on a government website called China Credit.

The Chinese government also shares lists with technology platforms. So, for example, if someone criticizes the government on Weibo, their kids might be ineligible for acceptance to an elite school.

Public shaming is also part of China’s social credit system. Pictures of blacklisted people in one city were shown between videos on TikTok in a trial, and the addresses of blacklisted citizens were shown on a map on WeChat.

Some Western press reports imply that the Chinese populace is suffocating in a nationwide Skinner box of oppressive behavioral modification. But some Chinese are unaware that it even exists. And many others actually like the idea. One survey found that 80% of Chinese citizens surveyed either somewhat or strongly approve of social credit system.

    IT CAN HAPPEN HERE
Many Westerners are disturbed by what they read about China’s social credit system. But such systems, it turns out, are not unique to China. A parallel system is developing in the United States, in part as the result of Silicon Valley and technology-industry user policies, and in part by surveillance of social media activity by private companies.

Here are some of the elements of America’s growing social credit system.

    INSURANCE COMPANIES
The New York State Department of Financial Services announced earlier this year that life insurance companies can base premiums on what they find in your social media posts. That Instagram pic showing you teasing a grizzly bear at Yellowstone with a martini in one hand, a bucket of cheese fries in the other, and a cigarette in your mouth, could cost you. On the other hand, a Facebook post showing you doing yoga might save you money. (Insurance companies have to demonstrate that social media evidence points to risk, and not be based on discrimination of any kind—they can’t use social posts to alter premiums based on race or disability, for example.)

The use of social media is an extension of the lifestyle questions typically asked when applying for life insurance, such as questions about whether you engage in rock climbing or other adventure sports. Saying “no,” but then posting pictures of yourself free-soloing El Capitan, could count as a “yes.”

    PATRONSCAN
A company called PatronScan sells three products—kiosk, desktop, and handheld systems—designed to help bar and restaurant owners manage customers. PatronScan is a subsidiary of the Canadian software company Servall Biometrics, and its products are now on sale in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

PatronScan helps spot fake IDs—and troublemakers. When customers arrive at a PatronScan-using bar, their ID is scanned. The company maintains a list of objectionable customers designed to protect venues from people previously removed for “fighting, sexual assault, drugs, theft, and other bad behavior,” according to its website. A “public” list is shared among all PatronScan customers. So someone who’s banned by one bar in the U.S. is potentially banned by all the bars in the U.S., the U.K., and Canada that use the PatronScan system for up to a year. (PatronScan Australia keeps a separate system.)

Judgment about what kind of behavior qualifies for inclusion on a PatronScan list is up to the bar owners and managers. Individual bar owners can ignore the ban, if they like. Data on non-offending customers is deleted in 90 days or less. Also: PatronScan enables bars to keep a “private” list that is not shared with other bars, but on which bad customers can be kept for up to five years.

PatronScan does have an “appeals” process, but it’s up to the company to grant or deny those appeals.

    UBER AND AIRBNB
Thanks to the sharing economy, the options for travel have been extended far beyond taxis and hotels. Uber and Airbnb are leaders in providing transportation and accommodation for travelers. But there are many similar ride-sharing and peer-to-peer accommodations companies providing similar services.

Airbnb—a major provider of travel accommodation and tourist activities—bragged in March that it now has more than 6 million listings in its system. That’s why a ban from Airbnb can limit travel options.

Airbnb can disable your account for life for any reason it chooses, and it reserves the right to not tell you the reason. The company’s canned message includes the assertion that “This decision is irreversible and will affect any duplicated or future accounts. Please understand that we are not obligated to provide an explanation for the action taken against your account.” The ban can be based on something the host privately tells Airbnb about something they believe you did while staying at their property. Airbnb’s competitors have similar policies.

It’s now easy to get banned by Uber, too. Whenever you get out of the car after an Uber ride, the app invites you to rate the driver. What many passengers don’t know is that the driver now also gets an invitation to rate you. Under a new policy announced in May: If your average rating is “significantly below average,” Uber will ban you from the service.

    WHATSAPP
You can be banned from communications apps, too. For example, you can be banned on WhatsApp if too many other users block you. You can also get banned for sending spam, threatening messages, trying to hack or reverse-engineer the WhatsApp app, or using the service with an unauthorized app.

WhatsApp is small potatoes in the United States. But in much of the world, it’s the main form of electronic communication. Not being allowed to use WhatsApp in some countries is as punishing as not being allowed to use the telephone system in America.

