Kaku is part and parcel of "their" controlled disclosure. He has made a very comfortable living delving and maneuvering in the world and universe of probability and plausibility.

I do wish that people like Michio Kaku, news readers and any other official commentators would not lump 'they' all together as one.

The craft 'Tic Tac' can be analysed, speed and such worked out, but that is just 'Tic tacs'

There are many, many other craft over the years and even out there now, they are different, many of which make the Tic Tac's seem very earth based.
