It is a lot to digest and perhaps the devil may be hidden in the detail. For instance, on page 86, it says:

The President may prescribe such rules and regulations as may be necessary and
proper to carry out any of the provisions of this Act, and he may exercise any
power or authority conferred on him by any section of this Act either directly or
through such Federal agency or agencies as he may designate.

That is a very general and broad power and I wonder how it could be utilized? Could the President order that all American be vaccinated if a "cure" were suddenly discovered? Could he mandate that certain persons be evacuated to FEMA camps under certain circumstances, and would that be for someone who was unarguably infected with the virus, or could this be used against political dissidents?

The Act was triggered as soon as POTUS declared a national emergency last week. Now the duties fall on FEMA and other bureaucrats.

FEMA is not the same agency as Homeland Security, but they can and do work very closely together depending on the circumstances.

Alex Jones seems less and less hysterical about the intention of takeover of the USA. To have martial law in the US is a step towards the totalitarian take down.

I am really outraged that on the one hand, there was no effort to stop the spread, (flights coming in for weeks), the allowance of mask hoarding so we have no PPE, the confused press conferences with outright lies. Next the promotion of mass panic and destruction of small commerce. Individual family economics cannot afford to weather many days of no income. No warning as everyone was encouraged to be nonchalant causes even more psychic unraveling. THEN the LOCKDOWN.

Even poor humor sometimes has a way of illustrating so people allow in information that is contradicting their POV.

I don't hate Trump. I despise that this is a major crisis which leads us into a hell which did NOT necessarily have to happen. The role of President carries a responsibility. Promises promises and Trump always shifts the blame. He has puffed himself up into the bloviated stature of a giant worm. The worm turned on YOU. Trump apologists at this point seem so stubbornly in denial.

Look for this in your family/neighborhood unless a miracle does happen IMO.

Your assessment is right on for the US. I find it absolutely unbelievable that the US government never bothered to stockpile PPE for an event like this. No hand sanitizers ,no PPE for the citizens or healthcare providers and all they can do is brag about all the money they are willing to throw at this and all the "experts" we have at our disposal. You know what, I think I'd trade it all for a little common sense about now.

In that common sense show interview with Mike Adams that Bill posted a couple days ago, it was stated that CDC people travelled 'incognito' to Australia to conduct tests in relation to Corona virus.

Allegedly one of the tests was to try to understand why the warm weather there was not slowing down the virus.

I can't remember what the other 'test' was.

My point being, why the hell were they sneaking around the world incognito at all. Have I missed something? What were they really up to in Australia, and why such shady behaviour.

Any other year during flu season, you hear about a bug and within a couple weeks it is everywhere. So with covid-19 starting in China Nov/Dec we should be seeing 10x the amount of sickness.

Why is Italy having so much more problems with this virus than Spain or France or any other country near there?

I keep thinking of that meeting of the 13 families of wealth in the City at London, England, at which was stated the Banker's desire to start WWIII and to give China a COLD! This COLD was obviously intended to spread, hence the above preparations. What really horrified me was the video of the virus in that Chinese City where they were welding up the exit doors from apartment sky scrapers because some or all of those inside were being left to DIE, presumably without help, food or medicine. I treat cockroaches better than these Elite treat people. Also, the treatment of animals on this planet is beyond VILE. These Criminals regard us as unfit to live and we should treat them accordingly.
