Default 2020 South Dakota Rep. Qualm Introduces Bill 1235 to Ban Mandatory Vaccination

There's a chance this is a good sign that people may be getting tired of the overstepping of ethical boundaries and human rights by our growingly facist government.

District 21 state Rep. Lee Qualm, R-Platte submitted an amendment nullifying an already current law mandating vaccination for school kids like other states have passed - however South Dakota still has the religious exemption. It crosses out whole paragraphs of the mandates and replaces them with statements like:

No child entering public or nonpublic school, or a public or nonpublic early childhood program in this state, may be required to receive any immunization or medical procedure for enrollment or entry. The Department of Health may recommend any immunization for school entry but may not require them. No school may use any coercive means to require immunization.

"No public or nonpublic postsecondary educational institutions may mandate any immunizations for school entry. A public or private postsecondary educational institution may request any student to submit medical records. No educational institution may use coercive means to require immunization."

    "Section 4. That § 34-22-6 be AMENDED:

    34-22-6. Compelling vaccination--Violation as misdemeanor.

It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any board, physician, or person to compel another by the use of physical force to submit to the operation of vaccination with smallpox or other virus a Class 1 misdemeanor for any educational institution, medical provider, or person to compel another to submit to immunization."

Please share and encourage. Google and mainstream is of course making an great effort to quash any momentum of it in print or searches.

Here is a map of U.S. States by vaccine laws:

States in White have no exemption. Dark blue states have a religious exemption. Blue/white striped states have a philosophical belief or religious exemption law.

New Jersey, the state of big pharma, tried to change the law to no exemption. Fortunately, the state also has a large orthodox Jewish population with a big lobby (although not all orthodox Jews object to vaccines).

South Dakota First State to Propose Bill Outlawing Mandatory Vaccinations for School Attendance

    "Health Impact News

While most state legislatures are bowing to the Big Pharma lobby and proposing bills to remove exemptions to childhood vaccines and make them mandatory as a requirement for school attendance, a newly proposed bill in South Dakota moves in the opposite direction.

House Bill 1235 has been introduced to prohibit schools from discriminating against any person for refusing to accept unwanted medical intervention, including vaccines.

    House Bill 1235 states that:

No child entering public or nonpublic school, or a public or nonpublic early childhood program in this state, may be required to receive any immunization or medical procedure for enrollment or entry. The Department of Health may recommend any immunization for school entry but may not require them. No school may use any coercive means to require immunization.

It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any educational institution, medical provider, or person to compel another to submit to immunization.

The bill’s prime sponsor is District 21 state Rep. Lee Qualm, R-Platte. The text of the bill is here:
