Victoria Police will fine people $5,000 if they are caught trying to leave Melbourne for the regions.

In other words, Melbourne residents are now a prisoner in their own city.

Victoria and it’s undisclosed Private Globalists Police Force to create violence against citizens.

    By Staff Reporter

    $2.6 BILLION + 3200 EXTRA COPS

THEN HANDED CONTROL OVER TO THE GLOBALISTS

In 2018 Dan Andrews signed Victoria up to the Strong Cities Program

KEY INITIATIVES – Community resilience and prevention of violent extremism

    https://strongcitiesnetwork.org/en/c...ria-australia/

That is an extension of the Institute for Strategic Dialogue

    https://www.isdglobal.org/

It’s not just any old alliance that is behind the ISD. A quick search of the group’s website reveals the identity of its Board of Trustees: A cadre of internationalists that is second to none.

Among the 14 board members: Charles Guthrie, Baron Guthrie of Craigiebank, a member of the House of Lords, who currently acts as a non-executive director of global financier, NM Rothschild & Sons and represents the firm’s interest on the Trilateral Commission.

ISD has gained a reputation for being committed to the identification and targeting of “far right extremists

Perusing the site ISD programs include

    • ADVISED 40 NATIONAL GOVERNMENTS

    • REACHED 120 STRONG CITIES NETWORK MEMBERS

    • ENGAGED 80000 YOUNG PEOPLE IN EDUCATION PROGRAMMES

    • PRODUCED OVER 75 RESEARCH REPORTS AND POLICY BRIEFINGS

    • TRAINED OVER 32000 ACTIVISTS THROUGH OUR PROGRAMMES

    Papers include

    • Developing a Civil Society Response to Online Manipulation (Tin Foil Hatters)

    • The 101 of Disinformation Detection (Anti Andrews)

    Partners Include:

5 Academic, 2 of them Australian

    • Curtin University, Australia

    • Victoria University

Police also recently unveiled new crowd control equipment including less-than-lethal weapons, such as pepperball guns, to help officers engage with violent people at a greater distance without needing to get involved in hand-to-hand confrontations.

    With the introduction of

    1) 175 shot pepper ball semi-automatic rifle that fires capsicum rounds,

    2) Blunt force pellets the size of marbles or dye markers to brand offenders, so they can be identified and arrested later.

    3) 40-millimetre launcher that fires a hard squash ball like projectile that can hit an offender to a range of 50 metres and lands with the impact of a ‘‘very hard punch’’.

    4) Stinger grenades that can be rolled into a crowd, explode with light and smoke while releasing nine 32-calibre rubber pellets to waist height with a range of five metres.

    5) Flash/noise distraction devices designed to shock and disperse crowds.

    6) Capsicum canister – a crowd control weapon that detonates to release a cloud of capsicum.

    7) Updated fleet of Public Order Response Team (PORT) vehicles and nine additional vehicles

    8) Uniform items including helmets, riot shields, tactical vest, and gloves

    9) 40 additional full-time officers

    10) New video technology and evidence gathering teams

    11) Specialised training for all ORU members including crowd control tactics and riot formations to increase the capacity of the Public Order Response Team (PORT) when
    needed

Funded in the Andrews $596 million Public Safety Package in the Victorian Budget 2016-17.

    Yes $596 MILLION

This is in addition to the unprecedented $2 BILLION investment for the Community Safety Statement which funded 3,135 new police.

    What was Andrews preparing for?

This public order response unit vehicles and uniforms have nothing marked upon them to indicate they have anything to do with Victoria Police,

These 32,000 activists trained by the ISD are most certainly amongst us here in Victoria.

They have infiltrated social media across all platforms, causing havoc dividing the community,

Things are moving with such a momentum that I honestly feel by Christmas there will be nothing left of this state to save.

There is no doubt that the Australian internet is being filtered, all one needs to do is get themselves an IP proxy, change their machine ID, and spoof their location to see what the world sees when looking back at us.

What they see is a pack of complacent docile morons that have bent over, lubed up, and just waiting for a second ****ing.

    THE BOGUS WARRANTS

Another example of the treachery by Victoria Police can be seen here in a page I prepared recently

    https://reclaim-democracy.weebly.com/

If you know anyone that says that got arrested, try to get a copy of their Search Warrant or at least confirm if their warrant has been endorsed by the court. I have seen one other online without the endorsement but the name was crossed out

I have a hunch that VicPol will come back with this,

UNDER STATE OF EMERGENCY WE DON’T NEED A WARRANT!

Ok that’s fine… For now, at least.

SO PLEASE TELL ME WHY YOU ARE MISLEADING THE PEOPLE WITH A BULL**** WARRANT?

Coz no chance a Judge would give us a real one and the Public would be outraged if they knew Dan Andrew’s could send up into any home in Victoria, arrest whoever and take whatever we like.

Chinese Bots and Shills orchestrated a world wide social media propaganda campaign

Quote American lawyer Michael Senger says the COVID-19 lockdowns “might not even be science at all” but are based on Xi Jinping’s philosophy which also inspired the re-education of Uighur Muslims in concentration camps.

Mr Senger said Xi Jinping’s philosophy was the same hybrid of health and security policy which inspired the re-education of millions of Uighur Muslims in concentration camps.

“This is the exact same policy that inspired his lockdown of Wuhan ... there was actually no science behind it,” he said.

“The WHO explicitly says that says lockdowns are completely new to science, completely unprecedented and have no scientific literature behind them before XI Jinping ordered them,” he said.

Mr Senger said the CCP has been using social media propaganda to push for the lockdown measures practiced in Wuhan to be implemented in countries around the world.

