Man, what timing, in the middle of all this covid scamdemic. This must be part of the plan, somehow it plays into their social engineering plans.

No Longer in Shadows, Pentagon’s U.F.O. Unit Will Make Some Findings Public
For over a decade, the program, now tucked inside the Office of Naval Intelligence, has discussed mysterious events in classified briefings.

By Ralph Blumenthal and Leslie KeanUpdated 5:13 p.m. ET
Despite Pentagon statements that it disbanded a once-covert program to investigate unidentified flying objects, the effort remains underway — renamed and tucked inside the Office of Naval Intelligence, where officials continue to study mystifying encounters between military pilots and unidentified aerial vehicles.

Pentagon officials will not discuss the program, which is not classified but deals with classified matters. Yet it appeared last month in a Senate committee report outlining spending on the nation’s intelligence agencies for the coming year. The report said the program, the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force, was “to standardize collection and reporting” on sightings of unexplained aerial vehicles, and was to report at least some of its findings to the public every six months.

While retired officials involved with the effort — including Harry Reid, the former Senate majority leader — hope the program will seek evidence of vehicles from other worlds, its main focus is on discovering whether another nation, especially any potential adversary, is using breakout aviation technology that could threaten the United States.

Senator Marco Rubio, the Florida Republican who is the acting chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, told a CBS affiliate in Miami this month that he was primarily concerned about reports of unidentified aircraft over American military bases — and that it was in the government’s interest to find out who was responsible.

He expressed concerns that China or Russia or some other adversary had made “some technological leap” that “allows them to conduct this sort of activity.”

Mr. Rubio said some of the unidentified aerial vehicles over U.S. bases possibly exhibited technologies not in the American arsenal. But he also noted: “Maybe there is a completely, sort of, boring explanation for it. But we need to find out.”

In 2017, The New York Times disclosed the existence of a predecessor unit, called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. Defense Department officials said at the time that the unit and its $22 million in funding had lapsed after 2012.

People working with the program, however, said it was still in operation in 2017 and beyond, statements later confirmed by the Defense Department.

The program was begun in 2007 under the Defense Intelligence Agency and was then placed within the office of the undersecretary of defense for intelligence, which remains responsible for its oversight. But its coordination with the intelligence community will be carried out by the Office of Naval Intelligence, as described in the Senate budget bill. The program never lapsed in those years, but little was disclosed about the post-2017 operations.

The Pentagon program’s previous director, Luis Elizondo, a former military intelligence official who resigned in October 2017 after 10 years with the program, confirmed that the new task force evolved from the advanced aerospace program.

“It no longer has to hide in the shadows,” Mr. Elizondo said. “It will have a new transparency.”

Mr. Elizondo is among a small group of former government officials and scientists with security clearances who, without presenting physical proof, say they are convinced that objects of undetermined origin have crashed on earth with materials retrieved for study.

For more than a decade, the Pentagon program has been conducting classified briefings for congressional committees, aerospace company executives and other government officials, according to interviews with program participants and unclassified briefing documents.

In some cases, earthly explanations have been found for previously unexplained incidents. Even lacking a plausible terrestrial explanation does not make an extraterrestrial one the most likely, astrophysicists say.

Mr. Reid, the former Democratic senator from Nevada who pushed for funding the earlier U.F.O. program when he was the majority leader, said he believed that crashes of vehicles from other worlds had occurred and that retrieved materials had been studied secretly for decades, often by aerospace companies under government contracts.

“After looking into this, I came to the conclusion that there were reports — some were substantive, some not so substantive — that there were actual materials that the government and the private sector had in their possession,” Mr. Reid said in an interview.

No crash artifacts have been publicly produced for independent verification. Some retrieved objects, such as unusual metallic fragments, were later identified from laboratory studies as man-made.

Harry Reid pushed for funding the earlier U.F.O. program when he was the Senate majority leader.Joe Buglewicz for The New York Times
Eric W. Davis, an astrophysicist who worked as a subcontractor and then a consultant for the Pentagon U.F.O. program since 2007, said that, in some cases, examination of the materials had so far failed to determine their source and led him to conclude, “We couldn’t make it ourselves.”

The constraints on discussing classified programs — and the ambiguity of information cited in unclassified slides from the briefings — have put officials who have studied U.F.O.s in the position of stating their views without presenting any hard evidence.

Mr. Davis, who now works for Aerospace Corporation, a defense contractor, said he gave a classified briefing to a Defense Department agency as recently as March about retrievals from “off-world vehicles not made on this earth.”

Mr. Davis said he also gave classified briefings on retrievals of unexplained objects to staff members of the Senate Armed Services Committee on Oct. 21, 2019, and to staff members of the Senate Intelligence Committee two days later.

Committee staff members did not respond to requests for comment on the issue.

