In the 1990’s I stood in front a bathroom mirror with the door closed, in a darkened room that had no window. The reason was because I sensed wings. My expectation was to see them out stretched, but was surprised to see the rounded parts above my shoulders and along the sides of the body. The auric field provided enough light to see some detail to the wings.

Energetic wings? Or an angel or dragon guide behind me? (dragon not draco) The reason why I’m open to the idea of dragons is because for the last 10 years or so, I see them. They communicate with me in dreams. I’m reluctant to say more because I’m still in the process of understanding.

I asked the one that hangs out with me, “Why when so much is going on elsewhere?” I learned they’re multidimensional and not limited to one place at a time. It’s like when I’m in contact with my son that’s passed over. In a nano second, he’s here and now while he’s elsewhere and other elsewheres. Which means so can I. So am I.

    Hey Bill,

I don't know what it's like in Cuenca but try to park anywhere in the metro NYC area and its suburban town centers. You'll be calling on your angels right quick !

Another thing: How do we know what's "important" or not when it comes to help from our lighter friends? Maybe finding those keys in the laundry hamper is as important in its way as a protester in Hong Kong blaring out her message on the street? We don't know what the scales really look like--or even if there are scales.

(Speaking of ahem, scales, happy thanksgiving all...)

The alterations done to our DNA by self serving ET's included significant dulling of our spiritual awareness which makes any outreach of ours to the divine important and worth while. What I've found is miracles happen every day. They're mostly small scale or behind the scenes to our senses.

So prayers are answered according to belief level and including specificity in the prayer, not open ended wish washy prayers like I used to do. Knowing it's not a fairy tale and cultivating the belief by "checking in" with Highest source Creator daily. This all I've learned from www.getwisdom.com and frankly is what I've been looking for my whole life.

Didnt mean to derail thread here.

Prayer, affirmation, chants, muntruhs (mantras) and especially those intentional whispers are the call and response frequencies of angels. You are not off topic Tyy.

I really don't see the separation, just the definitions we use. In my case I think most "angels' and their cousins are afraid of me, or most likely just busy with those who they can play with.

I have seen these energies in action, when their form comes and goes, but they seem to be there only when life and death are dancing that dance. I prefer those who remind us to laugh, like if Mike and TargeT were to work together. Somebody's gonna laugh or this party is over.

    Are there any comedic "angels"?

If I had a friendly, loyal angel who (for some unexplained reason!) was always on hand to create parking spaces for me, I'd tell them: [I]"Look, hey, thanks, but I can do this little thing myself. PLEASE go and help someone else who really needs it."
For that to work, I think you would have to be more interested in helping strangers than in finding a parking space. Most people aren't.

I once discussed this whole issue in depth with a highly experienced spiritual counselor, one of the very very best. I shared some of the interesting things that had happened to me, including quite a number of 'miraculous' escapes* from death or injury.
    * See this thread:
    I shouldn't actually be alive now... :)

She was adamant. "You're belittling and diminishing your own power", she said. "It wasn't any external help. YOU did all that. YOU did it, yourself."

I later became convinced she was correct.
This interview with Joe Dispenza covers finding our power as well as earth events and reactions to them. He has had great results teaching people how to go beyond the mind..beyond the character and Be instead of think. He has had people being healed of "incurable" disease simply through finding their inner source and expressing gratitude. And yes..it is about dropping our belief systems that get in the way of pure Beingness. It is also about bringing this state into all we do.

    Trisher

I forgot to mention (hence the edit) that Joe has invisible beings working with him which appear to be doing healings on certain people. He does not call them angels.
I only just started reading this thread and was thinking about the multiple testimonies I have read/seen/heard from Joe Dispenza's workshops just in the last few days. I remember one quote from Dr. Joe... "When the back is against the wall, the lion comes out." Many "angel" reports are from moments when one "should not have lived" or something else drastic or dire. I really agree with Bill that this is our own power and supernatural ability tapped. But we have to learn that and IMO WE ARE NOW. People like Dr. Joe are showing us how. Here is one meaningful testimony where tradition and new science meet. It is meaningful to me because this particular person was kind of on the fence about her response ability and the ancestral "spirits" challenged her to evolve.

I have had a few moments when I wondered HOW did THAT happen? One time for instance I "should" have been hit by multiple cars in rush hour when my truck spun around backwards into the other lane in rain. BUT none were there. All the traffic was way back and so I had plenty of time to just turn around and keep going. These moments made me really curious. It is really ok to believe in angels BUT

PERHAPS the ascribing of our power to some other agency keeps us form becoming consciously able to create the miraculous anytime? I think so now.

To me, today, the extreme of what is happening in the collective to show our powerlessness is simply the call to let the lion out...for once and all. Youtube is full of Dr. Joe workshop participants. They all say the same thing, they committed to work because most of the time they had no other choice. This is so very very encouraging. We have the choice to become supernatural!!

By the way, thanks for the thread. I love being immersed in the miraculousness.

I think when we say "it was me" or "it was an angel" it gets rather confusing. We're treading into the areas where duality meets non-duality. Was it an angel or was it "me" on another timeline or from another space-time? Was it your friend who warned you your car would be towed last week or was it just "you" who looked like your friend telling you to move your car?

Maybe our own power or supernatural ability is simply that capacity to be open and able to tap in to help from these others. Then again, others is a funny word if there are no others. Makes you wonder if there are a whole group of them just waiting to offer help if we would only lean into it a little. They may be Fred and Linda or Angel 1 or Angel 2 or just our own soulmates reaching out.

From another point of view, it would be you reaching out to you. Anyway.

