Default Our health is at stake...

If we were actually a govt. of the people we would never agree to the
likes of Monsanto poisoning us, the citizens of the USA and the world at large.

Where is the disconnect? We say we know but can not even protect ourselves.
    Why is that?

    This is a logical question?
Can anyone give me a logical answer.
Question Everything, always speak truth... Make the best of today, for there may not be a tomorrow!!! But, that's OK because tomorrow never comes, so we have nothing to worry about!!!

I wrote quite a while back about how standing in an Ecuadorian supermarket in 2012, I had a remarkable and vivid 'Aha' moment: a moment of clear insight I'll never forget.

I was eyeing all the mass-produced, plastic-packed, low-nutritive (or actively harmful!) 'food' on the shelves. There was fresh fruit and veg, for sure, but you'll know what I mean. It was pretty much a clone of any American or European (or Australian!) supermarket.

Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, I had the CRYSTAL clear thought:
    "They're trying to kill us."
It was like I was channeling the enemy of human people, or reading its mind. At that moment, I could tangibly experience the hatred and disgust with which 'the useless eaters' were regarded.

Like vermin: not magnificent humans, whatever our flaws or weaknesses. It lasted just a moment, but I could feel it as if I were one of 'them'. And I've never forgotten it.

    Thank you , Bill

We have seen in the past people telling us that the water, food and air and every
    thing possible is being polluted.

They will stop at nothing to keep control of us, but we are becoming aware more
and more. And when we do, watch out for here we come and they are GONE!

This is in response both to your desperation for action, East Sun, and to your clarity of thought while in the supermarket, Bill.

In 2009, I worked with an  acronym agency couple who would throw soirees with South American officials and big name state department employees. The purpose of their invitations was to discuss an unfurling project to infiltrate the health food markets of the Americas; to buy out the mom and pop stores that sold health food, to buy Whole Foods and all the natural food chains in North and South America as a first step to closing them down, while replacing the ingredients and available foods being marketed as healthy.

This was in conjunction with bidding for a contract to track global health (death rates) on a one stop, hand-held, secure device that would access and link all government health records of every registered person globally, using iris scan and finger print technology...basically your life story in seconds at any health officials' fingertips.

When they were coming up with a logo for their product to track, record and instantly transmit the increasing health problems and mounting deaths world wide, which included linking all of a person's private health, psychological, education and insurance files with other detailed information about each individual, their initial choice was, "Information at the speed of Life." It evolved into something else and I don't know if they ever got the bid...but everybody I tried to share this with since then has just rolled their eyes at me, or shrugged their shoulders with the equivalent of, "so?" or "That's old news, it will never happen."   Frustrating for me, because at the time, it was not old or common news.

Even after Amazon bought out Whole Foods and other things have come to pass, whether I speak with health conscious colonels or MIT scientists now, there is so little interest or response to the selling of our privacy, our options, our rights and well being to big pharma, government agencies and Monsanto... that it is beyond depressing.

Ironically, while planning to destroy common people's access to marketplace healthy food, this couple had a mid-city, fully self-sustainable property and owned an "organic" island in Jamaica where more than a few stars have enjoyed R & R over the years.

Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, I had the CRYSTAL clear thought:
    "They're trying to kill us."
It was like I was channelling the enemy of human people, or reading its mind.

I have had almost exactly the same thought for quite some time. When I have been in Walmart food stores I am shocked not necessarily at the plastics but the quantity and the quality of food that is on offer. It would almost be impossible to maintain a healthy diet, a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle if Walmart is the only place you shop.  Process foods loaded with sugar. I think the average human does not stand a chance unless they wake up.

Watching American football is another scary experience. Virtually 90%+ of the professionally produced advertisements are for alcohol, junk food and fast-food restaurants. The other 10% are for outrageously expensive cars. These ads are aimed at the young. They are specifically targeted, funny and have a call to action.  I saw an ad during a football game showing two young men sitting on a sofa drinking beer while eating breakfast. It is beyond appalling.

Here is an ad for gin that links it to meditation, healthy food, healthy lifestyle and celebrity. Again, creatively deceptive and manipulative to the point of being deadly. Sadly most people think it is cute and creative.

