Not to freak out anyone but would love to know what this means. I hope it's just a training thing but some are saying it's not. It's from "The Official Website of the U.S. Marine Corps":

Rumor has it that all other armed forces got a similar letter. This particular letter is for the Marines and Navy. Note, the date is October 3, this is something new.

Jade helm was training, done under TRADOC, however, this particular notice authorizes live fire on American soil. Here is the title:

Here is a key quote:

"Requests for Federal assistance will come with little warning. As required, the Marine Corps must rapidly mobilize RC units and personnel IAW this MARADMIN in order to respond to threats in the Homeland."

What does this mean? It means that civil war in the United States will be answered by America's own armed forces.

However, doing this is risky business, because they will be ordering these soldiers to take action against their own friends and families. This could backfire.

Though the Reserve units have been deployed in the United States for various reasons, having them deploy to "defend civil authorities" is unprecedented, this is something new folks.

Soooooo, as Newton law states about every action has an equal reaction , I am guessing something is coming up here in the u.s.
1 the Fed is spooning out cash to banks like ice cream out of a barrel so it could be financial
2 all of those subpoenas that supposedly exist out there may start being enforced of arrests in numbers
3 natural event is on the horizon

I don't see a civil war here just because, this country is tapped out of skilled labor and everyone is busy. However the political climate of the extreme left vs.law and order is like a chess game ri ghht now that is locked in checkmate. If there is indeed a push to sweep the swamp like a cornered animal ,anything could turn at that point. I would say at this point lots of prayers for all of the right reasons.

What does this mean? It means that any civil war in the United States will be answered by America’s own armed forces (The President's Own).

Though the Reserve units have been deployed in the United States previously for various reasons - having them deploy to “defend civil authorities” is unprecedented.

The Marines Just Got Permission to Deploy in the United States in light of serious threat of a military coup by the UN...here's what I have gathered.


The marines were just authorized to use live fire in the event of domestic civil conflict. It's not the first time reserve units have deployed on US soil, but to "defend civil authorities" is unprecedented, I'm told.

(Natural News) BREAKING NEWS UPDATE concerning a directive involving the United States Marine Corps reserve units via MARADMINS number 550/19, signed on Oct. 3, 2019, authorized by Brigadier General Daniel L. Shipley, Director, Manpower Plans and Policy.

Notably, Brigadier General Daniel L. Shipley was nominated by President Trump for the rank of major general, according to a Jan. 16, 2019 Defense.gov press announcement. Before serving in his current role, Shipley served as the deputy director, Program Analysis and Evaluation, Department of Programs and Resources for the U.S. Marines.

This new order is summarized as, “MARINES ORDERED TO ACTIVE DUTY ISO DEFENSE SUPPORT OF CIVIL AUTHORITIES.” (The term “ISO” means In Support Of.”) (See full text of the order here.)

Note: There is disinfo being circulated about this order, claiming it was cancelled, but the cancelled order is 300/14, not 500/19. In fact, this new order 500/19 replaces a lot of previous orders, reestablishing the urgency of the situation and making sure any action to defend the Homeland is authorized by orders that are in good standing.

Many observers are concerned that with Democrats like Rep. Tlaib openly talking about which prisons to use for imprisoning President Trump and his cabinet, and with Hillary Clinton positioning herself to run for president, and with the IG’s FISA abuses report set to drop in a few weeks, the deep state Democrats have reached a point of desperation where they may attempt to initiate a “hot coup” (kinetic engagement, arrest or execution of the President and his Cabinet) to avoid going to prison themselves.

That is interesting. One would need to dig through the United States Codes used as references.

Nominally, it looks like reserves being called to active duty for not more than 120 days. In 2.B.1, first delegation of command is to the governors. Normal for emergencies, and looks like it would mainly be used to deploy reservists to help with hurricanes and the like. It is more about how they can be activated for a limited term and paid for it.

If used by a combat commander to "prevent property damage", it must comply with Reference A: MCO 3440.7C MARINE CORPS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN DEFENSE SUPPORT OF CIVIL AUTHORITIES (DSCA).

I am not sure if that says kill everyone who attempts to loot Walmart, or bomb entire groups whose shoes might make scuff marks on the street. Maybe it does.

The 120 days include any training/preparation for the mission. If the wording was unlimited duration, active duty troops, combat authorized against non-combatants, then it would sound more like guns turned on the people (and violate Posse Comitatus, which does not apply to reserves). Actually 2.B.1 is not more than 30 days. 2A for 120 days would only be by request of a Governor. So, the vast majority of the power of whatever this is, is in the hands of state leaders. This is nothing new.

In terms of "active terrorist cells", here is what I noticed. Firstly, I am moving next door to some serious School of the Americas games, including live cannon fire, and some disoriented soldiers that recently ate the neighbor's dog. If you went there, you couldn't tell. Zero markers, no "Property of U. S. Govt.", nothing.

As much as I...don't exactly approve of these thieves training in how to take over "a South American country", recently, at our house, they found what I can only describe as a stereotypical Al Qaeda jihadi marching right down the driveway. Firstly, he was a liar, and repelled with guns, but secondly, since he didn't exactly "fit in", I do not think he was a common criminal, but was looking for another way in to the military facility or if we were connected to it.

It's an ironical sandwich between Federal forces that I don't want, and the "terrorists" they are supposedly protecting me from.

Between those two, and me, could we start something our Governor might call an emergency, yes, I think we could. What is worse is I have the means to find out where the jihadi came from. In the ideal, I could set off both sides, making each think the other did it. Pre-emptive strike to keep them out of my yard. But it would be a lot of trouble, and I have other priorities.

Why would there be a Civil War in the United States? There never was. It would consist of two sides struggling for control of the government. The Confederacy was trying to fight its way out, not in.

If someone was to get itchy and shoot Fort Sumter or something like that, the Governors already have National Guard Apaches loaded with rocket salvos. They can already vaporize anyone by helicopter within an hour or so. By the time Marine Reservists could assemble, train, and deploy, the civil unrest would already be so much blood in the streets. I don't think the use of force against Federal armed forces has much validity, unless we were talking about the entire Department of Defense quashing the C. I. A., or something along those lines.

They may be ordered to Active Duty ISO (Inter School Course) DSCA (Defense Support of Civil Authorities). They might have done something in Los Angeles, 1992, regardless, the first fist to hit the face of a serious insurrection would generally be the National Guard. If I was worried about bombs and bullets decimating our "dear people", I would seek to dissolve the National Guard first. They have loads of weapons whose only purpose is doing that. Are they going to protect our liberties in Iraq or Afghanistan, or prevent an invasion by Mexico, no. It is only to crush the ne'er-do-wells in "your state".

State police are remembered from the beginning of "folk music": Woody Guthrie about the Sooners, refugees from the Oklahoma dust bowl, being turned away from California with guns. That was just police with personal arms, not guardsmen with Hellfires and Vulcans and such.

Something unprecedentedly bad "could" come from this recent Federal update, but something bad definitely will come from the Guard if you can somehow manage to overpower the local authorities.
