If that's happened and the allegations are true, evidence implicating everyone involved has almost certainly been hoovered up.

I note Powell has been referring to comms (eg a DoD officer instructing hundreds of Dem ops to sabotage their offices) that to me can only have come from surveillance.

Sooner or later one of those cases will likely go to SCOTUS.

SCOTUS will rule one way or the other.

If they decide in Trump's favor, great. If not, that sucks.

But it doesn't change the outcome.

Putin Says He’s Not Ready To Recognize Biden As US President

It took China just over 10 days to congratulate Joe Biden after the mainstream media declared him winner of the Nov 3 election. On Nov 14, Wang Wenbin, a spokesman for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said at a daily news conference that “we express our congratulations to Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris,” adding that “we respect the choice of the American people.” China’s strategic delay was to not give the impression that it was rooting for the Biden administration, widely seen as pro-China (especially following recent disclosures of Beijing’s aggressive attempts to purchase Hunter Biden’s loyalty), thus making it difficult for Joe Biden to further pivot in a China-friendly direction.

However, while China may now officially recognize Biden, Russia still does not.

On Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said while he’s ready to work with any U.S. leader, he still isn’t ready to recognize the election victory of Joe Biden.

“We will work with anyone who has the confidence of the American people,” Putin said on Russian TV earlier today.

“But that confidence can only be given to a candidate whose victory has been recognized by the opposing party, or after the results are confirmed in a legitimate, legal way.”

Putin described the Kremlin’s decision not to congratulate Biden as “a formality” with no ulterior motives. And in an amusing twist, when asked if the move could damage U.S.-Russia relations, Putin said: “there’s nothing to damage, they’re already ruined.”

A Kremlin spokesperson previously said Putin wouldn’t recognize Biden’s win until legal challenges mounted by President Trump’s campaign immediately after Election Day were resolved in court.

Putin’s latest comments arrived shortly before it was confirmed on Sunday that the Trump administration had withdrawn from the Open Skies Treaty between the two nations. Reports of Trump’s plans to withdraw from the treaty first emerged in spring. The Trump administration withdrew from another arms treaty with Russia, the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, signed in 1987, in August.

It earlier emerged that an anonymous British gambler has wagered $5 million on Donald Trump’s re-election shortly before the November vote. However, the US media has now pronounced Joe Biden a preliminary winner of the race based on the ballots counted so far.

In the United Kingdom, where political betting is officially legal, millions of pounds are being bet on US President Donald Trump eventually throwing out election results with his legal challenges in key swing states, the Sun revealed.

As such, US-based firm Betfair has witnessed £100-million wagers being gambled on the US election since 3 November. Despite calls from major US news outlets that Joe Biden is clearly on the way to get all necessary election votes to be declared the next US president, gamblers can still make a bet at Betfair at around 10/1 suggesting the results of the November vote can be shockingly reversed.

It is said that bets on Donald Trump’s re-election had plunged from election night to nearly zero to then dramatically grow in the last two days. The platform now trades around £587,036,554 on the outcome of the presidential vote, an unprecedented sum considering the fact that more than a week has passed since election day.

Betfair, however, seems to be refusing bets that it is Joe Biden who will eventually emerge as a final winner of the race.

US-based betting site Predictit also continues to accept wagers on Donald Trump’s possible reversal of election results, at an even higher price of 7/1, numbers that are understandably down from 50/1 bet last Tuesday night.

One British ex-banker even previously gambled $5 million on Trump’s re-election through a private bookie, which experts from the industry believe was the “biggest ever” bet made on politics.

The Donald Trump campaign has now filed lawsuits in election-vote-rich states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Nevada to challenge vote results, citing a lack of transparency and the tallying of “illegal” ballots after the deadline. The president believes that he has a chance to overturn the outcome of the vote, arguing that the election were fraudulently “stolen” from him.

Today on television, C Politique on France 5, the presenter spoke about Trump and a possible coup, I only listened to this part. Biden spoke but I didn't read the translation on the screen, I had my headphones on. All these corrupt media, like this, they could not let the United States manage their cases of fraud which for the French media would not exist. With all these contradictions, I don't know what to think anymore, it's delusional and today how do you know who is telling the truth?

Pretty close.

Very simply: the US has a two-step process. The first step is that 50 states have their own elections. The second step, which happens mid-December, is where the states vote based on the outcomes of their individual elections. This is may be what you're thinking of as the confirmation. Jan is when the new president is officially sworn into office, even though he was officially elected the month prior.

However, we haven't finished with the first step. Not all states have certified their elections, and even with the ones that have been certified, neither candidate has enough states to claim a win. So while both sides are claiming a win--there is not an official winner right now.

If their is no clear path to all of the states being able to vote on Dec. 14, then as I understand our constitution, we go down a different path of deciding the election.

So far, there's nothing to annul or to confirm, as there is not an official winner at all.