It almost seems like people don't stand a chance and that the odds are stacked against them but that is precisely the mindset they want you to have. "The mountain is so high why should I even bother to try." This feeling you must fight because the truth is the odds are stacked against them and they are scared to death of the power of the people.

So what is the answer? Can we change things and if so how do we go about it.
Anger is a good first step, it is also a strong motivational force but anger and hate are unsustainable so it must be channelled into something positive.

First off wanting or waiting for the government to make positive change is (for the most part) inefficient use of our time and energy. Yes, the government can do some good but that rarely is the way things get done.

It is up to each and every person to make personal changes in their life. Virtually everything in our lives that is good comes with effort. It takes effort to eat healthily, lose 40 lbs, become a doctor, stop smoking, to think, to become an expert in any field, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, to be kind, cut down on consumption and waste and discourage others from using products that are killing us.

At times (probably most of the time) it seems like it is a never-ending battle and it appears to be an impossible task but I assure you it is winnable and worth the effort.

Also something worth noting is that it does not take the majority of people to force change for the better on corporations, governments or society. It takes about 10-15% of the population to wake up and change their own lives. Governments and society will follow when this critical tipping point is achieved.

And as for the supposedly fresh fruit and veg, here is a description of the 'farming' methods used by an agri-business (note: not farmer) on the Essex coast, described in the Farmer and Stock Breeder, July 20th 1974.

Quote 'This is what happens. Straw burning starts as soon as there is a safe space behind the combines at harvest. Then a 145 hp County 1454 goes in with a heavy 3-tine Doe-type cultivator to pan-bust down to 14-15 inches. Working at a rate of about 30 acres a day this operation is often right up behind the combines. This is immediately followed by a 100 hp County 1004 pulling two sets of discs in tandem or, if the soil is too hard to disc, a Lantrac chisel cultivator.

[Note the enormous expenditure of power right through the operation, happyuk]

The last weeds are killed off in early October with Paraquat at the full rate of 1˝ pint an acre... It would be wrong to think that it's minimal cultivations alone that have solved a sticky farming problem and created a streamlined and profitable enterprise. As stated at the beginning of this article, this has only been achieved by a total commitment to chemicals as well.

The move to a five year run of winter wheat brought with it all the expected pest problems and some more besides. Most noticeable was the build-up of wild oats and blackgrass. These two weeds are now being severely bashed by Dicurane in the autumn and by Suffix in the spring - both sprayed over the entire acreage for two years running. The paraquat used in September must also get rid of some seedlings... Another problem has been aphids... this year half the acreage was ground sprayed with formothion.

In their coastal situation, the wheat crops on this farm are also particularly prone to ear diseases such as Septoria. It is thought that these diseases, plus the inevitable mildew have kept average yields to below the two-ton mark. An attempt to reduce the effect of these diseases was made this year with an application of Benlate and Maneb on 400 of the 2,500 acres.

Luckily, all material effects are secondary. Have a balanced approach to food and health will take care of itself. It matters almost not at all what we eat, but it does matter a lot what we believe. Since matter is first an energetic standing-wave probability the adverse effects of food can be to a great extent mitigated by thought alone.

Thought is the primary reality, since we are energetic beings. Think health and health will be yours.

edit to add: Genetics might go a long way in making the above a possible outcome. It works for me, but my family is filled with members who have made it past 90!

It just shows plain as day what us humans are dealing with. A subjugation that is so cunning and subtle even those awakening wrestle with the idea. We are so utterly outmatched by the ET manipulators it makes one wonder - what is the point? Yet deep inside something tells me there must be a broader plan. What is the point of this madness? The only logical conclusion is we are integral to this plan of Creators. We still have some connection to our divine origins. The ET's meddling with us do not. Our ability to call on the divine and Creator is the trump card that we humans hold.

On a positive note, I have been noticing slow changes in thinking, and the positive effects of such.

For one thing, sales of certain items are dropping, like soda pop, and aspartame.
Can Coca-Cola escape the shadow of deceptive marketing campaigns in its past?
Being hit in the wallet does influence the corporations for sure, and their compensative deceptions don't always work either. I wonder how many are going to be taken in by this "fake meat" campaign? It sounds so YUK!

