That's really interesting. So basically, the nicest and best-looking people don't even exist to us? We can't even see them? I think I've got this.

A very amusing and good looking exploration into human subjectivity.
So is she calling herself an a**hole, or am I?
Or am I just being an a**hole.

Hollywood seem to have produced very 'abridged' versions of the classics-I remember seeing 'Jane Eyre' the one where Aldous Huxley wrote the screenplay 1943, and 'How Green was my Valley' as typical examples, albeit older ones, they were only loosely accurate to the original text. Maybe it is driven by people who just 'know' what the population can deal with, they have to make money from them so they make the films as generally appealing as possible-but in so doing they dilute them and ruin the integrity of the works?

(an aside) — That video came from the Numberphile channel. Most Numberphile videos are mathematically abstruse (though often very interesting!), but this one here was easy enough for most people to understand without having to be a math graduate!

The Mathologer channel is definitely the most fun and user-friendly. The 'Mathologer' himself (Burkard Polster) has a great sense of humor, is famous for his creative T-shirts with math jokes (yes, there are quite a few), and is a hardcore Simpsons fan.

Do see this wonderful video where he shows how — theoretically!— you could have an orbit of moons of moons of moons (astronomical ones) that follows the exact shape of Homer Simpson. (Yes, really. This has been mathematically proved. ) It gets complicated half way through, but the first half is a blast.

The most abstruse math channel is 3Blue1Brown. He explains things well, but usually goes way too fast for this bear of very little brain.

The most encouraging thing about these channels are the comments. Most videos have hundreds of thousands of views (sometimes millions), and the comments are both highly intelligent and often very witty. I've never once seen a troll. That's just so refreshing to see SO many smart, funny people talking about something they really all find interesting and entertaining. They do exist!

I'm a beautiful being, if others can't see that they're blind to my beauty. I'm of the age now, I'm invisible to the alleged beautiful people from their lofty heights
And, if no one has told you today, you're ALL beautiful beings
