Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:

1.The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

2.The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

3.The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.

4.The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.

5.No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

6.The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

7.Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death.

8.The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

9.During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10.During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

Seeing as no country has ratified the code in law I wouldn't hold much hope of any government recognising or acting to remedy any breach of this code, though most of the world's governments are indeed imo, in breach of the code.

The code refers to medical experiments. It is a specific doctrine addressing a specific issue -- that medical "experiments" were done by the Nazis on their incarcerated concentration camp internees as a form of torture.

The code is from international humanitarian law -- which is the law of war, and applies during armed conflict. Only.

The government requiring wearing masks and requiring vaccinations is neither something occurring in a state of war nor an experiment. The prohibition of medical experiments, in its modern and binding form, is in the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, and has nothing to do with measures taken in peacetime on uninterned people during a pandemic.

As a medical, I can put a mask with oxygen on you and perform CPR on you without your consent if you are unconscious because of a life-threatening situation. I can do that fully within the law, regardless of Nuremberg or any other international convention.

Public health authorities have the power to enforce quarantines and always have. It is not an abrogation of your civil rights, it is an acknowledgement that your "civil rights" do not allow you to threaten the lives of others -- in this case by willfully spreading a potentially lethal disease.

Well, if I understand what Greg Hallett uncovered recently, the people of the UK haven't been citizens nor subjects but chatttel since 1688... and I suspect similar loopholes are buried under tons of dust for other European countries.

I might add to what I posted earlier. At an event, we were called to a scene where a young child had a headache. The thing is, young children don't usually get headaches, excepting from getting hit in the head. The highest ranking of us there, and therefore in charge of the scene, immediately put an N-95 on the child and backed everyone away. He did so quite legally, without the consent to treat from the child's parents, or worrying about any bystander's, healthcare worker or otherwise, right to freedom of movement, or any other authority except public health. The child was then asked if she could touch her chin to her chest. On passing that test, we then moved forward to ask for consent and then treat the child.

The point is, meningitis is sufficiently dangerous, and sufficiently communicable, and is of sufficiently high risk as a cause of a childhood headache, that the public health outweighed any other rights or protocols until it was established.

It's a true story, some identifying information has been altered or omitted on purpose to allow it to be told.

Public health can easily override any other medical protocols and can also easily override other so called rights, for the duration of an emergency. Just like being a danger to oneself or others can be grounds for putting someone in a locked ward for evaluation, some diseases all the time -- meningitis, tuberculosis -- and some temporarily, can become public health emergencies during which everything up to and including quarantine are quite legal and in the public good.

Yesterday's footage of the historic demonstration in Leipzig, Germany. The demonstration was on 7th November 2020 marking the demonstration of 7th November 1989 which played a major part in the fall of the wall.

Yesterday the demo was stopped at roughly 3:45pm and the police asked the crowds to disperse. People remained and eventually the police allowed the thousands of demonstrators to peacefully walk on the same route as in 1989. From around 2:14:00, you can see how things unfolded and eventually the police allowed everyone through. The atmosphere was wonderful. I felt privaleged to be there and be a part of the movement for freedom, peace and against a dictatorship (Frieden, Freiheit, keine Diktator! as you will hear people shouting)!

Hundreds of students came out to protest at Manchester University.

At Manchester University, students woke up on the first day of lockdowns to find fences had been erected around their dormitories, penning them in like a prison.

They had apparently had enough, and by that evening, the fences were tore down, and the University backed down.

Students at the University of Manchester have ripped down ‘lockdown’ fencing that was installed without warning at their Fallowfield campus.

Hundreds of students staged a protest on Thursday night, after the university erected metal fencing at halls of residences including Owens Park and Unsworth Park.

Earlier in the day, the university had issued a statement saying the fencing was put in place as a security measure as England enters another four week lockdown.

But they were heavily criticised by some students and parents for ‘penning them in’, with students only learning what was happening when they woke up to find the fencing being erected.

Shortly before 9pm, around an hour after the protests began, the university issued an apology, and said the fencing would be removed on Friday morning.