I also notice more and more people awakening to the deceptions, people thinking deeply about these things who I didn't suspect were previously. Seeds planted in our conversations previously have surprisingly taken root. Many are no longer trusting mass media, our health system, corporations. People are starting to "just say no" to the aspects that are still controllable in their own lives, and they are telling others too... planting the seeds, despite the intensifying antics of the controllers. I even have noticed a lot more people taking notice of the absurd antics themselves! Perhaps the next step we will notice is bravery in speaking out, as the veils continue to fall.

    rgrey,

Thank you. I could not agree more, except that in the following quote,

"Also something worth noting is that it does not take the majority of people to force change for the better on corporations, governments or society. It takes about 10-15% of the population to wake up and change their own lives. Governments and society will follow when this critical tipping point is achieved."

I wish that were true. You could be right, but in the last 30 years as I have been striving to
get people to listen it seems mostly a waste of time. I have written on this forum many times
asking what we could do, some responded, but now in my mid seventies I doubt anything
significant will happen. There is always the possibility that suddenly people will reach
a point where they get sick of the brainwashing and take action.

I may not be here then but I hope I witness it and I will die happy as a result of seeing justice
    take place.

I think it happens because it's what the crowds want, for the most part. This idea prevails even without nefarious intent of governing/corporate bodies.

Animals like us seek sources of food that supply sugar and fats in high amounts because they produce the maximum amount of energy per square inch. If you're starving and foraging, a few strawberries or a fish supply much more energy than leaves or roots that are more readily available, and since we are wired to survive, we go for what has the biggest "bang for the buck."

Fast forward a few hundred thousand years from our early history and we are still governed by the same biological processes. We go for the same sugars and fats, but now, they more conveniently and cheaply come in different forms than our ancestors sought out. Stores sell what sells, and factories produce what sells - it just so happens that these things are highly dangerous in the long run, and were never meant to be consumed in these amounts and in these manners.

I understand exactly where you are coming from but stop and think about it, take away 10-15% of a companies profit margin and they would be forced out of business or forced to change their product(s). If you could change 10-15% of the results of any election in most western countries you could influence a massive number of elections. Politicians would be forced to change or not be re-elected. If 10-15% of the population started talking about the same change it would quickly catch on like wildfire across the globe.

While 10-15% of the population does not sound like much it is actually a fairly high threshold to meet. The point being that is a doable number and it is a mountain that can be and should be climbed but it will take quite an effort to get to the top (it always does). It is certainly not unachievable.

Talking to people every day one on one or even in groups is analogous to prepping the masses. At some point, there will be a seminal event that will anger or scare the masses which will force change. At that point, it will feel like change happened overnight. Now whether or not it will happen in your or my life remains to be seen.

Poisoning of food is only relevant to you as long as you consume it, which is entirely a choice, I hope we agree on that. And "they" are only gone once every human lives self-sufficient lives off the grid with no interest in possessions, there being no way left to turn people against one another. Works for us where we are. We do not watch TVs, do not work for money or pay taxes (or bills of any kind). There does not exist a way any of us could be made to want to cause harm, loss or damage to any other community member (or any other human). And any community anywhere on the planet can choose to live this way. It starts with YOU. Take the step.

Forbes--Animal Agriculture Costs More In Health Damage Than It Contributes To The Economy
    Jeff McMahon
    12/30/19
    https://www.forbes.com/sites/jeffmcm.../#49f301ac2e09

"U.S. farms cost the economy more in health and environmental damage than they contribute to the economy, according to a recent study in the Publication of the National Academy of the Sciences.

For 20 economic sectors, the study compares the cost of premature deaths from particulate air pollution to the value added to the economy. Farms performed worst, driven down by animal agriculture.

“At the margin, we're seeing that the damages from air pollution provided by farms are larger than the marginal value that the farms provide in economic terms,” said co-author Inęs M.L. Azevedo, an associate professor in Stanford University’s Department of Energy Resources Engineering.

