    Default What’s eating you?

After observing the last 60 days on Avalon, and after reading numerous threads, I am acutely aware of a recurrent theme. A lot of us here seem to be experiencing chronic and/or acute illness, albeit physical, emotional or a combination of the two. Is this symptomatic of the fact that most of us appear to be over 40/50, or is something deeper occurring. How could we start a list as has been done by Bubu but possibly classify by conditions? The point being, to look for a common thread. For example, I am reading a lot about autoimmunity disorders, of which I have. Also reading a lot about inflammation, a major autoimmune symptom. Perhaps if we did a poll to mine for raw data and then start analyzing who has what, where they reside, etc. looking for common threads. Looking for cures. Thoughts anyone?

    Bubu's thread:
What is your health protocol, and how do you rate your health?

Very very interesting question — and a prize for the best new thread title of the day.

My immediate guess is that almost everyone out there in the so-called developed first world has a bunch of things wrong with them, including entirely new issues that their parents or grandparents probably never had.

But the difference with Avalonians (and others in the alt community, of course), is the level of awareness and health-and-wellness education is FAR higher than the population norm, so rather than just thinking Well, I'm just getting old, or Gee, I'm feeling rough so I'll just go get hammered/laid/stoned, they actually do some investigation and learn a lot as a result.

And, of course, share their findings and experiences — which is what may have prompted this new thread.

Thank you Bill 🙂. Ok, I’ll start.

I am Ari and I currently am experiencing Hashimotos and fibromyalgia. I had it completely under control until a month ago. I’ve been busy and traveling and eating Road garbage and now I feel like I am being pulled apart piece by piece. Increased my T3 (thyroid hormone) and pulled out my Ninja Bullet for a smoothie cleanse. Starting to work, especially the fruit. Also using CBD oil topically and lots of hot baths. I reside in the foothills of the Bluegrass (KY) but also travel intermittently.

I think I am in the beginning stages of fibromyalgia as well, my joints and muscles
seem to ache more than usual. Also having a hard time keeping my energy level
up. Not only that but was diagnosed with breast cancer in Feb. of this year, and
went through mastectomy in March, which could be effecting my energy level.

I have doubled up on my vitamins, been reading on Avalon other methods to make
my body healthier, trying to eat right, and seriously thinking of taking CDB,

I am was normally very healthy and energetic for my age I think, at least
I could maintain a veggie garden, and put up the produce, work all day, now
when I do anything I need to stop for rest breaks more often.
My 78 year old brother can still work all day, what has happened to me.

@sadieblue- (so so sorry for your suffering)

    1. What type of breast cancer?
    2. Where do you reside?

The point of these questions is to get a handle on who has what and where they are to hopefully find some common denominators ( chemtrails, “just in time” supply chain, quality of medical care, etc)

With lots of love and healing for you,
    Ari

Edit to add: I suspect the real culprit to all of our recent issues very well might be polar shift. I see seasonal anomalies that just should not be. For example, geese lost and off migration, dead bees, fireflies in early May and electrical storms like I have never witnessed.

Some health problems may stem from the presence of glyphosate in the water system. As per links in the glyphosate thread, antidotes to glyphosate are M.M.S. or large does of glycene. Fluoride in the water or food can be cleaned using tumeric. If you feel a cold coming on hit it with large doses of vitamin c, over 10 grams a day. You can fight cancer with high doses of Curcumin and echanacea, baking soda, iodine and CBD oil.

Arig I live in east Tn....and we sure have our share of chem trails.

Sorry if I missed the point of this post..
I do feel the polar shift could be contributing to a lot of this as well.
Might even mention I live within ten miles of the big chemical Eastman Corp.

I would like to do a poll, but I can’t seem to figure it out. In the interim I think everyone at Avalon needs to hear this

Whats eating you up? Good question....

Healthproblems I got some. I have a sleeping apnoe...and I could be gone every night....I refuse to sleep hooked to a machine....

Then I have a so called Syringomyelia in my spine...which is a open space in the spine where nervwater can get stucked and can cause all kind pains...sometimes more, sometimes less..it is weather sensitive also....

my last diagnosis I got a couple years ago was fibromyalgia..... by now I have daily chronical pains which I am not sure..it is the syring or the fibromyalgia causing it.?.... I dont take any chemical medications, pain pills aso...... I prefer more natural treatments...like gymnastics or Qi Gong or I go to float in the water.....

then I had 3 surgeries some years ago, where they removed cancer tumors.... but since I have an eye on my body ph and make sure it is good....the last cancer check was negativ... :-)

I can handle the pain ....but what is really eating me up..is the fact I have no energy anymore, get tired fast and can not do all the things I would like to do. I often have a hard time also to concentrade on things, which sometimes even makes it hard to read a book or some longer articel. Gee, sound like I am stone old already...and I am not even 60 yet......

The worst part for me is not the body pains...it is more the emotional stuff which is going on in my life which often takes the rest of my energy. But I am working on this for the better at the time.....

A successful businessman has made a video which has gone Viral. The core theme of the video is that he is 50/60 years old and has NO friends. He is a nice guy, but no friends! Many older males are resonating with this problem. People move away and friends get lost. Men are notoriously bad at keeping in touch. I have had periods of having No friends, sometimes you cannot put a price on a beer and banter with mates.

Marketing and advertising, and other misinformation has robbed many of us of our good health. Decades of lies and sales pitches have convinced us that thousands of variations of salt, sugar, and fat are real food. Perhaps the most egregious example is 30 years of misdirection about fats. Fatty acids are a very critical aspect of a healthful diet. Cell membranes are built from fats. Continued intake of rancid oils leads to one form of degenerative dis-ease. Processing and heat kill the living essence of the fats, leaving it with no ability to exchange electrons with the body. Dead fats build inferior cell membranes. Antennae on the membrane are how the cells communicate with the other trillion cells in the body. Poor communication disrupts natural processes. The result is dis-ease.

And vitally important is the fact that there are no diseases. There is malnutrition or ingestion of a toxin(s). Negative emotions can result in dis-ease also. Mother Nature provides remedy for almost every disease label allopathic types peddle. Convention gathers up piles of symptoms and attaches a label to them. Bingo, you now have a disease. Oh, by the way, your disease also has an insurance billing code assigned. It's a massive scam.

It's about risk mitigation and how extreme you want or need to be. In my family we go to extremes, because of multiple daily assaults suffered. Toxins are more abundant than nutritious food! Food, real food, is sorely lacking in quality nutrients because of industrial/corporate farming techniques. Corporate farms grow food in dead soil, depleted of vital bacteria and minerals. It's almost impossible to remain healthy without supplementation.

Supplements! What to take? The vast majority of vitamins are synthetic, produced by companies owned by the drug industry. Supplements must be raw, whole food based or they simply offer no benefit and may actually be harmful.

It takes a lot of effort to remain healthy and even more effort to get well. Good luck everyone. Go eat an organic apple.

I have often heard of Hashimotos without knowing it was related to the thyroid. For the thyroid to function well, you need to be physically active every day. Be careful with alcohol, coffee is not recommended. I am taking an iodine supplement in the form of an ampoule, I had medical treatment which I stopped. I also took a Zinc intake that I would resume later. Every day I go for a walk and very often a brisk walk because the body has to sweat to stay healthy. Consuming fish, seafood is recommended. Lar sardines are also very good for the thyroid, eggs, sesame seeds ect. To remove the fatigue from the start, I adopted my nettle soup, which is a very good food with a lot of iron, ect I replaced the green tea with an infusion with rosehip berries. You have to move to heal your thyroid ...