But by then a number of the fences had already been ripped down during the demonstration.

Nurse Whistleblower Resigns in Public

An NHS nurse in Britain publicly resigned while wearing her uniform before releasing the real numbers of COVID patients in her hospital and denouncing the government’s disastrous lockdown policy.

The whole of England officially entered lockdown 2.0 today despite numerous experts warning that lockdowns will eventually end up killing more people than coronavirus itself.

A video out of Cornwall shows a nurse in uniform giving a speech explaining why she decided to resign from her job.

“I don’t need the uniform to prove that I work for them, but today, I’m publicly resigning,” she stated.

The nurse then revealed how she received an email from her bosses demanding an explanation as to why she was being critical of official COVID policy and that people were “reporting” her.

“Unfortunately I can’t lie anymore,” said the nurse, explaining how she took a screenshot of internal hospital data showing there were just three people across three hospitals in the region infected with COVID.

The total deaths from these three hospitals across the last 7 months is just 76 people, roughly 10 deaths a month, according to the nurse, who questioned why it was necessary for her region to go into lockdown given such sparse figures.

Police in London Arrest 190 Anti-lockdown Protesters

Breitbart News, which has correspondents in London, is reporting that police in London arrested 190 anti-lockdown protesters at the so-called ‘Million Mask March’ against the second national lockdown in England.

On November 5th — the anniversary of the foiling of the Gunpowder Plot to blow up the State Opening of Parliament in 1605, known as Guy Fawkes Night in Britain — the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS, or Met) prevented lockdown protesters from gathering in Trafalgar Square, forcing demonstrators onto the streets.

The MPS employed tactics such as kettling, in which lines of police separate crowds into small cordoned off areas, in order to prevent the protesters from massing and making it easier to arrest people.

All of the 190 people that were arrested were detained for “breaching the new coronavirus legislation” and will be investigated for a fixed penalty notice. One of those arrested is facing the maximum £10,000 fine, the police said in a statement.

In a Breitbart London exclusive video, police are seen arresting members of the protest for alleged breaches of the coronavirus restrictions. Police were also seen threatening to arrest a Santa Claus impersonator, who claimed that he was not part of the demonstration.

One officer was heard asking if the Santa Claus was “peaceful”, to which a bystander proclaimed: “Of course he’s peaceful!”

Breitbart London was told by police that journalists were also prohibited from the demo and that journalists who refused to vacate the area would be arrested.

Footage shared on social media purportedly showed police arresting a man who claimed to be a journalist, saying that he was violating the public health order. Other footage allegedly showed the police asking journalists if they have been “authorised” by the MPS press department to cover the event.

"As literally millions of people take to the streets all across Europe to protest new COVID orders as many face a second “lockdown” this year in the name of COVID, there is growing evidence that as states in the U.S. try to order more people to obey their edicts as the U.S. also heads towards a second lockdown, that law enforcement simply is going to refuse to enforce these orders this time around.

Why? Because they are too busy enforcing real laws and chasing down real criminals, rather than worrying about who is in your home for Thanksgiving, or if you are walking around outside without a face mask, etc.

The vast majority of the U.S. public seems to still get their information from the corporate media controlled by the Globalists, so will enough of the public wake up to the fact that all of these COVID orders are NOT laws, and are legally unenforceable?

The American public appears to be sufficiently uneducated enough today to not even understand what a “law” is anymore. A new law is made when someone in the legislature proposes a “bill” which then must pass both houses of the legislature, which is the government body tasked with making “laws,” and then signed into law by the executive branch, either the Governor at the state level, or the President at the national level.

The executive branch can issue “orders,” but the issuance of an “order” does not automatically make it either “legal,” or “enforceable.” Not even during a “pandemic.”

Since these COVID “orders” by Governors are supposedly in the name of “emergency health orders” related to COVID, it appears that most of the country’s law enforcement agencies are waking up to the fact that these Governors just mostly want more control, especially when they themselves do not even follow their own orders, and these orders actually have little or nothing to do with “health,” and are therefore refusing to enforce them.