WHAT’S WRONG WITH SOCIAL CREDIT, ANYWAY?
Nobody likes antisocial, violent, rude, unhealthy, reckless, selfish, or deadbeat behavior. What’s wrong with using new technology to encourage everyone to behave?

The most disturbing attribute of a social credit system is not that it’s invasive, but that it’s extralegal. Crimes are punished outside the legal system, which means no presumption of innocence, no legal representation, no judge, no jury, and often no appeal. In other words, it’s an alternative legal system where the accused have fewer rights.

Social credit systems are an end-run around the pesky complications of the legal system. Unlike China’s government policy, the social credit system emerging in the U.S. is enforced by private companies. If the public objects to how these laws are enforced, it can’t elect new rule-makers.

An increasing number of societal “privileges” related to transportation, accommodations, communications, and the rates we pay for services (like insurance) are either controlled by technology companies or affected by how we use technology services. And Silicon Valley’s rules for being allowed to use their services are getting stricter.

If current trends hold, it’s possible that in the future a majority of misdemeanors and even some felonies will be punished not by Washington, D.C., but by Silicon Valley. It’s a slippery slope away from democracy and toward corporatocracy.

In other words, in the future, law enforcement may be determined less by the Constitution and legal code, and more by end-user license agreements.
Quote Report: America Has a Social Credit System Much Like China’s
But it was built by Silicon Valley and not by the government.
    KRISTIN HOUSERAUGUST 27TH 2019

In China, a three-digit number between 350 and 950 can determine whether a person’s loan application is approved, whether they can travel outside the nation’s borders, and even whether they’re able to land a date for Friday night.

That number is their social credit score, and they earn it through a system China began implementing in 2014.

Under the social credit system, if a Chinese citizen does something authorities deem “good” — paying bills on time, for example, or donating blood regularly — their score might increase. Conversely, if they do something “bad,” such as criticize the government or walk their dog without a leash, their score might drop.

Many Americans might find the power of China’s social credit system astonishing. But a newly published Fast Company story argues that people in the U.S. are already beholden to a similar system — it’s just established and enforced by private companies instead of the government.

The magazine provides several examples to bolster the claim.

Life insurance companies can now base a person’s premiums on the content of their social media feeds, for example. Meanwhile, a company called PatronScan maintains a list of “objectionable customers” that bars and restaurants can use to exclude certain visitors.

And that’s nothing compared to larger platforms. Airbnb now has more than 6 million listings, so a ban from that app can dramatically impact a person’s ability to find accommodations. And Airbnb can ban anyone it wants to — it doesn’t even need to give them a reason.

Uber can also ban users, stifling their ability to travel, while a ban by WhatsApp or a similar service can negatively impact someone’s ability to communicate with the rest of the world.

According to Fast Company, the “most disturbing” aspect of the U.S.’s social credit system is that these punishments are all levied outside the official justice system.

“[I]t’s an alternative legal system where the accused have fewer rights,” the outlet wrote, later adding that if “current trends hold, it’s possible that in the future a majority of misdemeanors and even some felonies will be punished not by Washington, D.C., but by Silicon Valley.”

Pretty interesting press conference Thurs, Sept 5, at 3:30 p.m. on the North Steps of the Capitol. Leigh Dundas, the powerhouse attorney for Advocates for Physicians' Rights, will release new recordings showing widespread medical malpractice in CA in connection with SB 277 & 276.

This is the press conference on facebook

Quote Advocates for Physicians’ Rights today announced a press conference to discuss its request for a federal investigation of actions taken in connection with SB 276 & SB 277.

Ms. Dundas, litigation attorney, will discuss facts recently uncovered which have caused AFPR to ask for a federal investigation into actions surrounding the above bills. She will discuss the amendments proposed by the Governor’s Office, and release additional audio files indicating California physicians’ offices were unwilling to write medical exemptions even before passage of SB 276, and have been denying care to children who have suffered vaccine reactions listed under the CDC guidelines.

Advocates for Physicians’ Rights is a non-profit California corporation engaged in lobbying and advocacy work which is committed to ensuring that the scope of practice of licensed physicians in California is safeguarded, and that the sanctity and confidentiality of the doctor-patient relationship is preserved.

More evidence that medical providers will NOT write medical exemptions. The chill is working.....
