"Dr Reiner Fuellmich, a lawyer who’s been a member of the bar in both Germany and California for 26 years and whose English is that of a native speaker discusses the findings of the International Corona Investigative Committee that was formed on July 10, 2020 by lawyers, doctors, and scientists.

This group originally set out to determine: 1) How dangerous is the virus? 2) What is the significance of a positive test? 3) What collateral damage has been caused by the corona measures in regards to the world’s health and economy?

They have jointly reached the conclusion that COVID-19 may be the greatest crime against humanity in history.

Dr Fuellmich has apparently litigated with success against Deutsche Bank and Volkswagen and he lays out a legal case of crimes against humanity for enforcing lockdowns based on the fraudulent use of PCR test results.

He says the COVID-19 measures imposed, such as social distancing, wearing a mask, lockdown and quarantine are designed to “make people panic so that they believe without asking questions that their lives are in danger, so that in the end, the pharmaceutical and tech industries can generate huge profits from the sale of PCR tests, antigen and antibody tests and vaccines, as well as the harvesting of our genetic fingerprint.”

However, Fuellmich says, “The allegedly new and highly-dangerous coronavirus has not caused any excess mortality anywhere in the world and certainly not here, in Germany but the anti-corona measures, whose only bases are the PCR test results…have, in the meantime caused the loss of innumerable human lives and have destroyed the economic existence of countless companies and individuals worldwide…

“In Australia, for example, people are thrown into prison if they do not wear a mask or do not wear it properly, as deemed by the authorities. In the Philippines, people who do not wear a mask or do not wear it properly…are getting shot in the head…

“If the PCR tests had not been used as a diagnostic tool for corona infections, there would not be a ‘pandemic’ and there would be no lockdowns but everything would have been perceived as just a medium or light wave of influenza…

“As a result of the deliberate panic-mongering and the corona measures enabled by this panic, democracy is in great danger of being replaced by fascist totalitarian models, as I already mentioned above in Australia…

“As more and more independent studies and expert statements show, under the rules of Civil Tort law, all those who have been harmed by these PCR test-induced lockdowns are entitled to receive full compensation for their losses.”

Dr Fuellmich describes the detailed paper written by Stephen Kohn, an official at Germany’s Department of the Interior, who is responsible for risk assessment and the protection of the population against risks was leaked recently, called the False Alarm Paper. This paper comes to the conclusion that there was and is no sufficient evidence for serious health risks for the population, as claimed by German health authorities and the WHO.

Kohn concludes that, due to the preponderance of evidence, the government will be held responsible for the damages it inflicted upon the population.

Dr Fuellmich says the crimes committed by various health authorities and the WHO must be legally qualified as actual crimes against humanity, as defined in Section 7 of the International Criminal Code and he suggests that the path forward to compensatory damages and to political consequences is through the Class Action lawsuit.

Were the people of the world to succeed in such cases, the WHO and all government entities responsible for enforcing this COVID fraud and crimes against humanity could be bankrupted and forced to disband, in a backfire of unimaginably epic proportions."

I have been saying for some time that the way forward, rather than hoping for divine intervention, is through the courts. Some people in high places need to go to jail. This is an achievable goal, and this is the most promising example yet of how massive changes can be brought about. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a method of making tiny amounts of tiny particles large enough or numerous enough to operate with. It has been stated from the outset that it cannot be used for diagnostic purposes, presumably because –being an artificial method of multiplying cells, whereas infectious disease is a natural way – the sample is so tiny as to be harmless, whereas a truly infected person will have a large enough sample anyway. This is how PCR – in this instance at least – may be seen as a tool for literally blowing things out of all proportion.

There is a poetic justice in seeking redress through class actions, because they work in exactly the opposite way: you reduce multiple complaints to just one (or maybe a couple), then you try that one representative case, and the single judgment obtained applies to all. PCR: People’s Courts of Redress, Penal Class Reparation, these class actions cannot be stopped and must prosper. Why? Because they are going to give a whole new meaning to the expression ‘Too big to fail’. We are not talking about a dozen starlets planning the downfall of a serial rapist, but something on an altogether huger scale. The plaintiffs are going to be corporations, everything from small businesses potentially up to and including major airlines claiming billions, and collectively perhaps trillions of lost business. The ‘good news’, read the other day, is that billionaires this year have increased their fortunes by 27% to over ten trillion. They are going to need every penny.