Public fascination with the topic of U.F.O.s has drawn in President Trump, who told his son Donald Trump Jr. in a June interview that he knew “very interesting” things about Roswell — a city in New Mexico that is central to speculation about the existence of U.F.O.s. The president demurred when asked if he would declassify any information on Roswell. “I’ll have to think about that one,” he said.

Either way, Mr. Reid said, more should be made public to clarify what is known and what is not. “It is extremely important that information about the discovery of physical materials or retrieved craft come out,” he said.

On Monday, a possible larper who has claimed DOJ/FBI insider info for awhile and is archived here (I make no assessment regarding level of validity to his claims):

    https://paulfurber.net/bda/index.html

    stated:

    Quote 7/20/20(Mon)18:58

    1. Three Gorges Dam will collapse to lead the **** parade off.
    2. Currently Taiwan and the U.S. are negotiating a treaty to recognize Taiwan as an independent country. High probability this will happen. Remember Trump is serious about the **** China did on the Chinese virus.
    3. Madura will be removed from power in Venezuela and will probably be put in a wood chipper.
    4. Significant possibility of information being released regarding Alien space ships and Time Travel.
    5. Indictments of key Obama Administration officials in the Justice Department and FBI. Barr to make clear the role both Biden and Obama played in the effort to take Trump down.
    6. Unless Biden withdraws from the Presidential Race because of Dementia it will be revealed he is a pedophile.
    7. Flynn will reveal information showing Obama was not born in the U.S.
    8. Democrats will flip out and with the assistance of several deep state military officials with attempt an overthrow of the government in an attempt to prevent the election.
    9. The Chinese Virus will re-emerge as a major killer unless a vaccine that has already proven it works is released to the public. A few other things but this is enough for now.

This is not great news. In fact it is less than nothing. Blind people rejecting the existence of light.
    Talk about backpedaling.
    This is Disclosure--

First the White House says that there is no credible evidence, dismissing honored generals, colonels, and countless other heroes, then Trump saying "Not so much".
Why even go to the blind to learn color?
Why do we need ultra corrupt overseers who go to the top by stepping over all to tell us what is and what is not?
Why go to the preacher to learn of God?
Why give them more power when all they return is betrayal?
They say trust is earned, but what have these brainless, soulless, empty shells of human beings at the top done anything to earn it?

There are countless of us who know what we know because we have learned to trust each other, in our own experiences, and in our own hearts.
An honest person really can recognize another, especially over time.
Yes, people can lie, but a lie breaks down upon questioning, and their lies have been shredded to no end.

Ultimately, it is irrelevant as time reveals the fabric.
Perhaps I am preaching to the choir.

Why is everyone so hostile on this? This is great news! This is the *Disclosure* Forum after all.. Looking forward to what they release!
    Agreed!

The more "respectable" sources like NYT speak seriously about this, then more the average person feels justified in being able to talk about it seriously or share their experiences. And the more other journalists are given "permission" to report on it as well. Pretty sure Dark Journalist expressed this at some point, specifically about this (at the time, upcoming) NYT article. But I don't remember what show or when that was.

But here's an example of this giving other reporters the ability to discuss it seriously. The Hill reports on the NYT article. Note how Krystal tries to laugh it off at the beginning, but toward the end, even she is being serious. (It's a short video. Only 3:47) Neither Krystal nor Saager would have ever discussed this, even at this level, without some other "reputable" news source like NYT covering it first.

ETA: Maybe it was Joe Rogan and not Dark Journalist. I don't know. Half the time I don't even get to finish those shows.

It's clear that there's a kind of intermittent, stop-start effort at [very!] partial disclosure here. But the key word is partial. Some of the things George Knapp pointed out in his recent show with Joe Rogan (see this thread) were very pertinent. Maybe we really can't handle the entire, multidimensional truth.

I mean, supposing the human race is just someone else's science experiment? And that's just the opening to that deep-dive rabbit hole. As many commentators have pointed out over and over again, once one starts to 'disclose' at least semi-formally, then the questions come, or should do. And many of those questions are almost impossible (or impossibly uncomfortable) to answer.

Anything that the NYT might present is going to be very anodyne and superficial compared with whatever the highly complex and difficult reality might be. This has always been the dilemma, of course.

Unlike Richard Dolan, I don't trust TTSA in the tiniest bit. And TTSA are driving all this.

Nor Luis Elizondo, even less. It's been a long time since Rich has referred back to their on-record origin, which was Tom DeLonge being used opportunistically by the Pentagon and other authorities to help them with another shot at solving their longstanding problem. THAT means that everything's going to be spun to some optimum agenda. (Optimum for the Pentagon, not for us.)

