Hello dear ones
From the very heart of me I just want to say that I'm ever so grateful to be here with you all again.
It's been a while hasn't it?
And I've missed you all.
Right. Now let's get down to business.
As the days go by and we are heading into the unknown, we need all the moral support/help/assistance we can get. So if you are feeling overwhelmed, if you are feeling a bit panicked or anxious or if everything is feeling a bit too surreal, I'm here for you unconditionally.
We are living in unusual times and I am aware that when one is faced with extraordinary circumstances such as these that we can have blocks to our own healing, and sometimes we do need that little extra something to guide us through. Sometimes, even the most brilliant self-healing techniques work better when we have someone with whom we can work with, one-to-one.
Some of you may already be aware that for a while now, I have been trained in, and have worked with quite a few energy healing modalities.
One of the most powerful healing techniques I like to use for dissolving fear and anxiety is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). The reason I like it so much is that it practical and it works. I am trained in other modalities as well and I will often use these in conjunction with EFT however, EFT is always my first go-to in emergency situations.
As an example of just how powerful this technique can be, one afternoon I was travelling on a train when I noticed that a woman was having real difficulties with breathing. She was having a severe asthma attack. Her partner had already called for an ambulance and they were getting off at the next stop.
I quickly told them what I could do to help and so I began tapping on the woman. We all got off together at the next stop and I continued to tap on her. Within minutes of tapping on her, her asthma symptoms had completely disappeared and we were able to cancel the ambulance.
I'm offering free 1 to 1.5 hour sessions (you can have more than 1 session if you need it).
