U.S. Navy officials issued a stunning statement a few days ago. The Navy announced it is developing new policies that will make it easier for pilots and other military personnel to file official reports about encounters with “unexplained aerial phenomena”, otherwise known as UFOs.

The Pentagon says it can explain three previously leaked videos of supposed UFOs, and the explanation is simple: they’re real, and they’re still a total mystery.
The U.S. government declassified three top-secret videos of “unexplained aerial phenomena” on Monday, confirming that clips that first surfaced in 2017 are legitimate.

That’s not to say that the videos contain real footage of aliens, but only that the objects seen flying in the videos remain “unidentified,” according to the Pentagon.
Unidentified. Flying. Objects. In other words, UFOs.

The U.S. Navy is officially releasing the footage “to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos,” Pentagon spokesperson Sue Gough said on Monday.

“After a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems, and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena.”

The announcement is more vindication for Tom DeLonge, the Blink-182 band member and alien enthusiast who released the videos to the New York Times in 2017 through his UFO research organization, To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science (TTSA).
The U.S. Navy didn’t acknowledge the videos when they surfaced in late 2017, though a spokesperson for the navy eventually confirmed that they were real in late 2019.
“This is all about frequent incursions into our training ranges by UAPs [unidentified aerial phenomena],” said Joe Gradisher, spokesperson for the deputy chief of naval operations for information warfare, in an interview with CNN last September. “Those incursions present a safety hazard to the safe flight of our aviators and security of our operations.”

Gradisher said at the time that transparency around the sightings was important so that pilots won’t feel ashamed to report something that could be dangerous.

DeLonge celebrated the Pentagon’s decision on Twitter on Monday.
“The Pentagon just officially released my videos,” he wrote. “Just saying,” he added, along with a sunglasses emoji.


All three videos released by DeLonge’s organization were captured by U.S. military fighter pilots.


The first video, nicknamed “FLIR1,” shows pilots examining a UFO through a sensor camera that flips through several different scans. The object abruptly zips away at high speed, eluding the pilot’s efforts to lock onto it. It was recorded in 2004 off the coast of San Diego, Calif., according to TTSA.

The second video, called “GIMBAL,” shows a disk-shaped object with a small protrusion at the bottom of it. It was recorded by a U.S. Navy fighter pilot using an infrared camera in January 2015, the Pentagon confirmed on Monday.

Two pilots can be heard marvelling at the sight in audio from the clip.
“It’s a f–king drone, bro,” one says.

“There’s a whole fleet of them,” the other says. “My gosh!”

One of the pilots then points out that the object is flying at high speed against the wind.

“The wind’s 120 knots out of the west,” he says. “Look at that thing, dude!”
The object then tilts 90 degrees, and the video ends.

The third video, titled “GO FAST,” shows an object doing exactly that. The unidentified object can be seen moving at an extremely high speed over water and below the fighter jet recording it. The fighter tries to lock onto the object with infrared sensors but the instruments can’t keep up.

The Pentagon has indicated that “GO FAST” was also recorded in January 2015.

All three videos are now available through the Pentagon’s reading room, where they have the same names as those used by TTSA.

Nevada Sen. Harry Reid, a UFO enthusiast, hailed the Pentagon’s move on Monday while calling for even more disclosures.

“It only scratches the surface of research and materials available,” he tweeted. “The U.S. needs to take a serious, scientific look at this and any potential national security implications. The American people deserve to be informed.”
Reid is a former Senate majority leader who once earmarked $22 million for UFO research in the U.S. federal budget, from late 2008 through 2011.

The Pentagon did not release any additional footage or content along with the three clips, but it has stoked a flurry of excitement among UFO enthusiasts with its simple acknowledgement that the videos are legitimate.

In other words, the truth was out there.
Now, the real mystery is identifying those flying objects.

I don't agree with your assessment. I'm not going to get into the science behind why the lockdowns on account of the Covid-19 pandemic are necessary ─ because it's off-topic for this thread ─ but if anything has become clear on the topic of UFOs/USOs over the past seven decades, then it is that the US military knows all too well that these things are technologically far more advanced than any kind of propulsion method, weapon or defense we have here on Earth, and as such, that there isn't a single damn thing the Pentagon could do if these ships/vehicles were indeed hostile.

In fact, that is the very reason why they had hitherto remained in denial about the phenomenon, and why UFO research had so far always been met with knee-jerk ridicule in the mainstream media. They just couldn't publicly acknowledge that they were feeling powerless and that they could not "protect the people" if these things were to turn out hostile. There's a very severe psychological factor involved for the entire US military-industrial apparatus ─ and even the US government ─ on account of admitting their impotence. They just cannot have that. It goes against everything they've been putting out since at least as early as the end of World War II.

