Dominion Part of Council That Disputed Election Integrity Concerns in DHS Statement

Dominion Voting Systems used statement, which obscured company’s council membership, to dispute concerns over voting systems

After allegations emerged that called into questioned the integrity of voting machines produced by Dominion Voting Systems, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)—part of the Department of Homeland Security—issued a statement on Nov. 12 disputing the allegations, saying “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.”

What the agency failed to disclose, however, is that Dominion Voting Systems is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council, one of two entities that authored the statement put out by CISA.

Hey guys. So im in this discussion in an app with a bunch of friends. I occasionally share some information from the alternative media about things. Like this interview with Sydney Powell for instance. One friend of mine who only hears and reads the MSM says the following: There is no judge who takes on a case for Trump because there is zero evidence. One of the most important legal teams who were supposed to fight the case for Trump gave the job back. Unless there comes some real evidence Biden has won. All the evidence that Trump brought forward has been denied untill now.

Can someone shine a light on the situation wether above statemens are true or false?

Perhaps the following can assist in shedding a little light on the situation, and provide an explanation as to the difficulty PROVING the fraud is presenting? One point that is important to understand is covered in this video (@5:50):

making it necessary to ‘catch’ this in REAL time since you can’t go back “forensically”

Here is my current hypothesis: CISA was a giant honeypot for election security issues, and Esper was not /ourguy/

The organizations currently accused of rigging the election (Dominion, Smartmatic, et al) are actually members of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council.

Let me make an analogy. What I think happened is that Trump, knowing what the Democrats have planned, says, “we are going to make a new henhouse and we are going to need guards to make sure it is secure.” So they go and get the foxes, and they tell them they need them to help guard the henhouse. The foxes, thinking they can do whatever they want as they are now guarding the henhouse go all out. They think they’re in charge and report back to the Democrats that they’ve got it locked down. Esper also thinks that he is in control and can protect their interests. Meanwhile, their replacements are maneuvered into roles (think Ezra Cohen-Watnik) where they can conduct the larger operation, and compartmentalized operations that Esper and others have no idea about. Like a long term setup in chess, you only understand what the pieces are doing after they’re in place. Continuing the analogy, the whole point was to get the foxes to rush in, thinking they were safe.

Trump legal team zeroes in on expulsion of election observers, data irregularities

Lawyers to ask the courts to throw out hundreds of thousands of votes cast without equal protection.

President Trump's campaign legal team has beefed up with several senior lawyers as it prepares to challenge hundreds of thousands of votes cast in Democratic stronghold cities like Detroit and Philadelphia without required GOP observers, arguing the expulsions created disparate treatment or unequal protection of voters in violation of the Constitution.

The team led by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and longtime Trump private lawyer Jay Sekulow has been expanded to include former Justice Department officials Victoria Toensing and Sidney Powell, former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova and trusted campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis.

Paul Clement, a George W. Bush administration solicitor general with a strong record of arguing in front of the Supreme Court, would likely argue any cases that reached the nine justices, officials told Just the News.

The lawyers are prepared to argue that votes that were counted on election night and the day after without GOP observers present in Democrat-led cities should be thrown out because they were tainted by a process that was left open to fraud and abuse and illegally treated voters differently in various jurisdictions. The Trump campaign lawyers have identified 680,000-plus votes in Pennsylvania and about 250,000 in Michigan they believe fall into the category.

To augment the case, the lawyers are securing affidavits and declarations from citizens who allege:

• they went to the polls to vote and were told they had already voted when they had not cast ballots
• they are listed as voting in a state where they did not cast ballots
• they witnessed fraudulent or improper vote counting activities as observers or election officials
• extreme statistical anomalies uncovered in a handful of battleground states' vote totals are prima facie proof of fraudulent or untoward vote collection and counting activities

PUBLISHED: NOV 13, 2020
WASHINGTON—Subcommittee on Government Operations Ranking Member Jody Hice (R-Ga.) today wrote Emily Murphy, Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA), correcting Democrats’ misrepresentation of the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 and calling on GSA to adhere to the Constitution when ascertaining a President-Elect.

“Contrary to complaints issued by House Oversight Democrats, the General Services Administration has followed the letter of the law. State governments certify election results; not the media, and not political parties. When the election is certified, we fully anticipate the GSA to take appropriate action as necessary. Until then, our priority must be on ensuring that this race was a fair and free election with an honest count,” said Government Operations Subcommittee Ranking Member Hice.

In the letter, Hice outlines the three situations where there is not an apparent President-Elect. All three situations apply to the 2020 election. The GSA Administrator should determine the President-Elect based on the Constitution and past precedent, which both indicate there is not an apparent President-Elect. Government-funded transition assistance can only be provided after GSA has made a determination.

Dear Administrator Murphy:

On November 9, 2020, Democratic House Members sent you a letter that misrepresented the facts surrounding your responsibilities under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 (Act). I write to correct the record.

Under the Act, you, as administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA), have the authority to provide government-funded transition assistance to the President-Elect and the Vice-President-Elect. However, this assistance can only occur after there are “apparent successful candidates for the office of the President and Vice President, respectively, as ascertained by the Administrator [you].”

There are enough state contests in question, such that there is not yet an apparent President or Vice-President-Elect. Precedent and legislative history present three situations where there may be an un-apparent President-Elect:

1. The drafters of the Act anticipated three electoral situations where there would be an un-apparent President-Elect: (1) a tie, (2) a plurality winner, or (3) the presence of extensive voter fraud or intimidation. The third being applicable to 2020 since the Trump campaign has raised questions and filed legal challenges in several states;

2. The drafters concluded that “if there is any doubt in the Administrator’s mind” the Administrator does not have to release transition assistance. Since states have not yet certified an electoral winner and some states are still tabulating legal ballots, there remains doubt as to the winner; and

3. The precedent set by the Clinton Administration in the contested 2000 election is that to ascertain an apparent President-Elect there would need to be a concession—which has not yet occurred in 2020—or no more legitimate continuing legal challenges—which has not yet occurred in 2020.

According to Congressional intent and past precedent set by President Clinton, as of today, there is no apparent President-Elect.

A GSA spokesman recently stated that “the GSA Administrator ascertains the apparent successful candidate once a winner is clear based on the process laid out in the Constitution.” I strongly encourage you to do just that: follow the Constitution and past precedent, not the media, when making your determination of the President-Elect. This democracy relies on a rule of law and the law must be followed.