And the politicians: Dr. Fuellmich invites them to pull out from backing these criminals against humanity. He is right to do so, but it is not going to happen. We are talking about puppets who have no room to manoeuvre. I think someone like Boris Johnson has begun to realize that the game is up, and there is no way out and nowhere to hide.

I want to bump this thread if only because if anyone is in need of a morale booster, this is the place to come.

In the last ten weeks in France, the rate of positive tests per hundred tests has risen exponentially since week 30, when it was at 1.1%, to 7.4% now (week 40) – source Le Monde.
I am no professional, but these figures raise some questions. Given the test is the same, then maybe cases are rising as claimed, or maybe its sensitivity has improved, e.g. by increasing the number of PCR cycles. Or maybe the onset of cold wet weather has increased the number of seasonal colds with similar symptoms, making the test totally unfit for purpose. But the value of the initiative that is the subject of this thread is that it takes the whole issue away from the private musings of anonymous web posters to the sphere of top professionals – top lawyers relying on top scientists, and threatening to hit the mainstream media, which is bound to happen at some point when these largescale high profile trials eventually take place. What is especially valuable in this situation is the non counter-intuitivity of what is to come out. No one is going to be saying things that few are ready to hear, that the Pope is a paedophilic Satanist or that the president is a reptilian shapeshifter. These top lawyers – who have secured major convictions against the likes of Deutschebank or Volkswagen – are stating in provable terms to anyone who has lost their job/savings/livelihood in 2020 that it was stolen and there is a way of seeking redress. In other words, speaking on behalf of the plaintiffs, they are speaking for just about everyone.

Of course the massive backing of public opinion means nothing in the courts, but it means everything in terms of public order when this affair really goes ballistic. I mentioned governments. As I see it, if governments don’t take action pretty soon, before the scam blows up in their faces, then they are going to be deposed and their leaders exposed to justice as private citizens. This is going to end up like a giant version of the Nuremberg trials. It was a mistake to think that the German people would offer any example of docility to the rest of the world. The German people are the ones who learned the hardest lesson of World War II and are actually more sensitive than anyone to this kind of nonsense, seventy years ahead of the rest of us. It is only fitting that they should be leading the way now.

But the value of the initiative that is the subject of this thread is that it takes the whole issue away from the private musings of anonymous web posters to the sphere of top professionals – top lawyers relying on top scientists, and threatening to hit the mainstream media, which is bound to happen at some point when these largescale high profile trials eventually take place.

Unfortunately I don't see any of this ever hitting the MSM. We shouldn't underestimate the power of blackout.

If these criminals are going down for crimes against humanity (think about the gravity of those charges and how powerful the who and what of the accused are), they sure as hell aren't going down via the mechanisms of their own propaganda apparatus.

However, through legal challenge a profound change will be brought about.

Agreed... araucaria also correctly observed that the politicians have little room for maneuver and are no more than puppets; we are about to see (if indeed this lawsuit even gets off the ground) just how corrupted the judicial system is and to what degree its authoritative actors are more or less puppets of the cabal with little room to maneuver.

To be clear at the outset, I support Dr. Fuellmich and his intended course of action regarding exposing the CV-19 crimes against humanity, seeking just compensation for the world's victims and bringing the perpetrators to justice; at least civil justice, if not criminal justice. I would very much like to be involved in such an endeavor.

As I understand it he is preparing, or at least considering preparing, a class action lawsuit to be filed somewhere. Perhaps several class actions in different jurisdictions. I'm have no doubt that he is fully aware of how daunting, difficult, time consuming and exceedingly expensive such a task he is considering will be. And that is an understatement.

As a private lawyer, he does not have the power or jurisdiction to bring a criminal case against anyone. But, civil cases often uncover evidence of criminal conduct that can then be used by prosecutors in criminal cases. We can hope that will happen here, if any civil action(s) goes forward and survives all the motion practice that will be aimed at getting the case(s) dismissed.

