    Dutchsinse's take.

For those not familiar, he claims to be able to predict earthquakes. Scientist's dispute his claims. He does seem to be regularly accurate.

When men drill down for oil, geothermal or previously set off A-bombs, they have fractured the earth and earthquakes are prone to hit in those fractured areas.

Blessed are the cracked, for they are the ones who let in the light!

Makes one wonder what they have been doing with that geothermal field?

Usually, tapping geothermal sources has some repercussions on the generation of earthquakes.

I posted on another thread they had a live local news feed on the internet earlier that was saying there were 39 aftershocks.

Here's the link to the local stations live feed and information, but it's just like hurricane coverage; an endless loop or personal anecdotes and details ad nausaum. But often, in my experience, where very interesting and linking details emerge and are lost forever. Minor details that lead to larger things.

    Here it is.

I lived in Ridgecrest in 1990, just south of China Lake NAS. It is located about 5 miles from a San Andres Faultline.
Knew it was going to be hit at some point.
    Hope everyone is OK.

I just moved here and yes everyone is ok. Power is still out on some areas, but NAWC has been closed to inspect the entire 1.2 million acres. We were told mission essential personnel only were allowed on base.

The 2 foreshocks of 4.0 and 2.5 were quickly followed by the 6.4 and it shook the whole house for quite some time. We all had crazy looks in our eyes of not knowing what is gonna happen next.

Anyways, there have been well over 150 aftershocks, one of which was 5.4. Some we can feel and some we cannot, the latest one we felt came about 1.5 hours ago.

If anyone is interested, they can go the USGS.com website and look at all the details.

The Channers were going on about the DUMB network that is supposed to be in and around China Lake, so there’s that.

A 7.1 magnitude earthquake has been recorded in Southern California, according to the European Quake Monitor and the USGS.

The quake registered near Ridgecrest, California, near Death Valley National Park, on Friday night. Tremors were reported from Los Angeles to San Diego.

The quake was registered as 7.1 in magnitude by the US Geological Survey (USGS) and is the largest earthquake in Southern California since 1999.

During a news conference Friday night, head of Kern County Fire Department David Witt said that no fatalities have so far been reported, but that emergency crews were responding to a large number of medical aid calls. He stated that a number of buildings in the county had collapsed following the shocks, but confirmed that no residents were trapped. An emergency shelter was set up for persons in need. Ripples from the quake were felt as far away as Phoenix, Las Vegas, Utah and Mexico.

The quake superseded the previous day's 6.4 magnitude earthquake, which had been the largest to hit Southern California in a decade and struck the same area during the afternoon, followed by two magnitude 4 aftershocks.

The intensity of Friday night's quake outstripped the notoriously destructive 1994 Northridge earthquake, though the damage is expected to be less due to it not striking an urban area.

“Homes shifted, foundation cracks, retaining walls down,” and one minor injury were reported in the northwest area of San Bernardino, according to the Fire Department. Several fires were reported in Ridgecrest.

    Jim Stone's take:
I AM NOW HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS OF THE CHINA LAKE EARTHQUAKES IN CALI, TO SAY THE LEAST.

They predicted another one, and another one happened. When have they EVER been right about that? And they predict ANOTHER big one will happen, and have NEVER EVER EVER done that before. Furthermore, from what I can tell with the crappy seismograms put out, the large quakes were missing the preamble. Give us the charts from near the epicenter, not Oregon, Alaska or Missouri please! having a preamble does not mean the quakes were not man made however, a missing preamble only proves a nuke was used. The earthquake tech CAN fake a preamble.

How the HECK do they now magically know when more big quakes are going to happen? They are playing us for fools with their newfound quake prediction magic.

    AND THEN THERE IS THIS:

See anything fishy with that? I sure do. And if #3 happens at China Lake, it will REALLY look suspicious (face it, it is already in the bag) something is going on at China Lake and I don't think it is good. I think they are blowing the place up.

Would the deep state blow up China Lake before world war 3 if they could get away with it? HELL YES.

There has long been a rumor, ever since I was a kid a LONG TIME AGO, that submarines had gone as far under California as China Lake. That's the basis for "the whole thing falling into the ocean". If there really is a great American asset there, the deep state would want it gone, no ifs or buts.

    UPDATE TO BELOW

There are two China Lake facilities. I did not know that. The first quake happened in the South East corner of one, and this quake happened in the south east corner of the other one. That's not believable, something is probably causing these quakes.

