So, this is is a test that doesn't need to happen, at all. It is not meant to test any new technology, or to ensure there's more accurate data or anything. It is just meant to show off, so as to "send a message" to the world to remind them that the US still has real nuclear weapons
Perhaps Russia should do a new "test" of the tsar bomb, this time at full capacity, just to remind "some people" who had/has the upper hand in that particular game. But let's just for a moment imagine the US/Allies papers headlines if this would even be remotely considered LOL
Personal opinion: Someone's suffering a very bad manhood crisis, either a person or a country that needs to show they "still have it"