In New York, Governor Andrew Cuomo got upset this week because many of the State’s Sheriffs have come out and assured the public that they are not going to enforce his order that no more than 10 people can attend a Thanksgiving dinner.

New York’s governor Andrew Cuomo has warned law enforcement they have to implement his Covid restrictions over Thanksgiving.

Mr Cuomo had faced a revolt from a string of upstate sheriffs who said they would not have officers implement the rules that bans more than 10 people at family gatherings.

“I don’t believe as a law enforcement officer you get to pick and choose which laws you enforce,” said Mr Cuomo said in response to the criticism. (Source.)

Sorry Mr. Cuomo, but your “order” is not a law! And law enforcement is correct in not using their time in chasing down REAL criminals to be raiding peoples’ Thanksgiving dinner plans.

New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, who has made a similar order for her state, came out in public and even admitted that her order, or anybody else’s order limiting people attending Thanksgiving dinners, is not enforceable.

During an interview aired on Friday’s “PBS NewsHour,” New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) said that “You can’t enforce” the state’s five-person family gathering limitation and no place in the nation can enforce such a rule.

“NewsHour” Senior National Correspondent Amna Nawaz asked, “You’re asking people in New Mexico to limit their gatherings to five. How do you begin to enforce that?”

Grisham responded, “So, you ask one of the most important questions. You can’t enforce that. There is no way, anywhere in the country, we’re going to be able to say, look, you brought another household together. There [were] ten of you having Thanksgiving dinner.” (Source.)

How sad that so many in the U.S. will obey these “unenforceable” orders and willingly allow their Thanksgiving plans to be ruined.

In West Virginia, Governor Jim Justice issued an “amended” order for face masks making them required even inside buildings. He threatened to close down any businesses that refuse to comply.

To the business owners, he told them to call law enforcement if their patrons did not comply with his order.

Sorry Governor! Your order is not a law, and is unenforceable.

Lawyers and the West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey opposed the governor, and so the governor backed down.

Beckley attorney Robert Dunlap stated:

“Governors have the ability to take you out of jail, it’s called a pardon. They don’t have the ability to put you in jail.” (Source.)

In Oregon, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office has also publicly stated that they will not enforce Governor Kate Brown’s orders after she publicly told citizens to call the police on people who were not adhering to her COVID decrees. Then there is Governor Newsom, who presides over what some people refer to as the Communist Republic of California.

Newsom has gone farther than any U.S. governor to date, imposing a state-wide curfew between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

And this is following days of media coverage attacking him for failing to obey his own COVID orders by wining and dining with other officials, unmasked with no social distancing, at a fancy restaurant where someone took pictures that made its way to the press. (Source.)

Just after Newsom ordered the curfew, Breitbart News reported that every single Sheriff in Southern California has publicly stated that they will NOT enforce Newsom’s curfew.

Fox News interviewed Sacramento County’s (California State Capital) Sheriff Scott Jones who stated that he also was not going to enforce the Governor’s curfew order, nor any other COVID order.

On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones said that he won’t enforce the state’s coronavirus curfew or any current or future coronavirus orders.

Jones explained that his department still has “the same types and amounts of calls for service as we always have” to deal with and he doesn’t want his sheriffs “to be instruments of…oppression. I want folks to call us when they need help, knowing that we are going to show up and make their lives better and make the situation better, and this is the opposite of that.”

Jones said, “Well, we won’t be enforcing that, or any of the other orders that are in existence now or might be coming. A couple of reasons for that: Really one is practical. We still have the same types and amounts of calls for service as we always have, from the mundane to the exciting.

But there’s also kind of a theoretical aspect of it. I mean, my kids, my family, my extended family are all suffering during this, like everybody’s family. And it really has had an oppressive effect on everybody’s family, and I really don’t want our women and men of the sheriff’s office to be instruments of that oppression.

I want folks to call us when they need help, knowing that we are going to show up and make their lives better and make the situation better, and this is the opposite of that.” (Source.)

