Turn any flag upside down and it will mean the same - some (those in power) would call it an 'anarchy flag'; while others, (for example, people who want freedom and peace) would call it a sign of 'distress flag'.

A 'distress flag' calls out for help to surrounding areas; however, most of all, it levels the playing field by making the laws and authority in power nil.

As an 'anarchy flag' those in power would promote the concept of their authority being needed.

That sounds bizarre, JJl. Democrats are really hiding and the police are really looking for them? What's the ill they don't want to sign?

I saw this on CNN last night. The governor apparently is rushing through a new budget. It's the speed and forceful nature of this all that's causing these guys to hide until it's done properly. This seems very...unstable, let's hope all ends well.