As he rightly points out, he will need all manner of qualified medical and other health care and science experts whose expert opinion testimony, in order to be admissible into evidence, must be relevant and reliable. The determination of whether an expert is qualified, and whether his or her opinions are relevant and reliable is decided by the presiding judge(s). At least that is the case in the courts of the USA. I suspect this is true to some extent at least in the courts of other nations.

To be sure, there is no shortage of such experts regarding the CV-19 issue(s). However, if any case(s) gets far enough and is (are) not dismissed early on, the opposition will also line up its army of experts and set them into battle.

Again, a case like this is not only about the facts, which will be disputed at every important turn, but also about the qualifications of the experts and the reliability of their opinions. The qualification/relevancy/reliability determination will be will be a huge battle. The judges' decision regarding qualifications of experts and admissibility of their opinion evidence will determine whether a case succeeds or fails.

To give the reader a flavor of what I am talking about, below is a link to a peer reviewed paper I wrote and that was published in the Journal of 911 Studies, and picked up by Global Research in March of 2015. It can also be found on the Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth website, where it is the only article by lawyer. To date, no one has challenged legal opinions and conclusions in this paper--as they cannot.

I provide the paper for the sole purpose of introducing the reader to the subject of expert testimony, to then be applied to the topic of CV-19 and any litigation concerning it. The paper dealt with 9/11 and the question of the cause or, more accurately, the causes of the destruction of the WTC buildings on September 11, 2001. The experts to be heard re 9/11, but who were not heard, were and are architects and engineers.

These individuals were and are qualified and they had relevant and reliable opinion evidence that contradicted the official narrative of 9/11. They were muzzled and masked as now re CV-19. The experts to be heard re CV-19, but who have not been heard, but who are likewise muzzled and masked, are medical providers and scientists.

The discussion in the paper concerning the relevancy and reliability of expert testimony applies equally to the topic of CV-19. Opinions opposing the official narrative re CV-19 should be heard on an equal footing as the opinions supporting the official narrative. Truth must be allowed to see the light, and the finders of fact in any lawsuits must be permitted to hear all sides of the subject by qualified experts who provide relevant and reliable opinion testimony.

My final point is this: as soon as the CV-19 official narrative emerged and began to morph along the way, it was clear to me that the powers-that-be took a lesson from JFK and especially 9/11. They learned from these criminal acts, especially 9/11, that experts played a vital role in convincing people to accept the official narrative. The criminals were a bit behind the curve re 9/11. They attempted to stay ahead of the curve with the CV-19 narrative by rolling out "experts" at the beginning and shoving them in our face everyday on all form and manner of media. They then also seek to shut down any opposing expert opinions contradicting the official narrative. It is all part of the program. We must not let that happen.

Ah, but this is where it gets interesting. Joseph Farrell was talking recently of CS Lewis’s ‘Tower of Babel’ effect. In his novel That Hideous Strength Lewis depicts the fall of a cabal as happening when the start talking unintelligibly to each other with mutual destruction to follow within a structure from which there is no escape but death. They are all on the same side, but this same side collapses under the weight of its internal contradictions, in other words the conflicting self-interests of its membership. What this means is that ‘their own propaganda apparatus’ is not at all the monolithic block conspiracy theorists like to think it is. Think about it: a newspaper can lose revenue by failing to please one of its advertisers. They seem joined at the hip, but they are nonetheless two separate organs and the joint can become dislocated when the advertiser – say a major airline – finds out that the paper has been contributing to the destruction of their entire industry. Making a fortune from air travel is not the same as making a fortune from a pandemic; these so-called allies suddenly find themselves at total loggerheads. Several things might happen in the given example. One would be for the newspaper to publish the legal reports, which would make sense because it is in favour of its advertiser on which it depends for selling copy. No airline = no newspaper. Alternatively, it might want to stay silent, in which case, regardless of the fate of the airline, it is going to withdraw its support. No advertising = no newspaper.

There are several different scenarios where the unexpected outcome actually becomes rather likely. The ‘Tower of Babel’ effect is what happens when the apparent lockstep finally collapses. There is an Avalon thread titled ‘Fair mainstream reporting starting?’ As an example of a mainstream newspaper supplying anti-mainstream reporting on a regular basis, the UK Guardian is an excellent example, with its ongoing withering criticism of the Conservative government. To get an idea, check out anything by John Crace, whose supposed satire has long since become straight reporting.
