Hello fellow Avalonians,

While perusing the forums after being accepted as a member here, I quickly discovered that Heather, the author of "The Heather Material", is in our midst.

To be accurate, as I understand it, the material in question was not written by Heather herself, but by Ben Murphy, and transcribed from memories of conversations he had had with Heather while she was living with him and his family.

By way of background: after finding The Heather Material at Project Camelot, and listening to Kerry's interview with Ben Murphy, I felt compelled to track him down, which I did after a few hours and a few hundred clicks of my mouse.

I contacted him, and he replied immediately. We then exchanged quite a few emails last year, and I was able to satisfy my curiousity about the man behind The Heather Material, but not the woman...

Fast forward to February 2011, my arrival at Project Avalon, and my discovery that Heather is among us...

Today I found an old discussion page from April of 2010, a thread begun by Bill Ryan for "The Heather Material", but it was shut down in May, before Heather showed up here. (Or maybe she was lurking, or a member back then, posting under an assumed Avatar, I really have no idea... you'll have to ask her about that.)

In any event, I thought it might be valuable for us to talk to Heather herself, so I've begun this new thread in the hopes that it will generate some illuminating discourse between ourselves and Heather.

Upgrades are to make men better, faster stronger and ability to deal and take punishment. They want terminators that can kiss your cheek and break your neck in the same breath. They are us, this is DARPA's version of evolution, to include the synthetic, they are very much into the Borg mentality seeking a flawed level of perfection that I do not think will ever be reached.

Reptilians are here, this is only Charles's say so and he does not know everything. He only knows what pertains to him, even then that must be questioned. Rule of thumb in the counter intelligence is never be honest with a dishonest man. Never be dishonest with an honest man, merely make errors in judgeship that can be eluded to as misdirection and not deceitfulness.

i agree with Mr. Ryan. can you tell us anything more? i've watched "The Heather Material", however, i came away with only bens story. nothing of importance regarding you. i'm glad that you're safe with roger.

Thank you for your question and it is a very good one. The reason that the document was poorly written was because at the time the NSA were using a program called M/Mod/Rhiner it was an active test bed program for an echelon network hub that was going to be used to collect keywords sent in emails and documents.

I know what you are going to say and you are right. This technology did exist, however not to this level of efficiency, however in April of last year the program was scraped due to errors and bad sectors in the lines of code. the issue turned out to be a logistical problem that the programmers were unable to fix without constant maintenance. After a year and a half of grocery lists and bunk emails it was scraped for it's lesser counterpart, UB9.

The problem I faced was if I used standard fare jargon then immediately it would have been targeted and this would have ended before it began.
My name was not tarnished only Ben’s and for that I am sorry. In light of recent events I fear sorry is not an adequate word.
I did not want corrections made, that would have been a mistake on my part and I know it would have cost people their lives.
I shall rewrite the material to include much of the missing information, hopefully in its entirety the document will make more sense and detail procedures, cover autopsy notes and aspects of Osseointergration that I was responsible for.

With a little time I shall send copies to both Bill and Kerry for them to scrutinize and then whatever happens after is in your court.
Going out on a limb here, I shall also demonstrate the key Binary code that was hidden within the numbers I provided and show how the group that this message was intended for extracted the key words. I cannot say who that group is at this time.