“An Israeli company identified an huge ring of tweets, thousands and thousands of tweets, using essentially identical language, denigrating all these other governments, essentially encouraging them to adopt China’s model,” he said.

Mr Senger added there was an apparent connection between countries and states with closer links to China and how willing they were to implement the lockdown policy.

“This to me suggests that China is suggesting they do this,” he said.

“They’re probably more inclined to trust China’s response to the pandemic.

“That is a horrible mistake ….no one will ever eliminate the coronavirus by lockdowns.”

Great research. Hope we'll see more of it in the near future.
Some (non Xi Jinping) thoughts on possible CCP motives.
    - World Communism, or at least acceptance of the Chinese Communist system and discrediting of Democracy, is an obvious one. Throughout the pandemic we have frequently heard the term 'New Normal' as though this level of state control should become normal. The COVID-19 also arrived on the world stage about the same time as 'Extinction Rebellion,' who similarly use fear (in their case of a 'Climate Crisis') to promote major political change and the BLM movement that tries to discredit Western democratic societies.
    - Internal propaganda: promulgating the view that the virus actually originated outside of China and that China 'lead the world' in defeating it.
    - Undermining the economies of countries viewed as enemies.
    - Exasperating debt traps in Belt & Road countries.
    - A distraction whilst the CCP implemented the Hong Kong Security law and pursued expansionist strategies around the border with India and in the South Pacific.
    - A means of generating much needed foreign currency through sale of face-masks (which the CCP's is alleged to have hoarded at the start of the pandemic), vaccines and other medical equipment made in China.

Just watched this disturbing video, recorded Saturday in Melbourne.

To see this amount of officers from the Victoria Police force surrounding a single citizen — in order to arrest her for having helped and stood by a lockdown protester — is not only unreasonable and absurd, it is tyrannical.

The 69-year old grandmother might stay traumatized for the rest of her life.

    From Jim Stone:
    HEADS UP AUSTRALIA:

Melbourne is considering passing HAS PASSED a new law that will give permission to ANYONE who works in the government to arrest ANYONE with Covid-19 as the excuse.

Anyone arrested will be indefinitely detained in a detention camp.

That's obviously the type of thing Bill Gates wanted in that video where he praises Australia for going off the rails with Covid and says the rest of the world did not listen, so the next virus WILL get attention.

This is a major escalation of events in Australia, the actual government document that goes over this is here: COVID-19 Omnibus (Emergency Measures) and Other Acts Amendment Bill 2020

At this time, there are only 15 active cases of Covid in Melbourne yet they are pushing THIS through. Why???

UPDATE: IT PASSED. I hate the way it is written (little tiny short lines squinched over to the right) but I patiently scanned it, and YES, about half way down this crap is in there. WTF is UP down under??? This is crazy.

Separation of families, EVERYTHING is in this bill, all of which can be activated on hearsay against anyone, just like the communists want, with Commievid-19 as the excuse and cover for the actions needed in any communist takeover.

In his latest video (24 Sept, 2 days ago), Chris Martenson, applying impeccable science and logic as always, is highly critical of a whole bunch of things — including the draconian measures implemented in Australia. Start in at 20:12.

A year ago Melbourne was considered the most livable city in the world.

Have you ever thought about the way(S) in the last few hundred years that the most livable places in the world are THEN destroyed by other human beings? IMO it may well be that there is a "death wish" in the human psyche.

Melbourne residents are prisoners in their city, risking indefinite detention for ‘pre-crime’ and even having their kids taken based on Covid statistics that are often inaccurate. How long before this spreads elsewhere?
Americans would be wise to pay attention to what’s going on Down Under. Victorian Premier Dan Andrews has gone on a police-state shopping spree to rival the Patriot Act, recently introducing a bill that gives the state government the power to preemptively detain “high-risk” persons, indefinitely, in quarantine facilities based on mere suspicion they might not comply with self-isolation orders.

Having just skimmed throught this thread reading posts here and there I'm astonished at what is going on. The Aussies I met in '86 and ''87 during my two year walkabout were, almost without fail, more in favour of anarchy than any rule of law. Although I spent most of that time period in rural settings the city encounters were not markedly different. Everyone seemed to have a 'Don't give a **** mate' atttitude which I found thoroughly refreshing given my previous life in the UK.

Finding it difficult to reconcile my own experiences of the typical Australian with what is being described in this thread. But a darker thought impinges. I sense Australia if being used as a sandbox zone, where globalists are trying out methods to be applied throughout the world, but particularly in the west.

Saddening reading. Wishing you all the luck, and clear thinking to loom above your continent like the approach of the wet - that usually clears the air and lifts the doldrums.

Edit: To ponder, has the education system been improved to the point where 95% of the school/college leavers have been formed into perfect little cogs that just want to fit in. Extremely disconcerting if it has been perfected to that degree.

Quote As expected, Dan’s long-awaited appearance at the hotel quarantine inquiry on Friday was a masterclass in spin, evasiveness and political theatre. But one upshot of it was that Dan put the blame on Jenny Mikakos for the program’s failure.

Throwing Mikakos in front of the proverbial bus triggered a chain reaction that made for a shocker of a weekend for the government. Mikakos spectacularly resigned on Saturday morning, damaging Andrews on her way out. Sunday’s ‘reopening announcement’ turned out to be a fizzer, failing to take media attention off the Mikakos story. And then on Monday, Victorian Labor MPs started attacking Dan anonymously in the media.

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Dan is finished.

We also speak to friend of the show, NewsCorp National Personal Finance Writer Sophie Elsworth and get her take on the weekend’s events, and why small businesses should yet again feel totally betrayed by Dan.