(Funny, there must a Dispenza synch. going on. A friend suggested him to me last week. Remember seeing him in What the bleep movie. He's got a very scientific viewpoint and rap. Not really my kinda guy, but hey..)

Well, here's another interesting perspective. Take a look at this fascinating thread:
If humans can do that, maybe they can also create parking spaces for themselves?

It's hard to understand why an angel would bother to create parking spaces on behalf of some preferred human — which by definition, is a zero-sum game: meaning, one person wins while another loses — and not use their miraculous powers to ease or eradicate real suffering in another part of the world.

If I had a friendly, loyal angel who (for some unexplained reason!) was always on hand to create parking spaces for me, I'd tell them: "Look, hey, thanks, but I can do this little thing myself. PLEASE go and help someone else who really needs it."

This reminds me of some people desperate call:
"Why does god permit so much suffering on earth?" or
    "Why has god left me?"
The answer to this could very well be your above view.

So - in the end - every earnest call for help to the divine, could this merely be eliciting one's own power?

To understand this, consider the possibilities of assuming different viewpoints of being.
You could be your own angel without stating to be an angel and without perceiving through your mind that you're doing it.

In closing, here a quote by Marianne Williamson from A Return To Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles:
Quote “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?"
"The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but to reveal to him his own."
    -- Benjamin Disraeli

I understand Marianne's point very well. In 2013 I inadvertently stepped into my ow power. Maybe I should type POWER in caps. It was confusing at first and naturally so. I'm sure the power is something natural to our most pure state of being, but it went beyond the normal parameters . of how we live our lives here on this planet.

It didn't stop. At first it was manageable, but then I became terrified that I wouldn't return to "normal" because that's all I really knew for most of my life. There was a part of me that knew I couldn't sustain that level of power and remain on this planet. I just really wanted to be normal and human again. I was afraid I would hurt someone or something because I was so powerful and didn't know how to handle it. No one had ever taught me anything about it and I knew that with that power came an awesome responsibility.

I couldn't manage it. It was like trying to squeeze a blob into a test tube. You push one part in and another part balloons out of the tube.

The experience left me with many questions about who we really are and what guise we must wear while we are here, in order to remain and help the situation.

I don't have the answers. I do know it is not a simple thing.

    Two times involving cars.

First time, I was about seventeen. Coming home on the back roads with a car load of friends. Whipping through the familiar turns, I hit a patch of ice and totally lost control. We spun several times and I was frantically trying to keep us on the road. Finally managed to get control backwards. But...forgot to push the brake and come to a full stop and hit a tree behind me, putting a dent in the trunk of my Mini. Everyone was like, 'I thought we were going to crash for sure'. Not sure if angels were involved though.

Another time, Christmas eve with my new family, baby daughter and wife. Racing to get to Fort McMurray in Northern Alberta, Canada in our brand new car. Started snowing but the wife kept up her speed. I was about to tell her to slow down when she lost control, going way too fast. She fought hard for control, impressing even me as she skidded sideways with wheels turned the opposite way, then quickly compensating when the car would reverse and spin the other way. But we went into a spin down the road and it looked like we were going to go off the road. Then, miraculously, she got control, again going backward (what's with gaining control going backward, I don't know, or the next part either). We both breathed a sigh of relief...a bit too early. The back tire hit the gravel at the side of the road and it flipped our car on the roof. We spun down the edge on the roof about thirty feet. Christmas presents went flying every which way through the open hatch! We came to rest upside down in ten feet of fresh snow, no more than fifty feet from a steep rocky gulley and culvert - and the icy river below! Not sure about any angels that time either.

One of my favorite interpretations of what some angels are like:

    Quote George:
Well, you look about the kind of angel I'd get. Sort of a fallen angel, aren't you? What happened to your wings?

    Clarence:
I haven't won my wings, yet. That's why I'm called an Angel Second Class. I have to earn them. And you'll help me will you?

    George:
    Sure, sure. How?

    Clarence:
    By letting me help you.

    George:
I know one way you can help me. You don't happen to have 8,000 bucks on you?

    Clarence:

That makes so much sense to me. My Angels told me i AM a, waking Angel. My vision was Michael kicking me out of heaven. We live in the head. The heart and soul fights the head. Inside your pure love. Its the tongue and ego thst Are horrible and evil.

What happens at the end of all your incarnations to your soul? Ultimately, do we end up merging with source? Is our soul here to ultimately experience growth with each incarnation?

If we are indeed multidimensional and if we live on in all other worlds, what if angels are just you in another form?

In other words, if the universe is exact, (look at the perfection of nature and the sheer mathematical exactness of the universe!) what if every single word, thought and deed is exact too in its nature and designed for our spiritual growth?

What if the parking spot is an intuition around where to park because it is coming from your future self? By that, I mean that your future self coming to you from another future point in time. The point where we have merged with source.

What if your future self is beckoning you on and taking you to the next point in your journey?

What if every single transgression you make is because one has not listened to one's intuition? But even then, what if the transgression is all perfect suffering in itself??

What if every. single. thing you do, say and think is exactly what you need for your spiritual growth?

What if I am just you in another form?

Angels Are Angels because they Are Child like and pure love. Test Them. Ive had alot of experience with Angels. True Angels only insist on being there If you ask from a pure heart. Aliens and demons also masquerade as Angels esp in New age teaching. They make it fun to hook your trust but true Angels only abide on your love quota. If your heart is filled with love. They Are real but id ask for their assistance in the name of Jesus christ or love. Dont ask for help directly. Not to put a dampene but to worn you. Elite and demons mimic the real ones bless you xxxx