This is not to say that there are no law enforcement groups, particularly city police departments who in some neighborhoods will use any means they can to control the public, especially in high crime areas, who will try to enforce these orders, like the curfews in California.

But even then, they do not have the law on their side, and these kinds of orders with no basis in the law are increasingly being defeated in court.

So what are you going to do America? The emperor has no clothes.

If you are not going to resist the wholesale destruction of America and what few freedoms we still have left, when law enforcement is overwhelmingly on your side, what are you going to do when the vaccine comes out and they try to vaccinate everyone in the nation?

Because then you will probably be dealing with the military, who are trained to fight and kill, rather than your neighborhood law enforcement officers, many of whom also have families living in your community.

There is no political solution to this problem. These orders will only get worse, and they are happening in both Blue and Red states, and it matters not who sits in the Oval Office.

Only massive resistance by the public, such as we are starting to see now in Europe, will put a stop to this madness.

UPDATE 11/22/20 – And for those law enforcement officers who do try to enforce illegal governor orders, this is an example of what to do, as several business owners in Buffalo New York chased health officials and sheriff deputies off of their property! "

LOS ANGELES - FOX 11 obtained exclusive photos on Tuesday night of Governor Gavin Newsom allegedly eating at the French Laundry restaurant in Yountville, California at a dinner party he attended on November 6 not following his own COVID-19 protocols he set forth for the state.

Now new fallout on Wednesday evening over the two photos obtained exclusively by FOX 11 Tuesday night showing Governor Gavin Newsom dining at the luxurious French Laundry restaurant in Napa for the birthday dinner of well-known lobbyist Jason Kinney.

Not only do they call into question Governor Newsom's explanation that the dinner was outside they also reveal that two high-level members of the California Medical Association were there at the dinner with the governor and that’s sparking outrage.

The photos now picked up by media outlets all over the country, The New York Times, The Daily Mail, The New York Post, Politico, The LA Times, and many more in a story that has become a national symbol of do as I say, not as I do.

FOX 11 spoke to Jamie Court about the photos and said, "Well I was shocked, first of all, that they were so close together, and it didn’t appear they were outside."

Court is president of the progressive organization Consumer Watchdog and his shock didn’t end with what he saw in the photos, but who he saw in them.

A closer look reveals that Janus Norman a top lobbyist for the California Medical Association who is sitting right next to Governor Newsom.


On Newsom's other side is the CEO of the California Medical Association Dustin Corcoran.


Neither of them, as a matter of fact, no one at the table was wearing a mask or social-distancing despite the CMA funding an ad campaign this year urging people to wear masks.

Court says, "The message is to forget the pandemic, sit as close as you can, no face-coverings, no masks, no social-distancing, this is the state’s medical association, they speak for the doctors in the state, and their chief lobbyist and the president are sitting shoulder to shoulder with the governor as though its’ any time in American history not in the time of a pandemic."

"If I didn’t know how long they’d been there and how in with the association they were I would say the medical association should fire the president and lobbyist cause it reflects really poorly on them."

FOX 11 reached out to Norman Corcoran and the CMA for comment but never heard back.

On Monday Newsom apologized for what he called 'a bad mistake' in attending a birthday party that broke the very rules that he has been talking about to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

He has suffered severe political backlash since it surfaced Friday that he and his wife attended the party with a dozen friends at the French Laundry restaurant in wine country north of San Francisco.

FOX 11 spoke to the woman who took the photos and told us:

"While we were there we realized there was a very loud party going on in a room 20 feet from us. It was a bit annoying since you’re spending hard-earned money to go there."

She said, "It got louder and louder and so they had some sliding glass doors that they were able to close, so then it was a closed-off room but you could still hear them with how loud they were."



"I just happened to look over and realize hey is that Gavin Newsom, who is that? And I did ask one of the waitresses and she confirmed it was, so I was able to take a couple of photos, I was able to document this especially since nobody was wearing a mask. It was a very large group of people shoulder to shoulder, something that he’s always telling us not to do so yeah it was a bit annoying for sure", the woman said.



