[HELP] Scientist who researched about how weather can affect human psyche....

Nearly two years ago I came across a thread on PA or abovetopsecret, I don't remember particularly..
Where a scientist had done extensive study on weather and it's effect on human psyche, but now I can't find the article on net & I also don't remember the scientists name...

Some snippets I can recall :

I remember reading an excellent book by Elsabe Smit "Deep Blue" I think it was. (I've read a few of hers.) and in it she explains how human emotions can and do affect the weather.
Taking it a step further, we know that our emotions are affected by media etc, but linkng the two to affect our emotions to affect the weather to cause even more emotional and physical turmoil in our world really gets you thinking about stuff.

I remember last year how down, negative and in turmoil people's emotions were about BREXIT et al here in the UK

I visited the Seychelles in November and I remember the almost instant spiritual lift and change in energy and my awareness of other's energy during my entire stay in the Seychelles. It was truly remarkable. I experienced a number of serendipitous and weird coincidental events which I may post about at a later date.

Having read Elsabe's book and being aware of the lush green vegetation, the chilled, laid back nature of the people, the balance of rain through the night and glorious sunshine through the day - the balance of blue sky and sea, beautiful grounds, beaches and warm water was magical.

I really became aware of people's emotions and the environment, whilst I can offer no scientific input - it certainly changed my perspective and take on the planet and how we unknowingly and unwittingly are affecting it more than we are led to believe.

Is there actually a need for formal research to know whether people like "good weather" or "bad weather" more ?

I'd have thought the more interesting question was the other way around - can the human psyche affect the weather ? It's probably a symbiotic relationship :-)
