I did not know the company blocked access from other countries.

The mp4 file size is 340MB.

One of Matt's tattoos was Barco which is an anagram for Cobra a London group and a possible reference to reptilians. A character's name is Kruger which is an alleged group super soldiers talk about. Another name is Drake that could refer to Draco.

This reminds me of what Andrew Basiago said, "We all trace an arc of light through the quantum plenum." Celebrities are used to drop code throughout their careers.trivia
Quote This makes the second time Jodie Foster and William Fichtner have appeared together in a science fiction vehicle, the other being Contact (1997)
    From the third link.
Quote In the year 2154, two classes of people exist: the very wealthy, who live on a pristine man-made space station called Elysium, and the rest, who live on an overpopulated, ruined Earth. Secretary Delacourt, a government official, will stop at nothing to enforce anti-immigration laws and preserve the luxurious lifestyle of the citizens of Elysium. That doesn't stop the people of Earth from trying to get in by any means they can. When unlucky Max is backed into a corner, he agrees to take on a daunting mission that, if successful, will not only save his life but could bring equality to these polarized worlds
I couldn't find a real clear image of the tattoo, but you can kinda see it on his forearm.