Something big happened again, 10 miles into the China Lake Naval Air Warfare center

They are saying 17 KM N.NE of Ridgecrest, and not saying that Ridgecrest borders China Lake. This quake happened very close to the previous quake and was several times as powerful. I hope the cabal is not blowing up an underground base or something similar, this seems suspicious, it was too close to the previous quake. Both quakes supposedly happened very near the surface. That's very anomalous.

and this doesn't sound normal either ...

Thousands of bees drop dead in California after 7.1 magnitude earthquake

The powerful 7.1 magnitude quake struck near the city of Ridgecrest on Friday, causing widespread fires and gas line ruptures.

No casualties were reported but disturbing new footage that that may not be the case.
YouTube star Khalil Underwood was left horrified to discover thousands of bees lying dead on the ground outside his house.

“This is what I f***ing meant, look how many bees are on the floor after the f***ing earthquake.”
He later wrote: “I wasn’t exaggerating or joking... after the earthquake thousands of bees were vibrating on the floor and dying... this **** was so crazy to me.”

Viewers flocked to the comments section to suggest what they thought had caused the bizarre incident.

Some suggested the quake had distorted the magnetic fields that the bees’ brains relied upon, while others believed they had evacuated their hive in a panic.

Can report from ground zero, so here goes.

Haven't seen any dead bees, in fact, on our way to Bakersfield 2 days ago, saw some bee keepers on the side of the road in full gear giving away free samples and looking pretty darn happy. This was near Onyx and Weldon, CA.

There have been no deaths or serious injuries from the quake or in general being reported from MMS. This is a really small community and FB is literally blowing up with comments and I would've seen something posted if someone had died or other weird things happening. People are mostly looking for water (yes, we have plenty), what stores/businesses are open (Home Depot, WM, Staters, Albertsons are all open). Hell we went furniture shopping yesterday and stopped by the pub for a cold brew after.

It is not death and destruction out here, so lets let's keep the rumor mill to a silent roar please.

NOW, WITH ALL THAT SAID. I will confirm NAWC has shut down the rest of the week while they continue to assess the damage. Access is limited to Mission-Essential personnel. Initially we were told not to show up Friday the 5th and the following Monday and Tuesday 8th and 9th.

Just yesterday however, NAWC released a statement via FB saying they will shut down the rest of the week:

    Quote NAWCWD Teammates,

NAWS China Lake will remain closed to NAWCWD personnel through the remainder of this week (14 July) in order to continue assessment, evaluation, and clean-up of our facilities.

What does this mean for each of us in the meantime?

We are committed to maintaining mission capability as we progress through the massive effort of clean-up and restoration.

    With that in mind;

    1. If you have an alternate work site and are able to perform your normal tasking from that work site without accessing the NAWS China Lake installation, you are authorized to do so. Record hours worked as you normally would for timekeeping, and notify your immediate supervisor that you are working from an alternate location.

    2. If you do NOT have an alternate work site and are unable to perform your normal tasking off-site, you will be placed on administrative leave.

    3. All employees who are currently on scheduled/approved leave will remain in leave status for the approved timeframe.

Our facilities experts and Facilities Equipment and Space (FES) coordinators, teamed with NAWS China Lake, are working methodically through our facilities on a priority needs basis to accelerate our ability to complete assessment and clean-up so that we can return to work. This is a big job, and our folks are working long hours. We fully anticipate that some work spaces will be ready for occupancy before others. Details to follow as we put the plan in place.

Stand by for updates as they become available. As always, your patience is appreciated as decisions are being made with your safety being the highest priority. If you have questions, please contact your immediate supervisor.

OK, so I know your gears are turning. However, I do not know what they are doing out there beside inspections and fixing roads.

Somewhere on youtube.com in the past I read that the Tall Whites were at an underground base around China Lake. They had asked Earth to help them and then they took over the underground base and locked out the military. Today I heard on the radio around midnight that there was talk of the Tall Whites possibly being in league with Iran and advanced weaponry which is worrying to the Pentagon and Vice President Pence was called home. Also, that something had happened to a Russian submarine which averted a disaster to Earth. Can someone out there make sense of all this possibly unconnected rumor?

David Wilcock's take on the earthquake.

''Our briefings do indicate that the Alliance now has control of the majority of all the earthquake- and storm-making technology, and has since last year’s infamous 11/11 incident.''

''One possible speculation is that this quake was an Alliance strike against a massive above-ground and likely underground base in the China Lake area.'''

''We have heard about many other quakes that were visible indications of attacks against underground military facilities engaged in nefarious activities.''

The alliance used the earthquake machine to destroy the chemtrail planes and runway

So what does this have to do with the Epstein case you might ask? I was gonna put my post there. Well it seems his arrest triggered the earthquake machines as a distraction by the the deep state or alliance...... I'm sort of confused on David's train of thought.......as you should be too.