The study, conducted with researchers from Carnegie Mellon University, focuses on particulate pollution, including PM 2.5, which the EPA has identified as the cause of 90 percent of the 100,000 annual premature deaths in the U.S. from air pollution.

The study does not include health costs from consuming animal products, nor does it include the economic costs of other forms of pollution, such as greenhouse gas emissions and their impact on the climate. As with the climate, the chief culprit is meat and dairy. But when it comes to particulate pollution, the worst offender is poultry.

For each sector of the economy, the researchers developed ratios of gross economic damages (GED) to value added (VA). A GED/VA ratio less than one means that value exceeds damage. A number greater than one means damage exceeds value:

“Whereas the GED/VA ratio was 0.72 for the group of crop-producing industries in 2014, it was 2.0 for animal production in that year,” the study states. “Preliminary calculations indicate that the GED/VA ratio within this group is highest for the poultry industry, with an estimated range of 3 to 7.”

Poultry litter emits particulate pollution and ammonia. Ammonia combines with other pollutants—sulfur dioxide and nitrous oxide, Azevedo said, to produce a secondary source of additional deadly PM 2.5.

Azevedo sees these findings as a call to assess the way the sector operates.

“This work is not advocating that we should shut down agriculture in the United States,” she said in a video released this month by Stanford. “It is providing the intuition that, at the margin, the damages are larger than the value provided. So we'll need to think about the sector more seriously.”

In a commentary that appears in the same issue of PNAS, the economist Juan Moreno-Cruz says, “Agriculture emissions remain stubbornly high and exhibit a flat trend, making agriculture one of the most polluting industries per dollar in the United States right now.”

Utilities were in the same boat in 2008—producing more damage than value at the margin—but utilities have cleaned up their act somewhat thanks largely to the closure of coal burning power plants.

The study attributes some of the drop in pollution from utilities and manufacturing to the Great Recession.

“Right now it's only animal production and agriculture that has damages much larger than the value added,” Azevedo said.

Transportation emissions have also dropped but remain a concern in less regulated parts of the sector: “The biggest sources of both NOx and primary PM2.5 damages within the transportation sector are from trucks and diesel combustion in marine and rail transportation,” the study says.

Azevedo adds: “Our results suggest that policymakers should consider targeting for their emissions reductions, if that is cost effective, in transportation and in agriculture.”

Read more about the drop in emissions in other sectors and watch Azevedo’s video or read more about agricultural emissions.

The diagonal black line represents a 1:1 ratio of gross economic damage to value added. Agriculture, now alone above that line, causes more economic damage through health and environmental effects than the value it produces, according to "Fine particulate matter damages and value added in the US economy" by Peter Tschofen, Inęs L. Azevedo, Nicholas Z. Muller, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

I am coming to the conclusion that the point of this experience is to experience intense duality and make choices in the midst of it. If you look back through history there has always been one conflict after another, they just change flavor over time. There really is enough for everyone to live a decent life but it never happens. It's just not the experience here. I mean look at the current situations, the contrived "problems" are right out there..and they are ridiculous. The next enemy will be AI. There is not going to be any resolve on this planet, not at the level of consciousness that predominates at this time. Having said that, on an individual level we can mitigate the damage and diet and mental attitude go a long way.

There are times I can accept this and times I am still so angry that this is happening. After all, there are only a handful perpetuating this, but as you stated, they have a whole lot of help. There is NO way that this long term plan could or would be carried out by humans. We are far to short sighted to ever perpetuate such an intricate scheme, but used as pawns that are manipulated by greed and lust humans make good servants for those that operate unseen.

What I am really curious about at this time is why do these entities want to do this? I'm sure they could get energy elsewhere. Is it amusing for them, is it like a chess game, does it fulfill some sort of sexual desire? I am so curious about this. I would appreciate any ideas on the matter.

I think it's called The Culling. Life expectancy is way too high due to modern civilization, causing overpopulation. Humans have no natural enemies besides disease (and other humans). The elite have decided to make it harder to survive. Thus, drug addiction, exploding populations of the dispossessed and homeless. This is how they justify their drug smuggling, human trafficking, etc. They take out the people who would have been eaten by wild animals in an earlier time.
