Default Life as a Quadriplegic: Sarah Malthus

    This young woman is amazing.

She fell off her horse and fractured her neck, resulting in her being a quadriplegic.

But her attitude and drive are remarkable.

Very moving and inspirational. About 30 mins long:

    Her experience is wordless.
It is the declaration in full process of awareness, of a young heart, her struggle with every fiber of her body and soul proves the power of her pure smile in the courage to practice the art of living.

We usually say that every challenge is a blessing in disguise and on a personal level, it makes us much stronger, conscious and full of life.
What is worth mentioning is that my part of humanity in her soul, knows how much she needs love, so much need that eternity could not comprehend it.

(Note: Please do not thank me here, but rather to think of the healing of Sophia Malthus)

Instead, I would prefer that we all think in a totally different way, especially from the heart as in the beating of this moment in the hour of our existence, to recognize that we should all give many more good thoughts and many unconditional love for those who need it so much!

    She said:"So...just keep going"
And all this to be just human.

"Changed in a Moment" with Sophia Malthus

Tell me about your life, do you enjoy it?
Tell me about your experiences, which is the most evocative for you? What happened?
What are the improvements you have gladly made in your life?
What is the daily progress for you that you see? Are you satisfied?
Who are the people who have brought you the most joy and help in life?
What is the biggest change you have gone through?
Because all the questions, I assume, remain rhetorical if you may not have felt the change. Maybe it's not an attitude if there isn't enough patience, or together?

"Sophia was training to be a jockey when she was thrown from her horse, breaking her neck.
She tells us how the camaraderie of people experiencing the same thing helped pull her through."

    Sophia's Life Was Changed in a Moment(3:44)

The most personal thing that struck me was when she said, "I thought I was going to lie in bed looking at the ceiling," I said that a few years ago, and now I'm at the computer writing, I think I had good luck in this change.
And all this to be just human.