After the woman heard his public apology she said, "I was surprised because it didn’t look like he was uncomfortable being there until the very end until people were looking at him and staring at him as he was leaving the room."

Newsom said he realized as soon as he sat down at the outdoor table that the group was larger than he had expected to celebrate the 50th birthday of Jason Kinney, a political adviser that Newsom said he has known for 20 years.

FOX 11 reached out to Newsom's office and they referred us to his previous apology and will not comment on the specifics of this report.

A spokesperson for Jason Kinney sent us the following statement:

“The guests and the restaurant followed all applicable state and county public health guidance. The guests specifically required outdoor seating. And that’s outdoor seating, as confirmed and provided by the restaurant.”

"Yesterday we reported how many law enforcement officials across the nation have stated that they will not enforce new COVID orders from governors. See:

The question I posed in the headline was, “Will the public follow?”

Early indications are they will! Apparently many people are fed up with the ongoing unending COVID orders that are literally destroying lives, and they are making it very clear that they will NOT comply this time!

In a video that has gone viral on YouTube (we have a backup copy on our Bitchute channel processing right now just in case it disappears), business owners in Buffalo, New York, had gathered at an Orchard Park gym to discuss what to do with the state’s new COVID orders, when the Health Department showed up along with two armed Sheriff Deputies in bullet-proof vests from the Erie County Sheriff’s Office to try to enforce Cuomo’s new COVID orders.

The business owners do not recognize the authority of either the Health Department or law enforcement, and tell them to come back once there is a law and they have a warrant, and told them to get off their property because they were trespassing.

When they do not leave, they start chanting GET OUT and they leave the building. Standing in the parking lot, they continue demanding that they leave and start chanting: WE WILL NOT COMPLY!

Faced with opposition, non-violent opposition at that, the tyrants leave.

Robby Dinero, a former Marine who owns the gym, told the NBC affiliate he called the meeting as a protest of the harsh restrictions being implemented for a second time.

“I am a local business owner. My business is now shut down for the second time, so I posted on Facebook that anybody that wanted to fight back, any other business owners that wanted to learn how we could fight back against New York State, could join me for a protest at my gym,” Dinero said.

The video was taken by blogger Tim Walton, who also shared comments from one business owner who wished to remain anonymous.

“We are struggling. Our livelihoods have been taken. Our income has been controlled. Our freedoms have been taken away and many of us are about to lose everything we’ve worked for and they want us to sit there and not stand up?” the individual said.

“How can they tell you to close your business, then argue that you can’t even meet to come up with ways to survive — and meanwhile there’s no help from the government and very few elected officials even standing up for businesses and it’s starting to be noticed,” he added. (Full article.)

What California Curfew?
Governor Newsom of California, who was in hot water with the corporate media last week for being caught on camera in a restaurant with many other people breaking his own COVID orders, became the first governor in the U.S. this week to attempt to impose a COVID curfew, forbidding people to be outdoors between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

As we reported yesterday, almost all of the Sheriffs in California have come forward in public to state that they will NOT enforce Newsom’s illegal curfew.

Um, California puts county directors of public health in charge, and has a rating system, and things that have to be done if you have a certain rating. It was actually the Bay Area county directors of public health that shut down 7 counties before the state ever did. Now we have counties that are rated purple (one above red), and the rules are that certain things shut down in purple. If you don't want shut downs, don't let the pandemic get to purple in your county. Simple. That's why we're twice as big as Texas and have fewer cases and deaths, and twice as big as New York and have far less deaths.

Huntington Beach has been derelict since way back in March, they aren't rising up for anything, their whole economy is based on people going to the beach, since, like a lot of those counties, they prefer to bet their county money on derivatives pretending that they won't have to pay taxes, and constantly going bankrupt and having to be bailed out by people who have more responsibility than a two year old.

Not buying the whole rise up for freedom thing, Orange County has a maturity problem and has for decades.