And even though TTSA are in a difficult position regarding the Admiral Wilson document (see this thread) — because one of their extended family, Dr Eric Davis, is deeply involved — their very loud silence on that shows the extent to which, for whatever reasons, the truth is being massaged or just not talked about at all.

And the same with crash retrievals, back-engineering, the deployment of advanced technology in classified US vehicles (likely including interplanetary ones), maybe abductions, the Skinwalker Ranch phenomena (which we know is of interest to the DIA), and all the rest.

(I'm far from convinced the Tic-Tac craft, and the others that have been sighted and recorded near US naval exercises, are anything to do with ETs. They may very well be our own, with almost all naval officers entirely unaware, as they have no need to know.)

So I really don't think this kind of thing is anything to be excited about — personally. But I'm not discouraging anyone else from getting excited! Just explaining why, for me, this barely scratches any surface worth scratching.

That may be more of an emotionally-driven position than a strictly rational one, but it's one that I'm simply reporting honestly is right there whenever I'm prompted to take a look. Like, please wake me up when something really important is published.

Man, what timing, in the middle of all this covid scamdemic. This must be part of the plan, somehow it plays into their social engineering plans.

I almost feel as if I should apologize for butting in here. I’m getting the feeling that helium is the thread-killer (fear is the mind-killer, Dune). Wherever helium strays, that thread dies.

But reading many news stories today on this topic I couldn’t help but think that when everyone is preoccupied with unemployment, financial problems, and social unrest, tiny bits of information might be trickled out without causing any kind of uproar. When it comes down to it, the only thing that has the potential to create social disorder when it comes to disclosure is some sort of official statement that UFO/UAP’s are extraterrestrial. Today I read articles related to the Times’ story that used the term ‘off-planet’ and I was struck with how that term made me feel. Which was more accepable, less triggering, than ‘alien’ or ‘ET,’ etc. At least in my mind off-planet sounds pretty neutral. Might less threatening, more neutral terms be creeping in as everyone’s preoccupied, and at some point the actual disclosure appears ho-hum?

Maybe I’ve been watching too much Expanse and I’ve acclimated to the idea that off-planet is just another term for ‘in-orbit’ or ‘Mars rover.’ But I wouldn’t put anything past the manipulative abilities of the powers-that-shouldn’t-be to use creative linguistics to fudge the agenda. After all, something’s gotta give sooner or later. We all know that.

Sometimes I suspect that the slow trickle of information needs to be amped up a bit so that when truly anomalous aircraft appear in the next war the public might not be as alarmed as they would be if they weren’t prepared. Anyone recall the public unveiling of the F-117 and how downright alien and scary that plane appeared? My question is who will be on the receiving end of whatever weapons a breakthrough tech craft can wield? Is it the US? China? Russia? Or all of the above?

I’ve always had the creeping feeling that the tic-tac and Fravor’s story were merely one (hidden) branch of the military toying with another (unhidden) branch. The former could have all of the inside info necessary to stage the tic-tac exactly where it needed to be. In other words, it was an inside job. Off-planet perhaps, but not alien. When the ET part comes out it will be something like ‘Oh they aren’t around any more but we got their tech.’ By then disclosure is totally ho-hum because everyone is struggling just to survive another day.

Plandemic doesn’t mean the virus isn’t real. I’ve been waiting for the next shoe to drop for months, or at least for some indication that a shoe will drop sooner rather than later. War is the most likely. Which will very likely be catastrophic, which means all bets are off and the tech will be revealed.

Yep! I can't be sure (and neither can anyone, unless they're read into the program), but I'm very far from convinced these aren't advanced, classified US vehicles testing what happens when they come up against regular seamen and airmen (and regular technology) — even very senior officers, who have no idea what's actually going on.

Why classified US, Bill? Maybe developed on US soil, but no more US than belonging to any other national entity. I'm really skeptical. It just doesn't seem like there is a US any more. All evidence points to the fact that what was once the US is under attack by it's own politicians who dance there little dance to some hidden puppeteer. Nobody is stupid enough to have screwed up the COVID response so badly, not even the so-called donald. It was all premeditated. The very first hint was way back when a large tourist ship was allowed to release all passengers on the East Coast. So whomever runs the hidden tech isn't likely to be using it for the good of the US. The US is walking dead.

But these matters don't stop me from strongly suspecting that there aren't dimensional or interstellar beings involved at a level that won't be revealed unless it's in their interests. That's not part of disclosure as far as the Times is concerned, though.

Yes, I agree! When I said 'US', that might have been a little loose.

And, yes, I agree that the sheer edifice of errors, omissions, and overall chaos, incompetence, mismanagement and conflict in the US strongly looks to have been designed to take the country down, or help that to happen. That was in play right from the very start.

IDK if this has been posted yet but Tucker Carlson is profiling this story tonight on his show.
