with all due respect to you and all Avalonians it never ceases to amaze me how many on this website are completely unaware of the work of Dr. Farrell; so why confine him to a cistern (former postings) of those who are aware of him to probably those who have no idea who he really is; how many ignorant Avalonians have no idea about researching Joseph Farrell's recent blogs let alone interviews?-

his most recent expoundings need to be trumpeted and not boxed into an archived buried thread that will not inform new people of his incredible always new insightfulness-

this is what frustrates me the most on this forum-

Hi Larry, I agree with you about the importance of Dr Farrell's work.

The forum has a very diverse population, which is overall a good thing. Obviously that means different levels of awareness and knowledge.

Dr Farrell's work is quite dense and not always easy to understand - if you happened to hear him talking about the Monmouth hearings and McCarthy, you might easily think that he is a very niche historian. And if you see him chain-smoking (while I agree with his arguments about freedom of choice, I can't understand why anyone would smoke commercial cigarettes) that's another reason to not take him seriously.

It would be great to see Dr Farrell's work having the same level of awareness as, say, Graham Hancock (I would rate them on the same level in terms of depth of research and wisdom) - you are doing your part in raising that awareness, although you may have to accept that it may not happen overnight... all power to your elbow my friend...

the fact that Farrell is a chain smoker does not divert from the fact that he has an incredible intellect and is able to dissect any situation to the n'th degree- nicotine does not make one "stooped"- I myself am a light smoker but has that affected my world perspective?- not at all- it's a myth that smoking makes one stupid-

I'm almost 70 yrs. old (as a light smoker) and my dentist always says whenever she sees me how astounded she is how perfect my teeth are- I have other health problems but my teeth are perfect (always have been- both of my parents had perfect teeth until their deaths) and haven't been affected by smoking-

Joseph P. Farrell is one of the more valuable and intellectually rich individuals in the Alternative Community. Well worth watching. I do plan on taking in the McCarthy books, although I didn’t find the Hess book to be anything world shaking.
