Here is just a snippet of what he shared:

Brian spent time in the outback, connected with the indigenous spirits called the Numfries (not sure on the spelling here) and was given an enormous amount of information.

He woke up one particular morning and the indigenous spirits told him the approach that we need to go about with dealing with this whole lock down situation.

The approach is for a citizen's arrest on all the people involved with the violating our rights

Brian is working in conjunction with someone who has a lot of experience in this area.
These people are currently working with getting all the information necessary to do it.

The right person is needed to lead the way, otherwise people can be set up and framed for anything and everything. There's a particular person who Brian feels is the exact person needed to lead this movement.

The citizens' arrests would occur in a non violent way, using the legal system against itself
eg. martial arts, you can use somebody else's force against themselves.

The idea is to not resist, just redirecting the force that is being thrown at us and directing those forces in the direction that we want them to go.

The laws governing “citizen’s arrest” are not uniform and vary a bit from state to state. Some states have statutes that detail the circumstances under which a citizen’s arrest can be made, other states only recognize citizen’s arrest by case law or common law.

As a general rule citizen’s arrest is a defense to a criminal or civil claim against the arrestor, such as a claim for assault and battery and false imprisonment. The arrestor has to have a good faith reasonable belief that a misdemeanor has been committed in his presence or that a felony has been committed, even if not in his presence.

Also, the defense typically only applies between private citizens. That is, when a private(s) citizen arrests another private citizen(s). The defense may not, and likely does not, exist when a private citizen(s) attempts to arrest a government or state actor, such as a governor, mayor etc. (Although there are cases of private citizens arresting LEO and successfully using the defense.) There are too many so-called immunities and other privileges, even in the face of clear abuse or usurpation of power, that apply to state actors that would likely prevent the defense of citizen’s arrest from being successful.

Thread carefully in this area.

PS. I’m not sure the defense of citizen’s arrest is recognized in the federal law. However, if a case is pending in federal court and state law applies, which it often does, then the defense may be available. But if one is in federal court and only federal law applies, which is also often the case, the defense may not exist.

A Hidden Life
I finished watching a most extraordinary 3 hour movie today.
It cut through me like a sword and galvanized me into action after a long bout of struggle with lethargy and ennui.
I highly recommend it; it's based on a true story, and those are always the most powerful.

Its' message is so timely, though it's about a conscientious objector, a farmer in the time of Nazi Germany who, in spite of his deep love for his wife, children, village and the life on his family farm, refuses to pledge his allegiance to Herr Hitler.
No Hollywood ending, but gorgeous scenery, great acting, writing and directing, and so much in the plot line that will make you think and feel more deeply about what is happening today.
I watched it just after watching one of the Amazing Polly's latest episode at
