That's not the 2011 Contagion, with Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Laurence Fishburne, Kate Winslet, Jude Law, and many others.

This is the 2007 TV series Pandemic. (Maybe all the episodes strung together... I've not checked.)

Pandemic might be quite good as a TV series (not watched it, though I definitely will) — but the 2011 movie Contagion has an all-star Hollywood cast and is really very good. And yes, it's a scary, very well done 2011 version of almost exactly what we're experiencing now.
