David Wilcock's book of insiders.
Suppose you are a 'seriously high-level insider' and you want to become a whistleblower. Would you then go to David Wilcock ( who you've probably never heard of anyway, very few people have ), or to the Guardian or some other news organisation that funds investigative reporting?
My point being: when David Wilcock speaks about 'high-level insider' he actually means a chapter in his book of tales, right? Just trying to learn Newspeak.
