    Default Future Nuclear defense

With the aid of sensors it is possible to detect radioactive materal, if we could scan the entirety of time space, then fill all of time space with a wireless data upload we could potentially prevent any and all nuclear attacks based off systems that use microcontroller hardware... This ofcourse would work with all modern day missles...

This type of technology would be relatively inexpensive, could piggy back on modern signals and thus stop any terrorist attack that would be conceived.

I also theorized a program that I call F.R.I.P That could use preexisting programs as building blocks for new programs, taking the old programs place, causing a nuclear device to read program to shut it down rather than causing it to explode.

This was theorized after roughly 2 decades of study, postulation and tribulation. Hope this someway effects future society in a way that is beneficial for people able to produce a reality or simulation that is worthy of admiration and inspires awe.