Watch the Ridgecrest earthquake shatter the desert floor in stunning before-and-after images

Before-and-after satellite images show how one block of ground slid past the other in the magnitude 7.1 Ridgecrest earthquake of July 5.(Sotiris Valkaniotis / Google Earth / DigitalGlobe)

Millions felt the shaking from the Ridgecrest earthquake.

But new satellite images offer a dramatic and instructive view of the immense power of the magnitude 7.1 quake, showing how California’s biggest earthquake in nearly two decades caused the ground to break.

Animated slides show how the quake permanently jolted a huge block of earth northwest while the other side of the fault moved southeast.

Some of the clearest images show long scars on the surface of the Mojave Desert, indicating precisely the 30 miles of earthquake fault — oriented in a northwest-southeast direction — that moved within moments on July 5.

“I’ve never seen this before,” said Brian Olson, engineering geologist with the California Geological Survey. “It’s really dramatic and a super-good illustrator, even for the advanced scientists, all the way down to the grade-school kids.”

The images show “the scale of movement and the permanency of movement — this ground moved in places up to 13 feet, permanently. It’s not going back,” Olson said.

Some of the most widely circulated before-and-after GIFs that have been receiving attention by California earthquake scientists were created using imagery from Google Earth and DigitalGlobe by an earthquake geologist based in Greece, Sotiris Valkaniotis, who collaborates with the National Observatory of Athens.

In a large section of the fault, images show how land on one side of the fault moved between 3 and 13 feet from the other side, Valkaniotis said.

A long scar in the earth can be seen where one chunk of land jolts past the other along a fault in the Ridgecrest earthquake of July 5. The dark stain is liquid leaking from a pipeline that had straddled the fault and broke when the fault ruptured.(Sotiris Valkaniotis / Google Earth / DigitalGlobe)

The animations are an impressive example of what California has undergone for millennia. California sits on the edge of two gigantic tectonic plates, the Pacific and North American. A huge swath of California, from Santa Cruz to Santa Barbara, L.A. and San Diego, is moving northwest toward Alaska relative to the other plate, which is moving southeast toward Mexico.

This kind of movement has been going on for millions of years. A famous example has been how the rock formations from a single volcano right on top of the San Andreas fault have slowly moved apart for millions of years. The western side of an ancient volcano is now in Pinnacles National Park east of the Salinas Valley; its eastern half is now 195 miles to the southeast, near the western Antelope Valley in Los Angeles County.

California isn’t being just cleanly carved along the San Andreas fault. There’s a whole array of faults slicing up the state in ribbons, and the fault that ruptured in the Ridgecrest quake on July 5 was doing its job of moving the southwestern side of land from the fault toward Alaska.

The images are among the best of their kind in decades for California. For one, the earthquakes occurred in the desert — perfect to identify the trace of a moving fault without buildings or trees obscuring cracks in the earth. “It’s easier to identify,” Valkaniotis, in a telephone interview Sunday, said of seeing the fault rupture.

“There is no vegetation … aerially, there are no land-use changes,” he said. Similar efforts to do imaging by satellite for a strong earthquake months ago in Papua New Guinea were frustrated by the region being covered in tropical vegetation, obscuring the ruptured fault from view.

The fault responsible for the magnitude 7.1 Ridgecrest earthquake is instantly recognizable by comparing satellite images taken before and after the July 5 quake.(Sotiris Valkaniotis / Google Earth / DigitalGlobe)

The last two biggest and comparable quakes to hit the Mojave Desert in Southern California were the magnitude 7.3 Landers earthquake in 1992 and the magnitude 7.1 Hector Mine quake in 1999. But it would be years after those quakes before similar before-and-after comparisons were done, Valkaniotis said. And it was only about 20 years ago that the modern age of digital photography began.

Ground rupture was observed after the magnitude 6 Napa earthquake in 2014, but the ground displacements were much smaller, topping out at a maximum of 1½ feet, owing to the far less powerful nature of that temblor. The July 5 magnitude 7.1 Ridgecrest quake was 45 times more powerful than the Napa quake.

Dark lines show the boundary where the ground suddenly moved in the magnitude 6.4 Ridgecrest earthquake on July 4.(Sotiris Valkaniotis / Google Earth / DigitalGlobe)

The higher the magnitude, the greater the distance two sections of land can move away from each other in a quake. One famous example observed in the great magnitude 7.8 earthquake that leveled San Francisco in 1906 was at Point Reyes in Marin County, where a fence that intersected the fault was suddenly cut in two, separated on each side of the San Andreas by 18 feet.

