    Subject: SCU Analysis of DoD UAP Videos
    For Immediate Release: September 21, 2020
    __________________________________________________ ____________________________
    In April of 2020, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), in an unprecedented step, posted to their public website three videos of Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena (UAPs) obtained during military operations. These videos were already in public circulation. The impact of the publication and official classification of these videos as containing “unidentified” phenomena have made a significant and historic impact in the larger public debate on this subject. For example, based on these videos and subsequent reports and interviews of the eye-witnesses published by The New York Times, other news outlets, and on various television documentaries, earlier this year the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence requested an unclassified report from the Director of National Intelligence which analyzes and summaries data from the Office of Naval Intelligence and its Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and which establishes a detailed description of data collection among various federal agencies. These are the most significant governmental responses to the UAP question since the establishment of Project Blue Book over 60 years ago. The Scientific Coalition for Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena Studies (SCU) applauds the official release of these data by the DoD and hopes that it might indicate a willingness to engage the public research community. SCU’s prior work related to these three videos is as follows:

    (1) Nov. 14, 2004 the USS Nimitz and the USS Princeton encountered a UAP off the coast of southern California. This encounter included radar contacts, an engagement by an F/A-18F, and two hours later this video was taken of a UAP. An SCU research group thoroughly analyzed the Nov. 14, 2004 video of the UAP and all publicly available data from the related incident, and produced a peer reviewed evaluation as well as a peer reviewed scientific paper: "Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous

    https://www.congress.gov/116/crpt/sr...116srpt233.pdf
    https://www.explorescu.org/post/nimi...ike_group_2004

    Unidentified Aerial Vehicles in the 2004 Nimitz Encounter” by Knuth, Powell, and Reali. The 3 conclusions in these papers point towards a UAP technology with capabilities exhibited that do not match any known technology in the public domain, and call for the release of additional data collected by the military during the event;

    (2) Jan. 26, 2015 video known as the “Gimbal” video involving the USS Carrier Strike Group Roosevelt that was operating off the U.S. eastern coast;

    (3) Jan. 26, 2015 video known as the “Go Fast” video involving the USS Carrier Strike Group Roosevelt that was operating off the U.S. eastern coast.

    SCU has insufficient supporting data to develop a full analysis of either of these two videos and the surrounding events of Jan 26, 2015, and would welcome any related radar data, EM transmissions or witness testimony that could be provided by those involved with the incident. The SCU can be contacted here: https://www.explorescu.org/contact-us.

    The SCU uses scientific methods informed by validated data. We include a thorough investigation of witnesses, source channels, video recording with valid EXIF files, technical instrument data files and corroborated witness testimony, and cross-check all information back to the sources, dates and times of the incidents. From analysis of these data we generate hypotheses, recommendations and questions for further study.

    The SCU believes that all unclassified technical or government data regarding unidentified aerospace objects should be made available to the public to be openly investigated by the broader scientific community. A full scientific investigation of such data would be able to uncover valuable information relating to both national security and advancement of our understanding of physics, aerospace engineering, and our world.

    The SCU recommends the following:

    That Congress should allocate public research funding through the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DOD), and/or NASA to study these phenomena, whose results would then be published in the public-domain; and that Congress should require all government branches (e.g. Armed Services, NASA, NORAD, etc.) to disseminate to the open scientific community all data (electronic and observational), and consequent research on these phenomena, which does not compromise our national security interests.

    The Scientific Coalition for Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena (UAP) Studies (SCU) is an international 501 (c)(3) non-profit based in Fort Myers, Florida and founded in 2017 that studies past and present UAP phenomena. This research organization is composed of scientists, engineers, former military officers, law enforcement personnel, and others with science, technical and investigative experience.

    I beleive that this is what the world needs in order to evolve and advance our technology TOGETHER as one.

    But unfortunately trying to force a one world governing body through the examples we are seeing in Australia and attempting to destabilize every other country is entirely the wrong way.

    Perhaps a fake alien invasion orchestrated by the good guys to freak out and scare the bad guys enough that they see the error of their ways might work.

    Ahh yes, I can dream. It brought a smile to my face anyway.