Another thing is that, barring the cases in which there were actual abductions and cattle mutilations, most ET contact of the first three kinds (as per J. Allen Hynek) has always been peaceful and harmless. So the scaremongering hypothesis doesn't make any sense, because if anything has become clear after decades of UFO sightings, then it's that UFOs are not a threat to us ─ notwithstanding that they could easily wipe us all out if that were their intent ─ and because our own weapons and defenses are completely useless against their level of technology.

The real reason why there now is this type of soft disclosure is simply that the situation is now no longer under the control of an elite. More and more sightings are being reported, even by the mainstream military, and many more people with direct involvement in the Pentagon's UFO research program ─ however they wish to call it in the media ─ are coming forward and blowing the whistle. So they can't keep on containing, ridiculing and/or denying the matter any longer, notwithstanding that they're still running behind on the facts ─ the most recent one of the now published cases already dates back to 2015 ─ and that they now maintain the still somewhat denialist moniker "unidentified aerial phenomena". Also, the USA isn't the only country in the world where UFOs/USOs are being reported, so there's no point in continuing to stick their heads in the sand and pretend that this isn't happening.

There should be some perspective put here in that a siloed section of the military, likely international and globalist corporate in nature, have a secret space program that has tech well beyond our current public realm. The most recent place I saw this referenced was in the Wikipedia pages for Robert Bigelow:

"In 1995, Bigelow founded the National Institute for Discovery Science to research and advance study of various fringe sciences and paranormal topics, most notably ufology.[8] The organization researched cattle mutilation and black triangle reports, ultimately attributing the latter to the military.[9] The institute was disbanded in 2004."

There are many other sources that have verified the existence of the ssp, including extensive research by Richard Dolan. Ben Rich, former head of Lockheed Skunk works, said just after his retirement and just before he died that they had achieved such tech as they could 'take ET home', implying that they had achieved interstellar flight capabilities (likely faster than light).

So, it is likely the black triangles that Bigelow's organization attributed to the military utilizes anti-gravity tech. This certainly doesn't mean that the ssp has reached technical parity with ETs, but it does imply that they are far, far more advanced than they let on.

The technical advanced nature of the ssp puts a twist on this UAP/UFO 'disclosure' by the pentagon. What if these hovering 'Tic tacs' are actually vehicles from military's own repertoire? What if this is fake disclosure?

Another thing to remember that black triangles have been reported seen in the California wildfires, of which the activity of energy weapons is quite evident where houses have been sawn in half, and houses burnt to the ground and nearby woodland and shrubs are untouched.

The ssp appears to have been turned against the public. Evidence of anti-gravity and/or energy weapons were apparent in the aftermath of 9/11 (see Dr. Judy Wood's research).

So, be very leery of any spin the pentagon, and it's proxies (ie. DeLonge and his academy, which is crawling with cia types). Please realize that with all the 'social engineering' (lies) being propogated on the public, we are just being fed a bunch of big fat lies. In addition, the public is under physical attack, be it from planned-emic or 'wildfires'. These guys are the true danger to freedom in this world, and possibly a real danger to human survival.

As Richard Dolan is saying, the Pentagon's forced hand is encouraging, but we should be doubling down and asking more questions-who made these craft, if they are so vastly beyond anything we have-even in secret space programs.

The Pentagon's action takes on a historical character of recognition as it is the first time ever that the US Department of Defense, in confirming the authenticity of the three videos, recognizes the existence of the UAP/UFO phenomena. The reasons given by the Pentagon to release the footage “in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos" reveal a sensitivity towards the UFO/UAP phenomenon that can only find its foundation in the certainty of its absolute reality, although it still remains largely unknown

Yea, You are making a lot of assumptions. Even if most alien/ufo encounters are not harmful, there are many reports of harmful or negative ET's as well. Its not like the masses use their experience as a reference, they tend to just follow what the TV tells them to believe. So, they might freak out if its pumped up on the media.

There is no telling what kinds of tech our black projects have. They could also be trading tech with certain ET's to defend ourselves. So, we don't know how helpless we are. Not too mention, you assume their is no galactic law out there. For all we know, if some ET group attacked us they may lose endless value in business sanctions or whatever. Or we might have allies who would declare war and join the fight.

Lastly, we don't know if and which ET's the governments are involved with. They may disclose ET's as if they have no contact or awareness of who they are or what they want. THat could be a lie for whatever agenda as well.

But if there is a "real invasion" due to happen, and IF they are coming for war, what will be our (as humankind) chances anyway?