A similar-sized quake along the southern San Andreas fault near Palm Springs would produce even greater fault movement. If a couple had the misfortune of holding hands across the fault in a remote part of the desert near Desert Hot Springs when a hypothetical magnitude 7.8 quake hit, they’d suddenly be separated by as much as 30 feet — almost the entire length of a city bus, U.S. Geological Survey research geophysicist Kate Scharer said in 2017.

Not all cracks in the ground seen after an earthquake are directly related to fault movement — sometimes, they can be caused by liquefaction or landslides, for instance. But in this case, there were plenty of cracks in the ground directly related to fault movement, Valkaniotis said.

The satellite images from the Ridgecrest quake match up with evidence of broken ground observed on foot. Olson has taken other photos on the ground that have similarly been dramatic. One is a two-lane road that crosses the fault; photos show the road has split and shifted 8 feet out of alignment.

The ground is displaced by 8 feet along the fault that ruptured in the magnitude 7.1 Ridgecrest earthquake of July 5, 2019.(Brian Olson / California Geological Survey)

Another is a dramatic photo of a dry streambed, in which its northern shore, at the moment when it crosses the fault, has now suddenly shifted to the north by 13 feet from its original path. “To be able to say this was flowing across this [fault] straight and, after the 7.1, it moved 13 feet north, and you’re just like, ‘Whoa.’”

The new sudden bend in the streambed is similar to earthquake-caused bends in streams in the East Bay along the Hayward fault and along the San Andreas fault at Wallace Creek in Carrizo Plain National Monument.

The action of the fault illustrates how anything on top of it can be destroyed when the fault suddenly moves in a quake. Noting the broken 10-inch plastic pipeline that was shown on satellite imagery leaking water, Olson said, “imagine if it’s a 24-inch high-pressure gas line or a petroleum pipeline, or one of the fiber-optic cable networks that supply internet to the Los Angeles Basin….

“An earthquake is not only shaking and what the shaking does to buildings,” he said. “When you get to the level of the fault breaking the surface, it’s a smaller area affected — but the things affected can be critical for the community.”

The images also captured the attention of seismologist Lucy Jones, who has spent years warning about the damage expected where infrastructure crosses the San Andreas fault. “When infrastructure crosses faults, we know exactly where it will break,” Jones tweeted.

One such trouble spot for Southern California is the Cajon Pass, the gap between the San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountains through which Interstate 15, the main route to Las Vegas, is built. Not only is it home to the San Andreas fault, but running through it is also a potentially explosive mix of pipelines carrying gasoline and natural gas, and overhead electricity lines.

All it would take is for the fuel line to break and a spark to create an explosion that could result in a crater, according to a U.S. Geological Survey simulation of a magnitude 7.8 quake on the San Andreas. It is also plausible that, under certain conditions, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake could create such a sudden interruption of high-voltage interstate transmission of electricity that “potentially all of the western U.S. could lose power,” and restoring electricity in Southern California could take days.

Another concern is water. Los Angeles gets almost all its water from three major aqueducts, flowing from the Colorado River, the Owens Valley and the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta. But as they make their way into the region, the aqueducts cross the San Andreas fault a total of 32 times. Officials have long warned that a massive temblor on the San Andreas could destroy key sections of the aqueducts, cutting off the water supply for more than 22 million people in Southern California.

The Bay Area also has its own trouble spots, with water pipes and the BART commuter train tracks passing through the Hayward fault. Many homes in the East Bay lie directly on top of the fault. Some buildings, including old city halls in Hayward and Fremont, have already been abandoned.

At Memorial Stadium at UC Berkeley, seating was recently broken up and rebuilt in anticipation of a future earthquake on the Hayward fault that could move the facility’s western half 6 feet away from the other side.

Fault rupture has caused damage in other quakes, such as the 1971 Sylmar temblor. Lawmakers quickly passed a state law generally banning new construction directly on top of faults.

The threat of destruction on top of faults is such a risk that some agencies have taken steps to vacate or demolish buildings directly on top of them. San Bernardino Valley College razed seven buildings along the San Jacinto fault in the 2000s; in 1991, Los Angeles Southwest College tore down two that sat on top of the Newport-Inglewood fault.

Implementation of the law has sometimes come with controversy. There’s an effort to build a $1-billion high-rise project in Hollywood; state geologists in 2014 identified an active strand of the Hollywood fault running underneath the property; city officials, however, have agreed with the developer that there is no active fault under the site.

Yes, I'll bet the city officials DID agree with the developer, against the educated opinion of actual geologists, of the BILLION dollar high rise there was no fault underneath the proposed development area and that the developer could develop. Sigh.
