Default The Royal Society and Extraterrestrials

Why is the Royal Society (RS) possessed with extraterrestrial life. Now they have even gotten in on the 2012 issue. I am not saying that I have the anwers I am just wondering why. While the ET issue is not new to RS, it seems they have really open the floodgates on the topic.

We know what the United Nations and the Vatican have recently said about ET's but the RS has gotten onto this in a much bigger way.

Who are they and what do they do?
    History

The origins of the Royal Society lie in an 'invisible college' of natural philosophers who began meeting in the mid-1640s to discuss the new philosophy of promoting knowledge of the natural world through observation and experiment, which we now call science.

Its official foundation date is 28 November 1660, when a group of 12 met at Gresham College after a lecture by Christopher Wren, then the Gresham Professor of Astronomy, and decided to found 'a Colledge for the Promoting of Physico-Mathematicall Experimentall Learning'. This group included Wren himself, Robert Boyle, John Wilkins, Sir Robert Moray, and William, Viscount Brouncker.

Even the name screams PTB, they certainly have been around long enough to be part of the ruling elite

Or they want to take control of the conversation.

I thought this is an interesting subject in light of the possible coming of the fake alien invasion. I hope it does not have to come to that.

Or they know they are going to be brought out to speak for and account for the developing situation when the public has run out of polite acceptance of the Establishment denial.

They're really laughing at 'ALL of US'!

British Royal Family's real name is derived from their place of birth and Country of origin..!

    Germany..!

Not the 'Windsors', BUT actually the Germanien 'Saxe-Coburg-Gotha's' , sorry to tell the english folk, but you are ruled by the Germans. Dating back beyond WWI.

"It was only in 1917 that George V, worried by the anti-German feeling caused by the first world war, ordered the royal family to scrap Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and Wettin for Windsor.

Matters are still not that simple. The name of the royal house is Windsor, but the surname of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh [Prince Philip] is Mountbatten-Windsor. The duke is also from the house of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glucksburg and so, arguably, are his heirs."

Actually, no. Google this name, Guelph.
That is their real name and there is a city in Canada named after them.

Issac Newton was also the head of the Royal society at one point. Newton was perhaps one of the most interesting figures from any period of history. Apart from the famous work he did on gravity and the calculus he was also the head of the royal mint for some time and was very into alchemy. He calculated the end of the world to not be before 2060 so we can all relax.

Not so fast. Modern physics debunks Newtonian principles, so we can't be sure of anything he says.

Sorry I was utilising a small amount of irony there.