    Hi Patient
    What about the more probable: fake alien invasion orchestrated by the BAD guys to freak out and scare the GOOD guys (the head in the ground non thinking, general public) ?
    That will work

    DoD Establishment of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force

    Section 8. Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) Reports

    Subject: Air Traffic Control
    Includes: Change 1 dated 8/26/2010, Change 2 and Errata dated 3/10/2011, and Change 3 dated 8/25/2011
    a. Persons wanting to report UFO/unexplained phenomena activity should contact a UFO/ unexplained phenomena reporting data collection center, such as Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) (voice: 1-877-979-7444 or e-mail: Reporting@baass.org), the National UFO Reporting Center, etc.
    BACKGROUND: Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) is a new organization that is devoted to exploration of extremely advanced aerospace technology, including the so-called unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) or unidentified flying object (UFO) topics. In 2001, another of Mr. Bigelow's organizations, the National Institute for Discovery Sciences (NIDS), succeeded in becoming the “go-to” organization for the reporting by pilots and air traffic control of UFOs in the United States. NIDS is now defunct and has been replaced by the larger, more capable BAASS. Therefore, pilot and air traffic control reporting of UFOs in the United States should now go to BAASS, vice NIDS. So we are deleting the NIDS acronym and adding the BAASS acronym.
    Science Division

    The company’s Science Division is a theoretical and experimental laboratory, challenging conventional thinking by discovering a new world of physics. During 2017, the Science Division began developing its staffing plans, identifying funding requirements and sensitivities, and met with individuals in the U.S. government about possible government-funded studies. The Science Division is evaluating quantum communications technology and possibly exotic materials and technologies in the A.D.A.M. Research Project, but our most significant accomplishment in advancing science and education to date was the launch of our initial version of TTS AAS’s online Community of Interest (COI), which we have renamed THE VAULT.

    In December 2017, TTS AAS made history by leveraging its team’s access to become the very first company to obtain official U.S. government footage of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (“UAP”) that had gone through the declassification process and been approved for public release. The footage was released on THE VAULT (formerly COI) where we gave access to information analyzed by our team of experts that educated viewers about the advanced technology depicted in the footage. We believe that this analysis by best-in-class experts is helping to change the conversation about UAPs from a fringe topic to a credible and serious subject matter attracting headlines from mainstream media outlets around the world, including the New York Times, Washington Post, POLITICO, ABC, NBC, Fox News, BBC, Scientific American, NPR and CNN. This coverage brought high brand visibility, cemented the credibility of the company and established it as an unrivaled leader in its field. TTS AAS has since added military pilot video and written interview. The information that the company was able to share on its site and within the annotated videos has been viewed over 9 million times.

    We have created a requirements study document defining objectives for the full capability version of THE VAULT (formerly COI) in the context of enabling it as a collaboration and education tool in addition to a data depository. The company’s vision of THE VAULT running at its full potential is an online collection, storage, and analysis point for information regarding events, witness and data reporting associated with advanced technologies and capabilities. One of our objectives in developing THE VAULT is using Artificial Intelligence to optimize functionality by creating proprietary algorithms that can discover detailed patterns in the data submitted by users and correlate them with other academic research. This may also result in commercially-valuable algorithms, and because there is no real competition in this area that we are aware of, we believe the probability of capturing such business is high.

    Yes, and that is probably how it would happen. I was switching it around so that the good guys would win.

    IF unrestricted access to this information and other things under wraps like free energy were to be openly disclosed happen we also must consider that the West has real enemies.

    It just may be that we could end up in a run away scenario of the weaponization of the tech with depots and terrorists spreading like a plague all over the solar system which could precipitate severe conflict with "others".

    If we consider for a moment that there are here, right now, people and organizations with diabolical agendas...you may be ready, I may be ready, but is the world ready. It's a genie out of the bottle scenario or at least a possible pandora's box. But conversely, disclosing the simple fact that there are alien intelligences may push us towards a more enlightened perspective that could shift us into a period of growth in our development. That does not require the release of high technologies.

    Considering our power generating systems are unintelligible to the lay person some adoption of energy tech could work if properly secured. It is not like any average person can make a nuclear reactor...will tech further enslave us or free us, and are we ready for either scenario?

    When we made contact with Natives we gave them guns and they immediately killed off their enemies, it was quite brutal. Not sure we want a repeat of that on a global scale.

    So disclossure can work, as can some implementation of advanced tech but we may not want us to run or administer it.
